We used Elizabeth as our day of coordinator and I couldn’t be happier! We had a couple of small Oh No moments, she improvised and made everything go off without issues! While I never want to plan another wedding- I’d highly recommend her!

Elizabeth's Events ran our wedding smoothly. Elizabeth was able to coordinate with us while we moved out of state two weeks before our wedding (!!), and made our day enjoyable. Her team was always on time in phone calls and meetings in person, and had a spreed sheet system that felt foolproof for setting up all the DIY decor we had put together for the ceremony and reception. We had a small speed bump during our reception when there was nobody to bus tables, but Elizabeth handled this mostly behind the scenes for us, and none of our guests noticed! As a day of coordinator, she did a good job, and looking back, we might have had an even less stressful time with the move and wedding being at the same time had we hired her as a wedding planner for more of the detail work.

My husband and I started our journey with Elizabeth approximately a year and a half ago. To say that this journey with her was anything short of amazing would a complete understatement. Elizabeth exceeded our expectations from the very second we began working together. She was easy to communicate with, and took ideas we had talked about and built off of them to make them even bigger and better. I knew that I would be attending graduate school during the time of the wedding, so I was worried about being cost effective. Elizabeth would literally spend countless amounts of time to help research and price match for my wedding to ensure that I got everything that I wanted for the best price. She even went as far as telling me what would be cheaper to buy as opposed to renting, which I thought was amazing. We had a couple of face to face visits to go over how different things would look together, and any questions or concerns I had about other vendors or things happening. As I established different things that I needed for the wedding, Elizabeth quickly jumped in to offer her rental service. Several of the things used in my wedding came from her rental service. If there was something that I needed that she didn’t have she would see if there was any way that she could buy the item out of pocket to rent to me for a much cheaper price than I would’ve bought them for. She went above and beyond her required services and for that we are grateful. Most of our planning came from two states away and she was always cooperative with that, offering whatever help she could. The day of the wedding she was a tremendous help, making sure that everything was taken care of and that we didn’t have a worry in the world. We would highly recommend her services to anybody in need of a wedding planner, or even rentals.

Elizabeth was my day of coordinator for my wedding. She was very professional and offered advice along the way. We met a few times before the wedding to discuss plans for the day. I needed someone to help with setup and break down of my wedding. She and her assistant did a great job and I probably tasked her with more work than most brides as I had mismatched china and gold chargers (75 place settings). I explained how I wanted everything decorated and she delivered. She helped organize the wedding party through the ceremony and kept everything on time during the reception. At the end, she packed everything up for me to take home. My wedding venue had an issue at the last minute and she contacted all of my vendors and informed them of the new location. I would highly recommend her to anyone that needs a Day of Coordinator.

Elizabeth was a fantastic coordinator!I planned a wedding from 3 hrs away, I was way to overwhelmed the day before my wedding as many things went wrong, but Elizabeth took charge and helped in more ways than I could imagine. Things can always go wrong, but she is right there with a calm smile, a solution, and ready to lend a helping hand! I highly recommend her for any event, especially a wedding! I couldn’t imagine my day without her and her sweet assistant! I’m forever grateful for her seeing my inspiration as well and turning my venue into a beautiful fall setting! There is so much that goes into a wedding day and she makes it easy for you to enjoy and her to worry about the rest!

She had great ideas during rehearsal, and I was thankful to have her there to “take charge” and allow me to just look at big picture items! When planning my wedding I didn’t want any wedding planner at all. I wanted to cut costs and do a lot of things on my own. I met Elizabeth at a wedding show and she seemed amazing, so I decided to keep her information in case later on in my planning process I decided that I did want a planner. So a few months before my wedding I decided that I had no idea who was supposed to stand where, who walked with who, what order everyone walked in or anything about the ACTUAL ceremony, the most important part! I was all over google and youtube videos and there are so many different ways to do things. I decided to hire a planner for “day of wedding” services! I reached out to Elizabeth and told her what I needed. She offered to have an in person meeting and I chose to do everything via email and phone because I was just so busy with my college semester ending. I was a full time college student.. haha. I told her what I liked and how I thought I wanted things and then when we met we went over the plan for the day and the rehearsal. She attended our rehearsal, and everything went amazing! She may be tiny, but she can definitely handle a large uncooperative wedding party! She did a great job rounding everyone up to keep them focused at our rehearsal. Especially since my venue only allowed 1 hour with charges for going over 1 hour. I have no complaints about Elizabeth and I know you wont either! Her response time was extremely fast, she was very accommodating. I also paid a little extra for her to bring an assistant and they put everything up and tore everything down for my wedding day. Such as chargers, linens that I chose to rent, seating charts and everything! She kept me informed up front about everything. On my wedding day there were some storm clouds close to our venue and as soon as she was notified, she let me know there was a possibility of moving the ceremony inside. Thankfully the weather cooperated, and everything went great! We are so thankful for her! Oh, she also helped pack away over 100 HEAVY glass plate chargers when the catering company failed to do so (as they said they would) Again, Awesome!

