Yet another success story from Birthdays & Bottles. This is my second year contacting B&B for my birthday party. Last year was amazing, this year was spectacular. As per usual, Josh was extremely helpful during the planning process. I went back and forth between venues at least 4 times before actually making up my mind with the venue being one of Josh's favorites. Being that he set my party up last year I trusted his judgement and went into the venue blind. Josh had the music on point and the bottle package ready to go. All of my guests were accommodating and the staff at Open House were all amazing and helpful from the point I got there until I left. Next year I'll be turning 25 on the 25th (Champagne Birthday) and I'm looking forward to contacting Josh to go all out! B&B continue to keep up the great work!

Joshua from Birthdays & Bottles ensured everything was a huge success for one of my closest friends 30th birthday. He was able to suggest different places before we had even decided on a location that had everything we wanted. With less than a week's notice Josh helped to get us all set up at Monarch Rooftop for a Saturday night in summer. As soon as we arrived we were taken up right away and seated at our table. The view was gorgeous and everyone we encountered was very helpful and friendly. Thank you Josh for an amazing night and for all of your help. I would recommend Josh and his team to anyone trying to plan a birthday party or event in NYC. I wasn't sure where I wanted to celebrate my birthday, so Josh was great in responding to me back and forth until I found the perfect venue. I also wasn't sure if I wanted bottle service. Josh worked with me to figure out what was best for my crew and budget. He gave me a stellar deal and confirmed my birthday with him. We had no issues on the night with anyone getting in (boy or girl), no cover, and I felt comforted that I had someone to call in case something didn't go right. I would absolutely use them for future events! Update- I ended up using them to plan my friends Bachelorette party and once again Josh was amazing. We got a great deal and everyone really enjoyed themselves. Using Josh allowed me the host to enjoy herself as well!

Joshua was my savior while planning a 30th birthday party for my boyfriend. I emailed him 2 nights before the party with a description of the kind of place I was looking for. He IMMEDIATELY responded with a shockingly perfect selection of venues to chose from. I had very specific needs and he met all of them.I also told Josh I didn't want to buy a table/bottles and just wanted to guarantee that all 35 of us would get in and he was even able to make that happen. Literally all I had to do was email him which venue we wanted to go to, how many people and what time we'd show up. At midnight last Friday, the 35 of us showed up to Mister H at the Mondrian in Soho with not a single problem and were able to breeze pass the whole line without paying cover. I really can't believe this is a free service and can't recommend it enough! Joshua did all of the work for me and I will definitely be using Birthdays and Bottles again in the future. Thank you, Joshua and Birthday & Bottles for the most perfect birthday celebration!!

I booked my birthday party at Hudson Terrace through Josh at Birthdays and Bottles. He was so helpful and quick to respond to all of my questions - I would definitely recommend using Josh to book any events you are planning with a large group of friends. Everything was so seamless and easy. My friends and I arrived around 11pm and we were escorted to the front of the line and then to a private elevator up to the rooftop. The table was on the elevated part of the floor which overlooked the dance floor, and this was perfect for us. The music was great and just what we were looking for (top 40's, great mash-ups). I forget the name of the bottle service girl taking care of my table, but she was amazing! So attentive, made sure I had everything I needed multiple times. She was great and made the experience even better. Josh and Hudson Terrace definitely helped make my birthday celebration a fantastic one. My friends and I had an amazing time!

Absolutely phenomenal service!! Josh helped coordinate my 21st birthday party at Monarch and it was really perfect. They seem to have a great reputation with the venue because all the staff treated me and my friends like royalty for the night. They had saved us the best table and threw in a bottle of champagne as a birthday present! Josh was super accommodating and helpful. He kept in great communication with us and the venue so we didn't have to worry about it. And it was no extra charge!! Doesn't get any better than this. Definitely recommend!!

I had my 24th birthday on August 21st, 2015, and I had a blast at Slate NYC thanks to Josh and Birthdays and Bottles! I had never done anything like this before for my birthday because I'm not much of a drinker but Josh was very helpful and answered all of the questions I had. I felt so special once we got to Slate and everyone knew my name and accommodated me and my guests very well. From the person outside to our bottle girl Sarah, who was full of energy and got my guests excited, it was all so much fun! We have so many pictures and videos from a night to remember! We booked my birthday at Monarch and I had about 20 guests. We had no trouble with entry what so ever and we were lead straight to our table where the service began. I chose to go to Taj Lounge and everything went so SMOOTHLY and I was so happy because many times people have horrible experiences when booking a VIP section. I contacted Josh to help plan a birthday for myself at the Monarch rooftop. He got back to me within minutes. With one phone call, everything was set in place, including a free bottle. I was a little hesitant to believe that the entire process could flow so smoothly, and was nervous something would go wrong on the day of the actual party. As I arrived I was greeted by the host right out of the elevator who lead us straight to a perfect table with plenty of room. The place gets a little crowded but we had our own little space. The night was perfect. The entire experience was extremely convenient and Josh was exceptionally helpful as well as professional. I contacted them 4 days before the party for a Rooftop Bar. Joshua was so helpful and gave me a list of options. We ended up choosing Gansevoort Park. The only downside was there was a 1:1 ratio for the entrance. But other than that fantastic service! We had our reservation there and no trouble getting into the place!

