Limited signs for delivery. No one present at the gate to help guide. I had a single pallet to deliver from my personal truck and called twice to confirm this was OK. There was no instructions where to go and I was also not warned it would take 3+ hours to unload 1 pallet. I walked dangerously around the dock area until I was finally helped. It was implied that it was my fault for not knowing where to check in and operations appeared unorganized. I would suggest using a different company if that is an option!

lazy unhelpful employees. unfortunately often you are stuck with these worthless crooks if you have an event at some of the convention centers in town. It's a shame las vegas has let a corrupt worthless company terrorize vegas and visitors with such a horrible company. protip, when setting up a display booth and it's a freeman event, ignore them as much as possible, most are too lazy to get up and get your name so they can charge you a carting fee, or set up fee.

All of our questions and concerns were answered by a lady named Natalie V. and she was professional, courteous, and overall, making the trade show experience a breeze. I am a little bit suprised at this moment 18:39 an employee just said "you did not check in your last" after checking twice to see why we were not getting unloaded, I hope a supervisor would like details. After 4 hours of waiting, we were told dock workers/ lumpers, however, take bribes the driver next to us said. Not an image I would want, I wonder how the union would feel about employees taking drivers hard earned money..... the office staff was deplorable, the hostlers drive way to fast and unsafe, Im shocked the union allows this level of disrespect to internal customers, if you command a union wage, act like a professional and remember without the drivers your out a job.

I stay for 5 hours on line and I'm waiting, work very slowly! if you come here ready to stay for 10 hours!

6 hours to unload. They tell drivers to all show up early just to wait around and get your trailer damaged. Lost a refrigerated load because of their poor loading practice. Still waiting on reimbursement. AVOID THESE GUYS!!!!