Highly, highly recommend!! I can't even say enough wonderful things about Elizabeth and her team from the start to finish during the wedding process. She assisted us with everything from decor suggestions, meeting us at our wedding venue months before to decide on our exact centerpieces, answering all our questions during the planning process, and of course, on the day of our wedding! We were so impressed by her professionalism, organization (her spreadsheet is awesome!) and knack for making everything go smoothly. We could not have asked for a better day of coordinator (and I feel like we got so much more from her than just a day of coordinator)! She gave us peace of mind leading up to and the day of the wedding and she and her team executed everything so beautifully the day of from setting up decor, to coordinating with all our other vendors and even putting out fires (we had an issue with another vendor). I was so relieved that she was there all day (and during the planning process) and I had no idea there were any issues until after the wedding - she handled everything perfectly, even with the small hiccup from another vendor. Do yourself a favor and hire Elizabeth. She and her staff were wonderful, the decor was beautiful and she is great at keeping everything running smoothly. Oh, and her rental business is another bonus! We rented some great pieces that added some nice final touches to our wedding day!

I started working with Elizabeth about two months before our wedding. At that time I had mostly booked the major vendors and was just overwhelmed with all the small, last-minute details. As soon as Elizabeth took over, it was such a huge weight lifted off my shoulder and I truly started to enjoy the time leading into the wedding. She was always quickly responsive to any communication and made sure we covered everything possible during the planning process. I am blown away by how much effort Elizabeth put into making sure our wedding day was perfect. There were so many moving parts, I don't know how she kept them all on track...but she did! She also had to spend a good chunk of the morning planning for potential rain. And of course, it rained for about 15 minutes right when our ceremony was supposed to start! This didn't put much of a dent in our timeline however, because Elizabeth had already planned for it and rearranged some of our photos to be done prior to the ceremony. So by the time our ceremony finished, we were right back on track with the timeline. I just can't thank her enough for how much effort and care she put into making sure our day was exactly what we planned for.

My wedding was truly magical thanks to Elizabeth. She helped keep me on track and offered me so much advice and suggestions that I truly valued. I felt like I didn’t need to worry about anything the day of due to Elizabeth and her assistant, they were wonderful. I also can’t leave enough good comments about her assistant, she was so sweet and helpful the day of. I also had an issue with a photographer who ended up being a scam artist. Elizabeth researched my vendors and notified me of the negative reviews for the initial photographer we hired. Thanks to her, I was able to hire a truly awesome photographer that she suggested and I can’t wait to get the photos back! Elizabeth truly had my back the whole time leading up to the wedding and I am so thankful for her. Hiring Elizabeth was the best choice I could have made for my wedding day!

Elizabeth was our day-of coordinator, and we are so thankful for how she contributed to our big day! Throughout the planning process, she kept in good contact and was always asking if we needed anything. She gave great recommendations for several vendors - which is above and beyond the day-of coordinator responsibilities! She helped with set up and ran the processional smoothly. There were a few hiccups throughout the wedding day where it felt like there was minor miscommunication, but overall it's still in my memory as a perfect day. I look forward to seeing all the successful events Elizabeth will contribute to in the future!