This place was a really great venue to host a party. I planned my birthday via birthdaysandbottles. It was one week prior to the desired date of my birthday party and I had absolutely no idea where I wanted to host my party. Luckily I spoke to Josh ( whom I spoke to from birthdaysandbottles) and he emailed me on the same day. After exchanging some emails, he was able to set up a private guest list for my friends and I plus a wonderful buy one get one bottle service At the venue , there wasn't a line and all of my friends got in (around 10:30 pm). we were served to our table immediately and the rest of the night went smoothly. It does get crowded around 11 pm. Definitely choose birthdaysandbottles for any future birthday planning! (And their service is free of charge)

Worked with Josh to plan my birthday party at the m1-5 lounge, and I had a really great time! All my friends really enjoyed themselves, and the process was very quick and painless on my end. My only recommendation would be that their communication should be a bit more concrete and clear. For example, I wasn't told about the complementary bottle of champagne I'd get at my party (no complaints there!). I would have liked to have all the info before hand but everything worked out perfectly. I'll definitely be using birthdays and bottles for my party next year!

He was very professional, responsive, and helpful, suggesting venues and offering useful feedback depending on the type of experience I wanted to have. I ended up going with Monarch Rooftop (which seems to be one of the popular destinations at the moment). We and our guests had no problems getting in, and the venue took great care of us. Even though I grew up on Long Island, my Manhattan skills are sub par (and that's even too much). From the first contact with Josh he was helpful, insightful and just made everything so incredibly easy. I decided on Hudson Terrace which was beautiful inside and well worth the money for VIP. My friends and I purchased the buy 2 get 1 free package and when the bill came..all the fees were stated as promised. Finally, I came across Birthdays and Bottles who promise to make your event as seamless as possible. All you have to do is show up! The best part about Birthdays and Bottles-IT IS ABSOLUTELY FREE! Once you email them they get back to you right away. Joshua helped me and he was great-he had all the answers to my questions about how exactly B&B works. I wasn't interested in doing bottle service, just wanted the entry process to be as easy as possible for my friends and I, and that is exactly what I got. I ended going to The Monarch Rooftop and had a blast!!! My friends and I didn't have to wait in line, and we lucked up by finding an empty table. We even had a waitress, which was great because I didn't want to spend half my night trying to get drinks at the bar. The DJ was great, drinks were good, and the crowd was hip and diverse-everything I was looking for! I 100% recommend Birthdays and Bottles to anyone planning an event. I celebrated my 30th here on a friday 11.14. I had a great time. I worked with Josh of birthdays and bottles and he worked with me through the process of placin a reservation. Prompt and frank with no bells and whistles with his responses to my questions and concerns, everything went seamlessly without a hitch. Through him I was able to get 15 of my guy friends in for free. The other 23 friends were girls and they were free for the whole night. Josh told me to have the guests there by 11 to ensure no worries w lines etc. I did the 3 for 1 deal. Then I got drunk n was like delayed gratification what? Yolo 2 for 1. Quick. Got there at 1030 np. The floor: reserved a table at the rooftop level. Its a floor with a sunk in center for a dance space. Relatively ample spacing for u to dance on -in the middle of this is some elevated spot girls decide to go up to dance n b seen (shades of pranna). Surrounding this floor are couches and tables that line the floor's perimeter where u r treated with views of the hudson river the intrepid n for some of my friends, their car getting towed. Parking sucks but if u look long enuf u will find a spot. Theres a nearby parking deck for 40 if u cant wait. The crowd: it was pretty mixed. All different kinds of flavors take ur pick. 20somethings mostly. 1030pm till about 1130 felt like cocktail hour. Started fillin in soon after that with the floor pretty sardined up by 1am. The ambience: the interior of the rooftop n the interior itself is a great setup. The glass ceiling and large windows gives the floor's relatively ample space in rooftop standards the illusion of even more space. What they did here was very beautiful. I walked in n I was like ooo so pretty. The rooftop view: there are better views in the city in my opinion that offer a 'view' on a grander scale (sky rooms got a nice view but the space is cramped compared to that of the hudson terrace rooftop). Not a slight on hudson terrace by any stretch but u r where u r. Service: service was congenial, professional, and efficient, from the bouncers, to the host who brought me in from outside to the inside, to the cute coat check lady to our cute server danni and their crew of bussers. Our mixers were always topped off and whenever someone needed something they got to it. Danni if this gets to u I wanted to give u 30% gratuity. I had the numbers right but put the decimal on the wrong spot I was drunk man. I think they just gave u 20% afterwards. I looked at my statement but get at me I'll hook u up w the 10% Prices: standard city pricing. People complaining of the drink prices shouldn't party in the city. Music: from my experience it really just depends on who's the dj that given night . I've heard n read of nights they've played all edm. Thankfully 11.14 wasnt that night. It was a healthy mix of everything. Transitions to my recollection weren't makin ppl go lik wtf. N he didn't needlessly cut from another song to the next all super quick that also can make u go wtf. It was this big black dj. Whoever u r lmk when u play I'll come out n support. I didn't get his name. Who r u. Good for dancing? : yeah. You got spots where ppl just seem to pack the spot, musics playin, drinks r flowin, n EVERYONES just talkin to each other n noones dancing. This spot aint one offem. Everyone's dancin w the usual number of wallflowers

