We worked with Bre on our wedding day-of coordination and she was amazing. She was responsive in the time leading up to our wedding, and helped answer questions and provide guidance when we needed it during the planning process. Bre was so organized down to every tiny detail of our big day. On the wedding day, we were amazed at how smoothly everything went and how little we had to think about any of it. Every time I saw Bre throughout the night, she was always a calm, reassuring presence. We would recommend her and MAVEN a million times over! We don't know how we would have done it without them. I got married in May 2019 and used Maven for my flowers and event coordination- I can't say enough good things about them! I could hardly believe that I was at my own wedding- I was beyond impressed with out the space and decorations turned out! Thank you so much for all your help. Abby was our day of coordinator and did a wonderful job. She took the stress out of the day, and everything ran as smoothly as possible. It definitely wouldn't have been the same without Abby. My husband and I shopped around at many vendors, but ultimately went with Maven due to a recommendation and we are SO happy we did. The team consistently kept in touch throughout the planning process, were extremely thorough, and totally executed my dream. I hosted the reception at my Husband's parents house and we were debating the need for a coordinator. THANK GOD we had one. I worked with Iselin and she took care of everything a month prior to the date, came to our rehearsal, and was the point person for everything. I didn't have a care in the world that day because I knew Iselin and the Maven team had it. Even when our chef didn't prepare Vegetarian plates she made it happen. I highly recommend using Maven for your big day. Although they may be a bit pricier than other vendors, they know what they're doing and will take care of everything. We worked with Maven for our wedding floral and they made the entire planning process enjoyable and easy! I did a customized wedding package, with partial design and floral included. The team was readily available by email for communication. I met with their team several times leading up to the wedding to review the design and floral because I was a little anxious about my vision (i have zero design talent), and they were wonderful about listening to what I like and dont like in design/floral. They put together a beautiful ceremony backdrop, stunning bouquets, and gorgeous head table for me, and they assisted with day of set up and design to take the pressure off of my friends and family. Kalie was our coordinator at 514 Studios in September of 2018 and she could not have been more helpful. It was so nice to have someone else calling the shots on the day of our wedding so we could relax and enjoy the day. She created our timeline for the day, put together our floor plans and oversaw the room flip between the ceremony and reception so we could spend time together once we got married. Additionally, she was our main POC for all of our vendors the day of the wedding, which helped us be able to focus on having fun, rather than small details. I could not be more thankful for everything that Maven did to make our wedding day special, from the coordination down to the design and rentals. I decided early on that I would need help with planning and design, and got lucky enough to sign on with Maven after much delay on my behalf. Kelly, Shaley, Mackenzie and Hannah were all amazing. Kelly (the mastermind who created this business) is the type of person that you wish you were friends with as soon as you meet her, she is AWESOME. Mackenzie was our day of coordinator, with Hannah as her assistant, and the two of them truly went above and beyond my expectations. Everything went perfectly from my point of view, and I was able to make it through the entire day without feeling ANY stress. My main goal for the day (other than getting married) was for all of our family (and friends) to be able to show up and celebrate with us without feeling any obligation to do anything, and I don’t think it could have gone any better. We had one snafu with forgetting our child’s car seat at our hotel, and Hannah offered to go and get it for us without question -- a total lifesaver, literally. Any time we needed something, they were there to help and I truly don’t know how we would have done it without them. I can’t praise them enough and have already recommended them to others who are also planning their weddings in the Twin Cities. We received many compliments on our day and we owe it to Maven for bringing it all together for us flawlessly. I wish we could have another wedding just to enlist their help again. THANK YOU GUYS!

Maven did the flowers for our October 2019 wedding. I was horrible at providing direction and just sent them my Pinterest board and told them "I trust your judgement." And I'm so glad I did!!! What they put together was not what I would have picked out for myself, but it was perfect. The bridal party bouquets and boutonnieres were stunning, and they did a great job adding small arrangements, candles and greens throughout the venue to add texture and color. Working with them was also a breeze - they were super responsive and answered all of my questions with helpful advice. Thank you mavens!!!

WE LOVE MAVEN. Booking them for floral and day of coordination was the best decision ever. Genevieve made all my floral dreams come true and Shaley made sure that everything was executed flawlessly. Our day was absolutely perfect and it wouldn’t have been possible without them. Not only are they incredibly talented, they are wonderful people. We instantly felt a connection with them and knew that we would be in good hands on the big day. Pricing was also super reasonable!! The night of my wedding, I remember thinking, how did we afford all this!!?? We told them what we wanted to spend (thinking it wouldn’t get us much) and it turned out so much better than we could have ever imagined. I also think that having a day of coordinator (specifically Shaley:)) is a NECESSITY. I’ve been to many weddings where family and friends are stressed trying to make sure everything runs smoothly, but that was not the case at our wedding. Deciding to use MAVEN during our wedding planning was the best decision we made all year (besides the decision to get married, of course). We had our December 8th wedding at 514 Studios Event Center, which includes Day of Coordination through MAVEN, so that’s how we learned about them. As wedding planning got more stressful, we decided to add on MAVEN’s Design Package, and we are so happy we did. Shaley was incredible - we got to meet with her in person where she attentively listened to our ideas and came up with a few of her own to make our day and space really unique and beautiful! Not only do they help with tangible design details like floral and stationery, they can help with other more intangible things like order of events. Through all of our conversations and emails, we could tell they are a very professional group who are experts in their field. They handled every question and worry we threw at them with ease and reassurance. We booked floral and nearly all of our decor including all the table centerpieces through them. When we saw the space the day of, we were floored - everything came together perfectly and the space looked like “us”, not just another cookie cutter wedding. And the best part was that they took care of all of the set-up and tear down, which meant less stress for our families, and more time to enjoy the day! Huge shoutout to our amazing Day of Coordinator, Kalie, for knowing exactly what needed to happen and timing everything perfectly. We felt so secure in her hands, and she was an absolute joy to work with as well! Also thanks to Linda (floral design) and all the other MAVENs who helped deliver, set up, flip, and tear down the space. If you’re on the fence about booking MAVEN, DO IT NOW. You’ll thank yourself later when you’re having fun instead of stressing on the best day of your life.

So happy we had Maven help us with our wedding! From start to finish, the entire staff was helpful and attentive. Communication was a breeze. They responded timely to all emails and had great suggestions. They did a great job the day of the wedding making sure everything ran smoothly. I especially liked how they worked behind the scenes and handled everything themselves - you really learn to appreciate that during the wedding process. As many before us have said, hiring the MAVEN team was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding day! Shaley and Genevieve were the dream team when it came to Day of Coordination and Florals :) Looking back on our wedding day, I don't think my groom and I or my family would have been able to enjoy the day as much without Shaley's constant attention to detail. From coordinating all of the vendors to making sure we never went without a drink in our hand while we were busy talking to our guests - she truly thought of it all!!
