.Rebecca was extremely kind and willing to help!! Otherwise, we were disappointed in the overall handling of my sister's wedding planning. I feel like maybe the business experienced a rush of events, leaving my sister's wedding on the "back burner." Communication seemed to be a real issue throughout the year. The planner double booked herself for another event the same day as my sister's event, which instantly put a damper on things. Just a few other issues were that the planner did not communicate with vendors until the week of the wedding, if she did prior then we were not aware. Budget was handled incorrectly. The wedding was to start at 5 and originally a planner helper was not scheduled to be at the church until 4, but we had to insist someone be there earlier to help with preparations. Guests mentioned that the planners complained when the wedding ran over schedule at the end of the night..... Basically, please make sure that expectations are set forth and are met. It's understandable, and great, when a business experiences growth, but when money is paid for a service and that service is not carried out then there is an obvious problem that needs correction

Meagan and her team were extremely professional and made our wedding day a huge success. I didn't have to worry about anything. Even when faced with a medical emergency, Meagan implemented a contingency plan and and made sure our day went on without a hitch! Highly recommended and fun to work with.

Meagan runs an amazing company with an amazing staff. Their pricing is tough to beat. I chose Magnolia Grove for my May wedding and we were blessed to have Mandy as our coordinator. She helped me with my bridal party and work out some challenges with my girls. She made sure I had everything I needed and Meagan was always an email or phone call away for any questions. I can’t say enough how highly I recommend these amazing women. They took away every concern I had and turned my dream into a reality. No question, if you need a planner or any of their services, pick these ladies!!!!

I don’t know how you have a wedding without a day of coordinator! Meagan and Mandy were so amazing. They met with us before the wedding to ask about all the details and develop the timeline. They were there to answer questions I had, and communicate with vendors the weeks leading up to the big day, so that I could focus on other things. And Mandy (our DOC) was AMAZING. She was so nice, yet knew how to give direction. She made sure I felt calm, and handled all the issues without even telling me there were issues. The venue looked amazing, every detail executed perfectly. Everything came together even better than I had hoped and I’m just so thankful to have had the opportunity to work with such amazing people!

Having Meagan as our day-of coordinator for the wedding was an excellent decision. She was extremely kind, efficient, and dependable. We did a lot of DIY decorations and extensive planning to organize our wedding weekend, and Meagan stepped in and put it all together - with some help from our friends - in an excellent fashion. She ensured we stayed on schedule, sweetly served us food, and smoothly executed two room flips throughout the evening. Meagan was also available to answer several wedding-planning related questions leading up to the wedding and we sincerely appreciated her quick responses and valued her advice. Having a someone to be your point-person the day of the wedding is absolutely essential, and Meagan is just the person to fill this role!
