The skill, professionalism, and diplomacy exhibited by Camilla and the Corazon Events team during the planning and execution of my daughter’s Bat Mitzvah was beyond compare. Our unique family dynamic presented many challenges that Camilla navigated with tact and aplomb. Her emails and communications were always polite and professional. Throughout the process Camilla remained forthright and impartial; expressing her opinions succinctly and articulately. Camilla ably accommodated the demands of various headstrong individuals, all while incorporating a myriad of differing styles and tastes into a seamless confluence of imaginatively themed media. Needless to say, the events themselves were carried out to perfection. The catering, room layout, and timeline, were precise and well organized. The elegant flowers and decorations created a lively, fun, and festive atmosphere. It was a very special night for me and my family. I am grateful to Corazon Events for making it happen.

We got married in Albuquerque in October 2018 but we live in Cleveland! It's hard enough to plan a wedding, but even harder when you live 1500 miles away! We used Corazon for day of coordination, even so, they went above and beyond all my expectations. Camilla (and her entire team) at Corazon were invaluable. They were available any time I had a question, gave great advice on all sorts of challenges and best of all were amazingly fun to work with! At the rehearsal, my parents were blown away by the professionalism displayed and total command of the entire event. Mama’s Minerals has run its own events for over a decade, so we understand what’s involved in the event cycle, from conception, planning, implementation, cleanup, debrief, to planning again. You know how everyone tells you “something will go wrong on your wedding day, and that’s ok.” Well NOTHING went wrong on my wedding day. And if it did I did not know about it which helped my husband and I have the best day. I feel like our wedding day would have been at least 50% less enjoyable if we did not get Camilla involved. At some weddings, I have been to, I can pick out the wedding coordinator easily because she is stressed out and trying to manage the guests’ every move. However, Camilla was so low key, very calm and really let our guests enjoy their evening. She was so easy to work with on our phone call meetings, highly organized, and very patient with our ideas to individualize our wedding. We had a lot of our own decorations that Camilla set up perfectly and got any of the must have items back to our room while we were able to go out and enjoy the after party. She was fantastic in coordinating communication with all of our vendors and everything seemed very cohesive. In regards to getting ready for our wedding, going with Camilla at Corazon was one of the best choices we made. Thank you soooooo sooo much for giving us our best day!

We had such a positive experience working with Camilla and Corazon Events for our August wedding. Camilla is hands down one of the most detail-oriented and easy-to-work-with event planners. She transformed our space on a very limited budget and kept me calm and focused during the days leading up to the wedding and during the actual event. She is familiar with all the small but important details that a wedding requires. We wouldn't have ever thought of half of these detals but they made a remarkable difference on the day of. Hiring a wedding planner is one of the best gifts you can give to yourself, your spouse and your families because you can actually enjoy the event without being consumed by all the small issues that undoubtedly arise.
