Cruz was so terrific helping us with arrangements for our visit to the Balloon Fiesta 2019 in Albuquerque. Hotels, restaurants, Old Town, cultural/art centers---he had ALL the information. Very personable and professional!
Isaach was amazing. I had an issue and he promptly called me back and stayed on the phone with me for a long time to make sure I was happy. Then had to do it again the next day but got my issues solved with the most upbeat way!

I contacted twice, left phone number and truly did not expect a call back. Both times call back happened within 2 hours. First call, I was simply gathering information told the girl that, and she still was courteous & helpful. Cruz Valdez was the representative who called back the second time. I was ready to book. He made sure I clearly understood cancellation policy and all the fine print details. I then booked, and asked several questions he doubtlessly had answered many times before. He remained helpful courteous and polite through whole process. This company excells in customer service, wish all companies would train customer service reps the way HBC has utilized.
As the coach of a Faspitch softball travel team, I appreciate the help to coordinate our tournaments. The folks at HBC Event Services were very helpful in locating a hotel near the tournament location. Everything was very easy - reserving a block of rooms; each family reserving their room; seeing the list of reserved rooms to ensure team members were making their reservations. FANTASTIC customer service! Needed to make a small modification to an existing reservation, was dreading having to deal with the sluggish process that would certainly challenge my patience. Lo and behold, I was completely wrong! I simply sent an email asking for the modification and voila, it was done! David Bravo confirmed my Deposits had been refunded, I had follow-through by a couple of HBC representatives, all checking in so ensure they had done a good job. They did! They did and EXCELLENT job! Highly recommend HBC, will definitely use them with trust, and confidence in the future. Wish all service providers were this good natured. Thank you David Bravo and HBC!
Mandy Baker is the BEST! I mistakenly picked the wrong dates for my reservation and realized it the day before we were supposed to check in. Mandy went above and beyond to resolve this for me. Never expected such attentive service!

I made reservations for myself and my Mom. Turns out she couldn’t make the trip due to health reasons, and after explaining my situation they cancelled her reservation without penalty! It was an immense relief, and they were exceptionally friendly and kind in their understanding. I was surprised and expected the worst, but definitely had the best customer service!!
Outstanding customer service and follow up. Their CS Rep. “Cruz” not only left voicemail but followed up with another call to insure I was comfortable with his responses and had no further questions.
The hotel where we were supposed to stay moved our reservation without notifying us. Kim was able to get the first night comp’ed AND got us a lower rate for the remaining two nights. All addressed after hours on a Friday. She also followed up with me a few days later. The excellent service was appreciated.

We booked through HBC with a group code and needed a different room than what was reserved. Briannah Gutierrez in customer service worked diligently and made sure that we were booked in a room that met our needs. This level of customer service is commendable as it would have been easy for them to deny our request. Great job HBC!
This company claims to be a call center but are far from one. They are also extremely difficult to locate . Apparently they can’t afford signage.Also they were so upset with this review I was harassed for 3 days following my review!! Obviously there maintaining the current rating by endless calls and emails requesting to have the review taken down! Very alarming!!

If you are looking to book a room from this company be aware that you might be told one thing and then find out your room was given to someone else. Very unprofessional
. I decided to cancel my room cause my daughter was not attending her event. We were undecided for a week and 72 hours prior to check in, I cancelled. HBC would not give me my deposit back because I didn’t cancel 14 days ahead!!!!! What if I had emergency, or another unplanned incident?? Nobody cancels 14 DAYS AHEAD!! They kept my entire deposit of 156$!!!! The following day, I received a call from the VP explaining why I did not get my entire deposit back, but they did give me half of it back. Although it wasn’t the result I wanted, I did appreciate the call and the fact that they tried to work with me. My suggestion to HBC would be, when people call to book, inform them over the phone immediately if they want to cancel it must be 14 days prior, not 48 hours.
Cruz has been very helpful and also very professional, but the young lady Brianna (not sure of spelling)is not pleasant to work with. She talks to you very condescending and makes for a not so pleasant experience.
I had a wonderful experience with Isaac Martinez. He was completely lovely on the phone and very considerate of my situation. He went above and beyond and could not have been more of a pleasure to deal with. A true professional. Would definitely recommend!
I worked with Issach Martinez to extend my stay for Ballparks of America - Mid Summer Classic in Branson MO as the dates were not adjustable. He resolved my issue quickly and responded to my emails keeping me informed of the progress. Excellent customer service. Thank you Issach.
One of the worst places you could work at. The issue lies with the "manager" Sarah Stultz, who has no backbone whatsoever. She'll ignore issues brought up by her employees until they're forgotten. They'll hire you, give you almost no training then fire you a week later cause you aren't meeting their expectations. As a potential employee or even as a potential client.... STAY AWAY!!!

Worked with Cruz Valdez for Game Day USA National tournament in Chicago since the dates were non adjustable for July 2019. He quickly solved our issue and followed up immediately upon securing our block of rooms. Not many “Do what they say they will do”, I truly appreciate the professionalism displayed and promptness to handle my request. Well done!

If I did not use this service for my company, it would be a total mess. I have had three previous housing agents throughout the 18 years of my company's existence. To say it simple, all three combined couldn't offer the professionalism that HBC has to offer. That are accessible, friendly, and very organized. Maria is amazing and always there when i need her....leading up to and during my events the communication is great!!
Cruz Valdez was my contact with HBC. I am a hot air balloon pilot and had several questions and changed my reservations a couple of times due to life events. He was patient and kind. He called me back when the call was dropped, he responded quickly with a call to an email I sent. A true example of great customer service. I’ve had some less than desirable exchanges in years past with HBC so I’m happy to have someone nice to work with.
