We started working with Bre a couple months before the wedding and in the weeks leading up she was indispensable. Our rehearsal was a breeze, Bre leading the pack of weirdos we had as a party. As the MOB (and also speaking for the FOB), hiring Bre as our day-of wedding coordinator was one of the best decisions we made. The bride and my husband and I all live out of town adding an extra layer of complexity. We had several Skype calls with Bre in the months leading up to the wedding to set our itinerary and for her to answer questions. We communicated frequently by email and Bre was always quick with an answer. By the time of the wedding we had a detailed itinerary set, and since the wedding was planned for outdoors, we had a detailed Plan B as well. Bre ran through both plans at our rehearsal and guided our group with grace and confidence. I can’t say enough about how great Bre was to work with and how competently she handled the evening, even with several last minute big changes due to weather. It was a wonderful wedding and she made it so easy for us. I know there were many things that were going on in the background that I did not have to give a thought to - they just magically happened!! The tables with the place cards and favors looked great, the ceremony set up was perfect, the lit pillar candles were so pretty, the dining tables lovely. All just as we had planned! I also appreciate Bre's little touches like giving the bride and groom a few minutes alone after the ceremony and giving my husband and I a moment to go to the dining room before the guests arrived and savor how beautiful it was. Bre was an absolute delight to work with, completely competent, and as an added bonus... Bre IS fun!

I didn’t really know what a day of coordinator consist of, but other brides were recommending to have one for my wedding day. I started researching coordinators and after a 30 minute phone call I knew Bre was right for me! She made all my wedding day dreams become a reality. She made sure no detail was forgotten and that everything went as planned. My wife just commented on Bre's awesome job coordinating our August 2018 wedding but I thought I'd add a couple of things from the groom's perspective. Literally one day before our wedding, at our rehearsal, we made some major changes to our ceremony and dinner plans because the weather forecast predicted rain. Normally I imagine this would be a stressful and confusing process, but Bre handled everything professionally and calmly. In addition, she was irreplaceable on the wedding day. Hiring Bre was the best decision we made for our wedding day! (Aside from the decision to get married… :)) I can’t imagine someone more perfect for us than Bre. From our very first meeting, we could tell she was listening to us and fully grasped our vision for our day – which was a huge relief, since the rental agreement at our venue dictated that we couldn’t have access to the space until only a few hours before our ceremony. My wife and I weren’t able to help with day-of setup at all, so our vision was fully in Bre’s hands. We had a *lot* of DIY decor, so we rallied a small army of friends and family to help, and Bre led them all brilliantly. When we arrived with our photographers, she was putting on the finishing touches, and it was breathtaking. It was one of our favorite moments of the day, walking into the venue and seeing our dreams for the space come so perfectly to life by Bre’s expert hand! That was just the beginning, though – Bre was indispensable before and after the ceremony, and she was in a million places at once all night, always with a broad, calm smile. She ushered us into a private space after the ceremony, brought us drinks and made sure we had a few minutes to ourselves before letting any of our guests into the room. Another highlight was the moment during toasts when we dramatically broke our emcee’s champagne flute: Bre was on it like a flash, appearing from the wings with a broom, dustpan, and mop. The mess was cleaned up and the next toast continued with only the briefest pause. She’s patient, friendly, energetic, and meticulous with details – we couldn’t recommend Bre more highly! Anyone would be lucky to have her guiding hand at their side on their wedding day.