Low quality service and ended up making my mother in law pay an extra $250 that was not on the contract for staying 45 min over the venue renting time, even though on her contract there was no time stipulated and no mention of any other fees. I would give it a zero star if I could. All my vendors were perfect and my day was perfect except for her. She freaked out a little bit when she could not find a couple items for the wedding and came to me to ask what to do. Also, she was mean for a couple guests when they tried to use the bathroom upstairs at the Barclay and was rude to our MC that was actually one of our cousins. I found her on Facebook. My wedding was at the Barclay and they required a day of coordinator. Since I had not planned for a wedding coordinator I posted on Facebook if anyone knew who could do it, or was willing to do it for an affordable price. Many responded including her and she offered to do it for $200 because she wanted to have a wedding at the Barclay. I felt bad because the price was too low so offered to pay $500 in exchange for her placing our flowers at the table and helping on what was necessary. She was really happy and thankful then. But on the day of the wedding, even though she knew that the catering was responsible for placing linen on the tables she got there early and started doing it by herself without being asked. Catering was there a few minutes early their scheduled time but she had already started. At the end of the night my father in law was late picking up the rentals from the venue and she decided to stay with her assistant and wait. Even though there were other people there already waiting for that. Once my mother in law was ready to leave she told them that they required a fee of $250 for her and her assistant that she decided to bring because they had to wait until my father in law got there. I felt really betrayed specially after I offered to pay $500 while she asked for $200. And $250 sounds extremely high considering she never put any clause on the contract referring that. When I asked her about it next day and demanded my mother's in law check back she said she would if I paid her $400 because she had also helped with the linens, which we never asked her to do and had hired caring for it. She really made me mad for several days and I really regret having met this person. I just found this was completely unprofessional and think no one deserves this to happen on their wedding day. I felt robbed and think what she did was completely dishonest. Would never recommend her to my worst enemy's wedding. By the way on her contract it is mandatory to give her 4 reviews online so this is my honest one.

Everyone on Elizabeth's team is very responsive and easy to work with, and they all went above and beyond to help us organize the absolutely perfect day. When planning a destination wedding to the Outer Banks , we knew we would need help. Not just any help, but someone with North Carolina expertise and someone with patients and creativity! We found the perfect match in Elizabeth! Not only did she help us pre-plan for our perfect day but created the ideal, easiest, problem free wedding for us! From start to finish, Elizabeth worked tirelessly putting together centerpieces, creating the most perfect ceremony space ,and conducting a smooth rehearsal. She carried 70+ chairs from a beach setup to a different location! That's hard work! We couldn't have had such a perfect wedding without Elizabeth! Most importantly her caring and sweet demeanor reassured us that our wedding would be magical! AND IT WAS! Elizabeth is an absolute god send and now a life long friend! We are forever thankful!!!

Working with Elizabeth and Karyn was a dream! From the beginning they were both very professional and made sure that everything was organized at all times. They worked a lot with us to make sure that our big day went off without a hitch. Our DJ was late and Karyn even got together a bluetooth speaker and had our entire ceremony downloaded to play just in case he was too late and we had to end up at plan B. She also set up our entire space both inside and out better than I could have ever imagined! Elizabeth and Karyn were amazing to work with and I will be recommending them to all of my bride friends, thank y'all for making our big day go so seamlessly!

Elizabeth is transparent, honest, and upbeat as she worked with us on our February 2017 wedding. I did the majority of my planning prior to acquiring her services in October. She served more in the capacity of my day of coordinator; however she did finalize my timeline, facilitate rehearsal, assisted the decor vendor with table decor set up/breakdown, and made me an "extra" happy bride the day of by bringing mimosas which was really nice of her "she inquired first". Our introduction was via phone, and we followed up with a face to face meeting for which she was very pleasant. She was honest in letting me know she was building her portfolio as single handed executing a professional event, but had a substantial amount of experience event planning/executing through a former employer. I was not too concerned again as I had the planning phase covered. She was willing to assist with whatever I needed, and we communicated on a need to bases as I was not a "needy" bride. Outside of our initial meeting the majority of our communication was via text. We had our "breakdown" of communication, but we soon got back on track. There was no further related issues. As it relates to the day of I would say it went fairly well, looking back it's a blur... There was a noticeable hiccup with our cater on food service "no result of her"; but I wish it was more seamless to me as the bride. All and all, she is very nice, willing, and capable event planner. As she builds her portfolio she will excel; as experience is a good teacher to all. She has a passion, for which I appreciate all her hard work and efforts. She did a good job!