They made it so simple for me to pick a venue to celebrate my 25th birthday! I celebrated my birthday at Le Reve, a place in the past I was not able to get into because of the large number of people I was with. Everything went as planned, I couldn't be more please. Josh is very punctual and professional. He checked up on me many times to make sure everything would go as smoothly as possible. No issues at the door, no issues with the table. I've read some of the bad reviews. People just need to have some common sense. 1) Just call the venue day of and confirm everything is all set. It's very simple and will prevent a lot of embarrassment. I didn't even have to, but if you want to make sure just do it. 2) We are in NYC, clubs pretty much do whatever they want. If they don't wanna let you in, they won't. If they want to charge you cover they will. That's just the way it is. It's not Birthdays and Bottles fault if the club randomly changes its mind on the spot. I'm sure B&B will stick up for you if anything happens. Don't try to wear Uggs into the club or show up 5 hours after reservations and everything will be fine!

I was searching on Google (about a month in advance) for a place in NYC to hold my 30th and I came across Birthdays and Bottles. I must admit, I felt skeptical. But after reading their reviews on Yelp, I decided to fill out their request form on their website. I had a specific budget and I was looking for a rooftop venue with beautiful views, bottle service and good music - I also wanted to make sure it would be hassle free for my guests. The next day, I received a reply from Josh. Based off of what I was looking for, he suggested Monarch Rooftop. I felt bad because I had asked so many questions, but he answered all of them - he was extremely helpful! The evening of my party (which was a Saturday) I saw a really long line outside, but gladly my guests and I were able to skip it! I followed Josh's instructions: I spoke to the bouncer and he signaled Monarch's coordinator for the VIP list. The coordinator was very friendly and found my name on the list. A young lady guided my guests and I to the elevator and eventually to our table. Also, any of my guests that arrived after me just had to say my name to the bouncer or coordinator and they were able to skip the line as well! Our waitress was also very friendly and accommodating. She helped clear up the slight confusion I had in regards to the bottle service really well. Before I received the bottles, I got the bill and it was right amount I told Josh that was within my budget. The tip was a little over my budget, but I was okay with that. I was also glad the bill came early, I didn't have to worry about any accidental additional charges. After I took care of the bill, a few minutes later they came out with sparklers when bringing the bottles to my table! Even after I received my bottles, the waitress continued to serve us throughout the whole night. I was just surprised that she did because usually they forget about you after you've paid the bill and tip. After I got my bottle service, I was able to enjoy the rest of the night. All of my guests got in smoothly and everyone had a great time! The views were beautiful, a decent-sized dance floor, great music and staff! I highly recommend Birthdays and Bottles to anyone looking to have a great time for any occasion in NYC!

Sooo.. I was trying to help organize my best girlfriends birthday outing, super last minute, and was coming up so short on fun (affordable) places with availability, then another friend recommended Birthdays and Bottles and it was a breeze after that. Josh was very prompt in his response to my inquiry and so helpful the entire way through. He took everything I was looking for into account and really set up a great night for my friends and I. We had a table at Monarch Rooftop and despite the foggy weather slightly obstructing the gorgeous view, it was amazing. The rooftop was packed with energy and great vibes, and the birthday girl had a blast. Birthdays and Bottles has planned two of my parties now, and I am working on planning my third. This company has done a good job of accommodating me and all of my guests to make sure I have an amazing and affordable time. The people I spoke to on the phone were highly professional and responsive. My first party was at Lilium, after Josh recommended this venue. I was able to get 18-20 guys and girls in for no cover, and got an unheard of deal on bottle service. Everyone in the group came up to me to thank me afterwards. My second party was at Slate. As soon as I got to the door, the staff made me feel very welcome and immediately let me and my group (about 15) in with no problems. We were escorted to our HUGE VIP section and promptly served a great assortment of bottles and chasers. I have done bottle service a number of times before using Birthdays and Bottles, and there's no way I could return to that. Thanks again guys!

