I know I haven’t been there majority of the time but the day I walked in to finalize everything I felt comfortable and relaxed knowing you will give us the best results. So glad that I chose Ruban events for my wedding events. Ruma apu and Saif bhaia were incredible in understanding my ideas and they worked around with my budget. There was a slight problem on one of my events but they were able to fix it effortlessly which was very impressive. Everyone loved my decor for both of the events and I can't wait to see the professional pics. One of the best things is that they are very professional and understanding. The decor is top notch they improvise it and make it even more beautiful than expected. And best thing is that you can leave everything to them on the day. My experience with Ruma and her company is nothing but 5 Stars. Ruma along with her team were very courteous, patient, timely, and huge on making me happy without hurting my bank account. All I told Ruma is what I would like in my event and my budget and she took care of the rest from there which included an awesome team of videographer, photographer, DJ and very skilled crew of decorators giving me a memory of lifetime. We hired them to plan our 150 person wedding that took place at the Queens Botanical Garden in early August. Everything went as perfect as it could go. All the vendors they hired did a great job. Photographer was easy to work with and got in all the shots we wanted. DJ and MC stayed energetic through the night and did a great job selecting songs. Dancers performed well. Day of coordination was superb; they stayed a step ahead of every potential setback (like when the wind in the garden was knocking around our backdrop). Prices were very fair for the services we received. Overall an excellent experience and highly recommended.

I have seen their flawless work for many years now so this review is long overdue. They never fail to exceed our expectations. The best thing about the team is they are very accommodating, easy to work with, and they become your family before you even know it. Ruma is one of the most honest and resourceful vendors out there in the wedding industry. She will never sugarcoat anything just to get more money out of you. She will always work with you on your budget and try to save you money. She is all about getting the best out of your buck. Looking at these past reviews I feel as if I must say something. We chose Ruban events for our wedding and Gaye holud even though they were more on the expensive side. We figured the quality and service would be worth it. The day of our Gaye holud they couldn’t give us a simple back drop for our favor table.. even though we discussed this with Saif atleast twice.. they said it was not part of the contract. If they had told me this before I could have done it myself. And even more disappointing.. during our wedding day they gave us a RIPPED couch on stage.. it was hard to hide in our videos.. I’m sure anyone would understand this was so devastating.. so much for quality and service.

Working with Ruban Events was by far the best decision I could have made when it came to wedding planning!! This is a lengthy review but I hope it is helpful to future brides and grooms. It’s easy to feel overwhelmed about stages and décor but Ruban Events made the process simple and stress-free. You can go to them knowing everything you want for your wedding or with having no idea at all, and they will be accommodating. They sat with me on multiple occasions to hash out details for stages and centerpieces, making sure I got what I wanted within my desired budget. Everyone will appreciate how honest and straightforward they are with their pricing. Depending on your budget, you can mix and match just about anything. Whether you want a stage with drapes, florals, candles, structural pieces, or all of the above – they have something for everyone. They also have a variety of centerpiece options – most of which can be customized according to your theme, too. I also have to point out that their customer service is amazing! The Ruban Events team always made themselves available via text, phone, email, and in person. On my Mehndi and Wedding days, they sent me pictures of my completed stages and kept me updated on what was going on in the venue. This was something I had not even asked them to do but was very much appreciated! On one of the days, I noticed and pointed out that something was missing on my stage after they had already set it up. I told them that it still looked great and I didn’t mind leaving it this way, but they went back to their warehouse to pick up the missing piece and perfect the stage for me – all before the guests arrived! It’s little things like this that makes a world of difference to brides. Ruban Events, thank you SO much for being an amazing, creative, and trustworthy vendor. I will forever be grateful and thankful for you taking part in making my wedding dreams come true :)