Summary: Hiring Elizabeth is the best decision you’ll make for your wedding day!!! Detailed Summary: Where do I even begin? First of all, I can honestly say without Elizabeth, my day would not have been as much of a success. I hired Elizabeth about halfway though planning the “big stuff” (i.e. venue, photographer, videographer, DJ). Once I got those pieces finished, I realized I had no clue what I was doing and how I was going to put all of the pieces together. I thought I’d be able to get by with just a day-of coordinator, but boy was I wrong. I am someone who stresses easily, and I should have hired Elizabeth from the get go!! If you’re like me, hiring a wedding planner should be on your top 5 list of vendors to hire! I hired Elizabeth for partial-coordination but I definitely feel like I got so much more. Elizabeth was my right hand throughout the entire process and kept me sane. You really can’t ask for more on your wedding day. She suggested so many of our vendors, all of which were amazing, and helped us to stay on budget as much as possible (I had already blown a lot of it so she did amazing with what I had given her to work with!!!). We had monthly check ins and a worksheet I worked through detailing the entire process of Bryce and I’s wedding day. If I was missing something, she helped me work through it. Elizabeth’s calm and honest personality was so helpful, especially when I needed to be steered in the right direction. The day of the wedding, I barely knew she was there because she let me enjoy my day and made sure it all came together without me having to worry about a thing! We did have one small hiccup, and Elizabeth came to me calmly, ordered me suggestions on how to fix it, and then got it done. Her assistant Karen hung out with my niece, the flower girl, (who is very picky about who she hangs on to) and kept her busy while we were lining up to get ready. The wedding day went off without a hitch, and was such a blast and I give ALL the credit to Elizabeth! I truly cannot thank her enough!! I promise, she will be the best thing to happen to your wedding if you hire her! ❤️

Elizabeth was my day-of wedding coordinator in November. Both my wedding and reception were located at the same venue. My wedding was her first! Elizabeth did a great job of meeting face-to-face to get to know my husband and me. She continued to keep in touch to ensure things were on target. The day of went very well! She kept me on schedule and pitched in to help with various duties when a vendor didn't show. I would recommend Elizabeth to any bride seeking day-of planning. I hired Elizabeth's Events to be my day of coordinator because I was looking for someone familiar with my venue who could make my day as stress-free as possible, and boy did Elizabeth deliver! Not only did she have some great suggestions for my timeline (like adding in the shoe game and a couple's dance), but she was so knowledgeable on how long toasts should last, the amount of time it takes for an 80 person group to make it through a buffet, and what should be expected of my vendors (really helpful when it's your first time planning and you're not sure what you can and can't ask your people!). Elizabeth and her whole team kept my day running so smoothly - she was always there to prep me and my bridal party for our next steps, be on top of the schedule, and organize my vendors so I could enjoy my mimosas instead. Elizabeth and her assistant Karen did an absolutely amazing job. At first I didn't really think I needed a wedding planner/day of coordinator, but I highly recommend every bride hire one. I don't know what I would have done without them. They took a lot of stress off of myself and my family on my wedding day. I was also able to use Elizabeth's rentals which saved a lot of money in the long run. Elizabeth helped with my timeline, seating chart, and the layout of my reception. Her assistant Karen even helped make my sweetheart table centerpiece, arch flowers, and put together my guest table centerpieces. They catered to us all night to make sure that we were enjoying ourselves. They really go above and beyond, and I would highly recommend Elizabeth's events to anyone who is looking to hire a planner or day of coordinator! They will not disappoint you!

Elizabeth was our wedding coordinator and she did a great job! During the planning process she always reached out to ask if we needed help with anything and always did everything she could to help us with what we needed. We already had most of our vendors booked but she did connect us with an awesome florist who was fantastic. She worked well with our other vendors and was working hard all day for our wedding to be sure that everything ran smoothly. I especially appreciated that she took the time to get a good idea of exactly what we envisioned for our day and used that to help make unexpected decisions (like when we had to make a rain call for our outdoor ceremony or when dinner ran quicker than expected) during the event. She helped us have our dream wedding and we are very grateful!
