Jessica Jordan is a miracle worker. When we started planning our wedding, we didn't expect to use a planner. In retrospect, we would have been completely lost without Jessica's super-human help. Over the course of planning our 400-person wedding (during an eight-month period), Jessica became our confidante and friend. We could throw any problem her way (last-minute cancellations, strange requests from guests, vendor contract issues) and trust her to handle it with grace, timeliness, and proper etiquette. Our wedding was not logistically easy (e.g., separate ceremony and reception venues, guests staying at a myriad of hotels throughout NYC, disparate rehearsal dinner and post-wedding brunch locations), but Jessica never once complained or described any request as out of the scope of her contract, though many requests were. Moreover, Jessica included every wedding event in her contract (including the wedding rehearsal, rehearsal dinner, and brunch), whereas other planners whom we interviewed would not. Consequently, we felt that we received incredible value for our money. We simply would not have gotten the same level of energy and responsiveness from other planners. Jessica is highly motivated, and as a result, she operates with unparalleled enthusiasm, poise, and energy. Specifically, these are a few examples of ways in which our wedding presented challenges, which Jessica confronted with total grace (never flustered or overwhelmed): 1) It was the first wedding of such a large size to take place at our wedding venue. Jessica's creativity had us using every inch of space. 2) We had the ceremony at a nearby historic synagogue, which was strict regarding permissible ceremony alterations and decorations. 3) We wanted the whole event to be kosher, including at the reception venue, which does not have many kosher wedding. Jessica was incredibly helpful in partnering with our kosher caterer who had to build out a separate temporary kitchen. 4) The "Head of Events" at our reception venue changed three times after we signed our contract. Jessica made friends with everyone, which ensured us that we would have a successful wedding celebration even though there was little continuity with the venue's personnel. 5) We wanted assigned seats for each guest, so each seat had a personalized menu. 6) There were three different spaces we wanted to use at the venue, and each had to be decorated and prepared in a different style. 7) We had a big bridal party with 12 bridesmaids and 12 groomsmen, who all had to be entertained and ready for pictures at different times. Jessica handled all of these obstacles and more with aplomb. Every interaction with Jessica was positive, solutions-oriented, and proactive. We could throw any issue her way and know that it would be handled efficiently and efficaciously. We were thrilled with our wedding. It was a magical night that we will never forget, and we owe Jessica BIG TIME for making it so special and for making the planning process more than tolerable--it was actually fun. Jessica will remain a friend, and we will absolutely hire her for future happy occasions. We would be glad to speak with anyone considering Jessica Jordan Events!

Jessica planned our 2013 Boston wedding and she single-handily made it an event that all of our friends and family still talk about! We chose her based on the level and quality of service she provides. Working with Jessica to plan our wedding and after-party was an absolutely seamless process. Both my husband and I work full time and are extremely detail oriented with very high expectations. As clients, I’m sure that we were sometimes difficult to manage. Jessica is extremely responsive, thorough, efficient, and never made us feel like a burden. Her ability to juggle many balls in the air and stick to the project timeline was quite impressive, especially given her extensive client base. What’s most impressive was her ability to make us feel as though our event most important. We never doubted her ability to respond in a timely manner and always trusted that she would provide candid feedback on details, which were well outside of our area of expertise. She raised issues and/or points that we would have never considered. In addition to her professionalism and expert knowledge of the industry, we relied heavily on Jessica’s creative direction to transform the venue space into the wedding of our dreams. What she designed was beyond anything we could have ever imaged. Friends and family still remember the amazing raw bar, signature cocktail, perfectly prepared food, band, custom dance floor, and late-night party. But most of all, they talk about how every detail was taken care of and that they didn’t have to worry about transportation, accommodations, directions, etc. That’s all thanks to Jessica’s “event magic”. She’s amazing and we wouldn’t think twice about using her in the future.

Jessica oversaw every detail, promptly answered all my questions, and planned an event that was exactly what my daughter was hoping for. While my husband and I enjoyed the initial planning for our wedding we realized that we needed a month of coordinator to make sure all the details were executed flawlessly. After our first conversation with Jessica Jordan of Jessica Jordan Events, we knew that she and her team were perfect for the job. While Jessica is an extremely accomplished planner with a wealth of experience in the field, she is very approachable and down to earth, making the month before our wedding easy and stress-free. She made herself fully available, any e-mail or communication we sent to her was always answered in a timely and professional fashion. She also had some great suggestions for the wedding, things that we would have never have thought of on our own as we NEVER planned a wedding before. She created a detailed and thorough timeline and in just a few days she connected with all of our vendors seamlessly. When came time for the wedding, Jessica was so calm and all smiles while staying on top of the timeline. We felt completely comfortable with Jessica in the lead. I was so relaxed that I did not even wear a watch to keep track of time! She made it so easy to just enjoy the day. I had told Jessica early on that one of my biggest concerns were my elderly parents and to make sure they were taken care of - at the end of the wedding my parents told me that they were so thankful to Jessica and her team for taking extra care of them - that meant so much to me and my husband. We HIGHLY recommend Jessica Jordan and her team for your wedding. They will go above and beyond and provide the most professional and high quality service. Jessica is extremely passionate about what she does and she really is just the best. We can't thank her enough for an amazing experience!

Hiring Jessica Jordan Events was the BEST decision I made in my wedding planning process. I handed her a blank slate of a venue in the middle of nowhere Connecticut and she turned it into the most magical wedding venue. I trusted her expert opinion and she went above and beyond what a wedding planner should have to do. She had a brilliant idea to use a hutch as our escort card "table"-she did all the work to find the perfect one, drove to NJ to pick it up and even brought it to the venue on the day of...and it was beautiful. Jessica Jordan and her assistant, Sarah, were absolutely EXCEPTIONAL and made our June 2018 wedding weekend flawless. Planning a Manhattan wedding while living in Texas would have been incredibly daunting, if not impossible, had she not been our point person for everything to come together for the weekend. I needed a "month-of" planner for the final details & logistics, and Jessica came highly recommended from Mark Lifite, our wonderful planner at Four Seasons Downtown (also exceptional!) Having Jessica Jordan run your wedding is worth Every. Single. Penny. She is the consummate professional, very calming, unflappable, and overall, very fun to be around too - which is important on such a stressful day. She made me feel calm, assured and relaxed the whole day. In addition to taking care of the bridal party, Jessica also wrangled and tamed 15 groomsmen and a groom, which honestly, deserves a medal. Her demeanor and professionalism made me feel like I was hanging out with a girlfriend around during the craziness. Her assistant, Sarah, was also absolutely wonderful. Hiring Jessica Jordan Events for our 2018 Manhattan wedding was both the easiest and best decision we made. From our first meeting, we knew that Jessica was going to be the game changer for us in helping to achieve the non-conventional wedding of our dreams. She was kind, honest and knowledgeable beyond belief. Jessica was able to help us turn ideas we didn’t think would be possible, into realities our guests still rave about to this day.
