Worse customer service I have ever encountered. All employees I came in contact with were very difficult to deal with, no one treated me with respect. I felt like they were trying to make things as difficult as possible. Very frusterating experience. I will never again participate in an event that they are a part of. They price gouge at every corner and try to force you into their products because they make it so you have No other options. Outrageosly high prices with over paid, uncaring union employees, they only care about what they get, they have no care for the customers needs. As an owner of a customer service oriented business it is shocking that a company could exist like this...must be the power of the union in Vegas, because if people actually had a choice no one would use these guys!

As an exhibitor who has done trade shows for many years, I have never dealt with a more inept company, who are willing to stick it to their customers and who care so little about customer service. Luckily for them, they have a monopoly, or they would be out of business. They will not own up to their mistakes. I would take working with Freeman or the old Metro Expo company any day over the thieves at GES.

Their employees are highly skilled and helpful in furnishing what we need to get our exhibits set up. I give them a 5-star rating.
