I had no idea if an event planner was practical for my daughters wedding but neither my daughter nor I lived near Nebraska and thought we might need some help...and we got way more than we expected! Jordan was assigned our event and she was a perfect match with us. She was always available by email, phone and text message for the smallest questions to the biggest concerns. Jordan was extremely timely in her responses and very forward thinking in the planning of the event...she made the planning process fun and never stressful. The day of the wedding she outdid herself...it was a very pleasurable day directly related to Jordan’s attention to detail! In addition, to Jordan helping us, we enlisted 402 to provide some lighting and draping for the event...our venue was The Barn in Bennington...and the work they did made the space feel like a dream. I HIGHLY recommend 402 Events...not just if you are planning a long distance event but any event...they are truly amazing...thanks Jordan and Steve

Nothing short of AMAZING! We worked with 402 Event Services and purchased their Dream Wedding Package. Our wedding vision was executed beyond our expectations. I always joked that I wanted our wedding to be an event....it definitely was a tproduction. We were engaged on December 31, 2018 and I was diagnosed with Cancer shortly afterwards. The best thing I did after saying "YES" was hiring 402 Event Services. They were very professional yet very personable. Were contemplating postponing our wedding until I was healthier but they did EVERYTHING!! We would say Yes/No, approve and pay which was exactly what I needed since I was going through treatment and had surgery. I had some complications and had to be hospitalized a lot longer than what was anticipated. This sent a lot of things from my end into a whirlwind but Steven was very patient. Colleen even came to the hospital and dropped items off to me allowing me to stay stress-free and heal! Working with their list of vendors was just as great. They demonstrated the same level of professionalism! Our invitation were absolutely gorgeous and set the foundation for our wedding. The florist implemented my Heavenly vision and everything was breathtaking!! Our wedding wasn't your typical wedding as our wishlist of entertainers, photographers and videographers were from different states. 402 Event Services executed their riders perfectly, as well as coordinated flights, accommodations, security, lighting, sound checks, equipment needs, menus, design, production, and a host of other things. Our wedding day was EPIC! The rest of the staff were just as professional and a pleasure. My father's shirt did not make it to the venue, which definitely would be a reason to panic and stress but 402 Event Services saved the day and got my father a shirt!! We are still receiving daily calls complimenting us on how well things flowed, how beautiful everything was and that there was never a dull moment. We can't thank you enough for everything that you all did for us!!! It was definitely the wedding of our dreams and our guests say they have never seen and been apart of anything like it!!!

We worked with Jordan and she was absolutely amazing. Our wedding would not have been what it was without her. She went above and beyond to make sure there was zero stress for us and our family. She was able to coordinate all the vendors, create our timeline, and carry out any requests we had. She was also able to give suggestions and ideas to make things run more smoothly. She made sure we had dinner before anyone else so we could enjoy our reception and mingle with our guests, and she never let our drinks go empty! We would highly recommend Jordan and 402 events.
