Chad Biggs and his team have all of the expertise necessary to put together a spectacular ceremony and reception while allowing you to enjoy every second of the big day. While planning all of the details for our event, we felt like part of a team where all of our thoughts and interests were heard and things were completed VERY efficiently. Chad has the flexibility to allow whatever level of involvement you desire, and in our case we worked alongside him and used his expertise to create our vision for the wedding. Personally, Chad really cares about the service and final product that he delivers to a couple with great emphasis on the service. He got to know my wife and I beyond the planning and was nearly as excited for our wedding as we were when the big day arrived. There was so much that was put into preparation, and the day of our wedding exceeded all expectations. Chad went above and beyond to make that day perfect, and this is no more evident than when the day arrives and his team executes the event flawlessly. Chad Biggs and his team are a dedicated group of professionals who went above and beyond to craft my dream wedding. Planning for a North Carolina wedding in Texas, I knew having a wedding planner would help ease the stress. I put my trust in Chad and his team and they delivered excellent results. Their communication was excellent; we had multiple phone conferences in order to discuss all details well in advance of the date. Chad's assistants emailed me confirmation of all details so I could review and make changes if necessary. On the day of the wedding, Chad's team members were there to help during every step to make sure everyone knew exactly where to be. He coordinated with all vendors so I could be stress-free and focus on enjoying my wedding. He knew the venue (Rose Hill) very well, and was able to coordinate catering, linens, and all other on-site concerns beautifully. I would absolutely recommend working with Chad for any event, especially a wedding. He is awesome, kind and has great style. The cost of a coordinator is well-worth it if you're working with Chad Biggs and his team!

Absolutely perfect from beginning to end! We worked with Steph throughout the planning and preparation of our wedding on 2/25/17. She was fun to work with, understanding, and extremely professional. She gave expert advice without pushing us towards anything we didn't want and helped us find ways to stay within our budget. We had to change our wedding date forward 4 months and Steph worked with us and the other vendors to set up everything on a condensed timeline. She helped us coordinate with all of the other vendors, make last minute decisions, and organize everything to make our wedding everything we had ever dreamed of. There was not a single complaint and our guests are still raving over the venue, design, and level of service we received. We used Chad for my daughters wedding at Rose Hill Plantaion. I have to say that he and his staff exceeded all my expectations from start to finish. He is the ultimate professional and has the creativity and design expertise to work with all budgets. We used Chad for the event planning and for flowers (Perfect Palette Floral) His flowers were truly amazing and made the wedding look like a total dream. We received so many compliments from our quests and are still hearing about how much they loved every part of the reception. Chad is so great about getting those special touches that make the wedding unique to the bride/groom. I used all of his recommended vendors and all were even better that I could have asked for. BEST DAY EVER!!! I now know exactly what that means!! My daughters wedding was everything we could have hoped for. Beautiful weather, all our special friends and family there, perfect venue and vendors, BUT we could not have seen our vision come true without Chad Biggs and Janna Brown! How did we get so lucky? Best decision we made! Honestly didn't quite know what a wedding planner did and now know they do EVERYTHING and more!!! We were blown away at their attention to detail and their professionalism. From our very first meeting where we discussed what we saw the wedding looking like, they listened and then went to work with suggestions, pictures, websites, songs, dances details we didn't even know existed! Chad Biggs and his team are so amazing at what they do, you'd almost be doing yourself a disservice to book with anyone else. That is not hyperbole. From the very first moment my wife and I met Chad, we knew we were dealing with next-level wedding planning. He kept in close contact with us every step of the way, with us rarely (if ever) hearing, "No, we can't do that." His main goal and desire is to facilitate YOUR perfect day, not his. My wife and her mother are extreme planners in every sense, and Chad was able to keep up with them and bring their stress levels down to a minimum. He met with us countless times, and never rushed our meetings or downplayed our concerns. And that is just referencing pre-wedding day planning. Day-of operations? Smooth. As. Silk. My wife and I never had to get anyone in line or remind them of their positions - Chad and his team handled it all. With an hour left at the reception, I was alerted to the fact our driver and the getaway car wouldn't be available. What did Chad do? HE DROVE US AWAY IN HIS CAR. Are you serious?!? That's going above and beyond his duties as a wedding planner, but that example epitomizes the service and dedication you'll get from him and his team. Daniel is a saint of a human being who went above and beyond for us in every possible way. Chad and Daniel completely blew me away with our recent wedding. Their attention to detail was key and their creativity and design genius set our event apart from anything I had ever seen before. It was simply stunning and while I knew that Chad and Daniel understood my vision they also went above and beyond to make my dreams come true. We did have some weather issues day of but Chad and Daniel had put the rain plan into action and the evening continued beautifully. We had to rearrange the order of events but I think this worked out so much better in the end because we got all of the dances, cake cutting, bouquet toss etc out of the way early in the night and people and people could just party the rest of the evening. Chad and Daniel saw to every detail and made our day go smoothly without any major hitches (they couldn’t stop the rain but I didn’t expect them too either hahaha they are not weather Gods after all). I was so thankful for them throughout the entire planning process both for their knowledge vendors and their creativity. At the last minute we needed to determine if we would move our ceremony inside. Chad came up with all kinds of extras to the point that I was left wondering why that wasn't our plan all along when I walked down the aisle. Though they would all be moved post ceremony, Chad measured the distance between all of the tables to be sure it was all perfect. Every floating candle was in the exact same level of water. He notices EVERYTHING. When someone kicked over a floating candle, Chad was on his hands and knees wiping up every drop to be sure no one would slip. That happened just prior to the processional beginning and we heard from so many guests what a pro he was at fixing it and making the crowd laugh while they waited. At most weddings, as the night goes on there are discarded drinks all over the room but being that we were at one of Chad's venues, his team makes sure that the staff picks up the empty glasses as the night unfolds, everything always looked perfect. Every person that works with Chad is extremely helpful, very kind, tons of fun and excellent at what they do. This team will anticipate your every thought and need. I truly cannot say enough about the day-of coordination provided to us by Chad Biggs Event Planning and Design, they went above and beyond at every step. If you do not book Chad's team, it's a huge mistake.
