The food and appetizers were AMAZING!! I can't even believe how good everything was. We did a family style dinner and I had a little bit of everything. I know my guests did too and even called me to tell me how amazing our dinner was. They were attentive and the dinner was hot and fresh. The bat tenders were polite and did a great job!! I would highly reccomend this catering company 100%

We used Sterling Catering for our wedding. The planning process was easy and the staff was very responsive, especially in the days leading up to our event. We picked the meal choices during a meal tasting - the hard part was narrowing it all down! At the reception, the food was a big hit! We went with a buffet - bacon crusted chicken and a vegetarian penne pasta. Our sides were roasted potatoes, brussel sprouts. The buffet also included a salad. The servers kept the buffet moving and were quick to clear plates or get what we needed. We were also able to order a la carte meals for our guests with specific dietary needs. There was plenty to go around. Affordable, professional and tasty.

All of my guests talked about how much they enjoyed the food and compared to the other caterers in Minneapolis Sterling is one of the most cost effective I had found. We just had our wedding at Watson Block and used Sterling Catering. It was AMAZING!! All of our guests enjoyed our food, every plate was perfect and Sarah was so great to work with. You can tell they truly care about their work. I am already craving the Pasta Carbonara. Great people and great staff!!

My husband and I had a great experience with Sterling Catering for our wedding! The food was excellent and the price was really fair. We got a lot of compliments from our guests! Their service was unobtrusive and efficient. We had a buffet, but a few plated meals for people with allergies, and they took care of everything perfectly--everyone got the food that they needed. The waitstaff were all friendly and knew exactly what they needed to do and when they needed to do it. We were so busy on the day of our wedding, that it was wonderful to not need to worry about anything.

Not only was the food we had catered inexpensive, the team was so helpful in working with us on items that we wanted but weren't necessarily on the menu. Wonderful working with the staff day of as well! They definitely went above and beyond our expectations.

Sterling provided the bar service for our wedding. Katie and Renee were very easy to work with. The bartenders were set up on time and did their job exceptionally. One of them even walked across the venue to the head table during dinner to see if my bride or I needed a drink. The only complaints I have are that we were supposed to have a selection of four different beers but they only brought two and we ran out of beer part way through the reception. One of the bartenders remedied this by running to the liquor store to pick up more. When I told Renee and Katie about this after the fact they were very apologetic and sent us a gift card. Everything else was perfect.
