Here in southern NH, we are very fortunate to have Professional Wait Staff & Service right here to make home events happen so smoothly. Recently we hosted a "day-before-the-wedding tent event" in our backyard. We did not want a fully catered event...that was going to be for the wedding on the next day. We wanted a comfortable gathering of all the wedding guests--family & friends & more friends & extended family--from nearby and who'd traveled to share this momentous time in our lives; a get-together to meet and get acquainted before the wedding; an opportunity to schmooze and eat and drink. After contracting Catherine Pollack, she helped guide us as we hired the tent, tables, chairs, service supplies, and more. Thai food, meat to grill, salads, and desserts were ordered and delivered. We purchased wine, beer, and drinks. The waitstaff took care to set up the buffet line with supplies and food, the grill master grilled, the bartender tended the drinks and the 4 hour event was wonderful. Everything went smoothly, the wait staff service was efficient, warm, caring, and the immaculate clean-up went quickly. My husband and I were so pleased and impressed with their professional service. We highly recommend them for any event in your home.