I have to say I had a wonderful experience planning a surprise going away party for my boyfriend with birthdays and bottles! Josh always responded very quickly and answered all of my questions in detail. I am not too familiar with the city but when I told Josh the atmosphere I was looking for in a venue he gave me a few options to choose from. I ended up choosing the DL and we had a wonderful time! It was a Friday night and the place was packed and playing great music. I'm happy we went with the bottle service, it's definitely the best way to go when you have a large party. It was nice to have our own area to go back to if we wanted to get away from the crowd. Reserved a table and bottle service at Hotel Chantelle through Birthdays and Bottles for a bachelorette party. Good thing we used them because the club tried to charge us a much higher minimum for table service than we had been promised, but once I said we'd booked through Birthdays and Bottles they said ok and charged us what we originally agreed on. From what I've heard clubs will cancel your table reservations if they think they can seat someone else who will order more, unless you book through a promoter, so definitely worth it!

There were two levels but we loved the top level and stayed there most of the night. At first I was pretty skeptical but after seeing only raving reviews I decided to send them an email. I sent my inquiry late Sunday night (trying to plan for a party on Friday) and Josh got back to me on Monday morning! He was more than helpful with all of my questions about anything from venues to bottle service to getting in the door. He was always so quick to reply that I never felt forgotten about. This year, I wanted to plan a birthday party that everyone would enjoy and never forget. I reached out to Josh who was very helpful with my many questions. It was taking a while for me to decide where I wanted to go, based on the atmosphere etc, but Josh was very clear with me about what each venue would be like. I used Birthdays and Bottles to set up a joint birthday for me and a friend. On Monday, I put in the request on the website for a Saturday event, and within a couple hours, Josh e-mailed me to clarify all the logistics for the event. Once I confirmed that I wanted to book something, Jeff called me to make sure that I was picking the right venue for the type of vibe I wanted. They even worked with me when I changed my mind on the venue 3 times and continued to be extremely helpful through the week - very quick to check in with me and respond to my questions. I had about 45 people throughout the night, and I was able to get a complimentary table & bottle at Hudson Terrace as well as no cover for girls & no cover for guys before midnight. The space, crowd, and vibe were exactly as they described, so I was very happy that they weren't just selling me on the venue just because they have a partnership with them. Jeff also followed up with me via text throughout the night to make sure that there were no issues, and when the bouncer initially told me that guys would have to pay cover, Jeff quickly fixed the situation. The only issue I had was that we had to meet a 20/person minimum in order to be seated at our table and be served the comp bottle, and I wasn't told that ahead of time. It was a minor inconvenience having to wait 45 minutes for enough of my guests to get there before I could sit at the table, but once enough people got there, it was smooth sailing. Overall, I'm very impressed with the detailed communication I received throughout the week and the speed with which they got everything set up. I'm always skeptical of these types of services, but I'm glad I took the risk with Birthdays and Bottles! I will definitely be using this service again and I highly recommend them when you need to plan a night out.

It was nice to see that Josh contacted me again in order to setup for my birthday party this year. Knowing where I went last year, he gave me suggestions on places that were catered to my liking. I chose to go to PS 450 and I liked the atmosphere and music that was playing. The people at the venue weren't able to find a reservation under my name but with one call to Jeff, we were able to sort it out. He gave me some choices of rooftop bars and ultimatly I went with Monarch Roofop. It was a fabulous expereience! The woman at the door had my name on a list and let my whole group into the evelator together to go up to the roof. When we got up there all of the staff were so accomidating. I found this venue to be the perfect spot for my group. Beatiful views of the Empire State building, not too loud, and not too rowdy (no underagers or freshly 21 year old's spilling their drinks all over you while fist pumping to techno music). Birthdays and bottles helped make my 25th birthday one to remember and I would 100 % recommend their service to anyone!

I booked an event for my Birthday, on May 16th, 2015, through Joshua Needle, and my experience was just a great one. From Joshua, who helped me throughout the whole process, in choosing the perfect venue--which we decided Skyroom was the perfect choice--to the bottle packages. The minute I got to the front door, my guests and I were warmly welcomed and greeted by Miguel, and in which we were handed over to one of the female coordinators, and taken very good care of by one bottle waitresses. It was definitely worth the time and money, and I had a wonderful time, which all began with the help of Joshua, down to the bottle waitress at the end of the night.
