Alicia was diligent and easy to work with. She was flexible and accommodating and supportive of my ideas. She helped us create realistic goals within our means and set out to accomplish them with a smile. Even with a few hiccups along the way, caused by various outside forces, Alicia and her partner Neal both worked their tails off to help us create the perfect wedding experience for us. We highly recommend working with Off the Beaten Path for your wedding needs!

I highly, highly recommend Off The Beaten Path to anyone who is considering a day of coordinator or wedding planner. Alicia and Neal went above and beyond with our whole planning process, and we only had them as our day of coordinator! Alicia is one of the most organized people I know, my thoughts sometimes can be jumbled and can come across a bit confusing, but Alicia always knew exactly what I was meaning, and had great suggestions along the way to bring special touches into our wedding. Our day was absolutely perfect, we literally scored the jackpot finding these two. It was hard convincing my now husband, that we needed a day of coordinator, as he felt we could just do it on our own, but by the time the wedding was over, he couldn’t stop thanking me for NOT listening to him! They made our day, and the days leading up to it, so stress free. To show how amazing Alicia is, one of the times we met up with her we had met her partner, Neal, for the first time, Alicia accurately filled him in on months of details her and I had spoken of leading up to the wedding, without having single note for reference or a reminder in front of her! Im extremely impressed with how organized she is, especially because I know they had to of been busy with other weddings (and now planning their own!) and they made us feel like we were the only wedding on their list. They are worth every penny if not more! Off The Beaten Path is incredible!!

It's hard to trust someone else with your own wedding vision, but Alicia saw it and made it happen seamlessly. And Neal's photography captured it all beautifully. Totally worth the money for a wedding coordinator!

Working with Alicia and Neal was a great experience. Alicia catered to our vendor needs and to make sure that things ran as smoothly as possible while Neal took some incredible mountain shots of us at our ceremony site in the Beartooth mountains. They worked hard to make sure that we had a day to remember.