I have worked with Ruban events for my Nikkah, Mehndi and Reception and was more than happy to have them as my vendor for staging and decor. Ruma Afa is very patient and gets to know her customers very easily and quickly. I have nothing but amazing things to say about the work they have displayed during my events. It was very nerve-wracking to plan a wedding and I had so many ideas in mind after attending so many events. However, I wanted a unique touch to my event and Ruban events made sure to work with me to perfect my vision. There were numerous times I had to make changes to my stages or details and every single time I had questions or changes, a Ruban team member made themselves available to discuss details with me. I had my wedding at Castle Royale and they added such an elegant and royal touch to the venue by decorating the stairs with roses for my entrance how I imagined and a gate for the rest of the party entrances. Ruban events did the decor for my wedding which was two weeks ago. After a disaster that occurred with the decorators for a prior wedding in my family I was very spectacle on who to chose for my own wedding. Most decorators were charging prices that were way out of my budget. I finally found ruban events on instagram one day and decided to reach out to them. After reading many of their reviews and looking over there work I felt very comfortable that they would deliver the what they promised in a budget I could manage. I was slightly worried that they would have to travel 3 hours to my venue in order to set up. But they were at my venue on time and decorated everything exactly as we had discussed. Even with the travel my fresh floral arrangements looked beautiful. Thank you ruban events for making my special day look just as I had imagined!

I had my wedding in November of 2018. I was so excited from the beginning to work with Ruban Events because of all the great reviews online. I booked them as a part of my wedding package at The Royal Palm one week before my wedding date. I met the owner Saif. She gave me great ideas Made things simple and easy for us. I was in tears when I walked into the room with the gorgeous centerpieces and a beautiful backdrop they had made for me. I gave them minimum instructions and left it up to their expertise. They out did my expectation. Every single details was perfected. I was beyond happy with the total experience. I wish Ruban Events and their entire team all the success in future. I don't know where to begin. Ruma and her team created such a beautiful statement piece for my sister's Sweet Sixteen. She exceeded our expectations from the stage to the centerpieces. Our guests were left just as speechless as us. She heard all our ideas during the consultation and gave us an amazing stage within the budget we set. We went in with the idea of flowers with a white/peach color scheme, Ruma nicely explained her viewpoint on how it shouldn't be the color scheme as my sister's dress. As skeptical as I was for having such bold colors based on the inspo pictures Ruma showed us, she executed such a beautiful enchanting garden than I could dream of. If you don't have ideas that's fine, she will work with you to put together the best decor for your function. Can't wait to work with her again!

Called this company about 4 times to schedule a consultation on a Sunday with no response although their google listing says they are open. Their voicemail says to text them so I proceeded to do that and received a response on Wednesday stating that they apologize for the delayed response because they were closed. Ok fine. They proceeded to say that appointments are limited in the Summer and gave me days that I could come in. When I asked for an appointment time, I received no response at all. Busy or not, a business needs to be better with replying to potential clients. Very bad first impression and I will not be seeking their services.

this was my wedding stage and it was same as the picture they showed me I didnt even had to go to there place and talk about details cause i was so busy with my wedding.. but ma sha Allah ma sha Allah when I saw my wedding stage I was so shocked its looked the exact and it was like a dream stage I loved it so much and I was so happy that I trusted you guys for my wedding stage.. hope I will ask you to do more dream stage for me .. thank u so much ..

Ruban event is a gem, and I had an incredible experience dealing with Ruma. She is extremely knowledgeable and easy to work with, and she helped make the whole experience impeccable. I booked Ruban Events without having prior knowledge of their work and no reference. I found them through maharani wedding vendors! After booking, I was hesitant about how everything would turn out because I hadn’t seen a lot of Hindu wedding decor set up. But after talking over what I had imagined for my wedding and reception Saif told us we are in good hands and don’t need to worry about anything. And rest assured he held up his end! Everyone loved the fact that the decor was simple but still had that elegant style to it (which was what I wanted). If I had to recommend Ruban events I would definitely do so! On a side note I lived 4 hours away and was not able to hand choose what colors I wanted but I was able to communicate through email and phone pictures of what I wanted and they did not disappoint! Saif and his team did a great job!
