I recently had the opportunity to work with Clarke Allen Events while planning an inaugural gala for a local non-profit, and the experience was awesome! The owner, Clarke Allen, is such a visionary and openly shares his ideas, but also encourages his clients to actively participate in the planning process. He has such a great energy and fosters a creative environment to sharpen ideas and concepts. And as many great leaders do, Clarke has mentored an AMAZING group of people who work with him. I had the opportunity to work closely with Alex prior to our event, and she helped me think through concepts and provided cost-effective options for me to use for our event. At every turn, Alex and Clarke were accessible! And when we ran into some challenges 8-weeks before our event, they reassured me not only that I would get through it, but that they would be right there with me, and they were! On the day of the event, Madison, came out to help me set-up the event. When the site was not ready to set-up on time, she calmly said everything would be done in time, and it was! Madison ensured the tables were set perfectly, not worrying that we had to refold 300 napkins, she said it would look and present so much nicer, and she was right. When she was done, the room looked beautiful. I told several guests the night of the event, that Madison was our secret weapon that day, and she really was. I was so confident in her leadership and knew that I could defer to her with any last minute changes and she calmly started folding and showed me, and a couple of others how to help! Madison demonstrated such professionalism and leadership throughout the day, calmly stepped to handle any last minute problems, and the whole had a smile on her face! Clarke Allen Events is an incredible company with a staff of creative, kind, and genuine people!
