Great time! Had never been in a limo before Saturday Social Soiree. Staff was friendly & helpful. 27 passenger limbusine was great with music player, tv & everything. Even made a couple extra stops that weren't on the schedule. Would use again & looking forward to a wine tour, casino trip or some other fun road trip! Update~ They have once again made a great impression on us by making our business ribbon cutting a great success & fun by providing professional service & entertainment for our event.

We hired this particular company for our wedding day to take us around to do our pictures before the wedding. They were well priced and seemed a lot nicer than some of the competitors out there. They told us they would be there around 11:30am to pick us up. No such luck for us. By noon we were calling to figure out where our driver was so we didn't fall too far behind schedule. It turns out our driver decided not to show up for work that day and no one thought to check in with him or us. Our wedding party ended up using our cars to shuttle around town in order to keep on schedule. So what's worse about not showing up? The owner was on vacation but said he'd refund us and make it up to us with a free ride at another time. We were perfectly happy to accept that. When the owner came back from vacation, we had to keep on them to remind them of the refund and he retracted his offer of a free ride saying he couldn't give it to us. I wouldn't even rate this company a full one star if I could. They gave terrible service by not showing up and couldn't be held accountable for their promises. You're better off driving yourself than going with this company.