We couldn’t have been more blessed and thankful that they did. Bre was an absolute joy to work with and helped make our wedding day run smoothly (it was perfect!). She went above and beyond to make sure our wedding planning experience and wedding day were fun and stress-free. My partner and I met with Bre more than 6 months before our wedding at a neat coffee shop. From that moment, we knew we were in good hands. She provided great recommendations for vendors (we ended up using a few of them) and knew the logistics of how to plan a fun wedding at Bauhaus. We also met with her about a month before the wedding at the venue to work out the day’s schedule and logistics. She provided great recommendations and even helped convinced my husband and I to consider doing a sparkler tunnel send off, which ended up being one of my favorite moments of the wedding day. As someone who likes to worry about all the little details, I was so happy and relieved to have Bre help me make sure everything regarding the wedding day was covered so I didn’t have to think about it at all on the wedding day. She was flexible as we adjusted the day’s schedule multiple times, some relatively last minute. She called the week of the wedding to run through the day’s schedule and make sure everything was set and ready, and also contacted the vendors to make sure they were aware of what was needed from them. The day of the wedding, she managed to multitask with ease. She was extremely hardworking: helping with set-up/decor, assisting with last minute staging, making sure all the snacks were full, managing all the vendors, answering any questions from guests and vendors, and checking in with my partner and me regarding the flow of the day and that we stayed somewhat on schedule. She did all of this with a huge genuine smile on her face, and a sense of calmness that helped set the tone for the day. All of the guests and vendors had nothing but positive things to say about Bre as well. Would highly recommend for those looking for a day-of coordinator or event planner.

When we decided to get married at Bauhaus Brew Labs, they put us in touch with their wedding coordinator, Bre. We feel so incredibly lucky to have had her on our wedding team. She made our wedding day flawless. She is extremely organized and was very prompt with emails. I didn't worry about anything that day because she took care of everything, and I mean EVERYTHING. She took decor from me the night before the wedding to have it set up by the time we arrived to Bauahus, she was always in touch with our vendors, and when it rained during our reception, she was out wiping down tables and moving them under the covered area so guests would have a place to sit. Once I started making the day of timeline myself, I quickly became very overwhelmed with trying to determine all the little details that needed to be taken care of and at what time, and who to designate to do each task. At first, my fiance was hesitant that we needed a coordinator, but as time went on and our day of timeline became more complicated, he was so relieved we had someone helping us figure out logistics. Bre was so great to work with throughout the entire process, from the initial consultation up until our wedding day. One word of advice to future couples: work your budget around hiring an incredible photographer as well as Bre! She's worth every penny and then some more! From the minute we met with Bre, she eased every worry & every anxious thought we had about planning our wedding! Her fun, patient and professional personality helped us every step of the way. She never steered us in a direction we were unsure of and she was clear from the start on what she would and wouldn't do (and helped us find capable people to do the things she wouldn't, i.e. take out the trash ;)). Bre thinks of EVERY SINGLE THING - from the biggest things (vendors, timelines, etc) to the smallest thing you would never think of (do you have rope or a ladder to put those bike wheels 10 feet in the air?). When we had some unexpected situations arise during our planning process, Bre was there to reassure us that at the end of it all, we would be married and have an awesome party! She reworked timelines for us up until the week of and when the wedding day came, Bre executed everything perfectly. We never once had to lift a finger! She complimented our friends on their setup prowess, she would zip around the room so quickly and efficiently that by the end of the night, we were in awe of everything she had done to make us feel so able to enjoy every second of our wedding. We'll be singing Bre's praises until the end of time! She is committed to her clients and makes you feel like you're the most important people to her. We loved working with Bre and would tell anyone and everyone to do the same. Bre IS fun!

For instance, as we were getting ready to leave Bre was standing there with our Polaroid camera saying, "hey you said you wanted to make sure you got a picture before the end of the day". Small things like that would have been forgotten, yes maybe not the biggest deal, but so fun to have and look back on and it was many of those small things that Bre helped make happen, plus all the big things. I 100% recommend hiring a day-of-coordinator and even more recommend that that coordinator be Bre. Happy Wedding planning!

I can't believe I'm just now writing this review almost two months after our wedding -- hiring Bre was HANDS DOWN the best decision we made (and we made some pretty great wedding decisions, if I do say so myself ;)). I went back and forth on whether we needed a day-of coordinator, since our venue was pretty all-inclusive and came with a "venue coordinator" and they told us that couples often didn't hire a DOC unless they did their ceremony offsite (we weren't). I am SO glad we decided to work with Bre anyway! Just as I was starting to get seriously stressed about wedding planning, our two-month meeting made me feel immediately relieved as she checked in with us about SO many tiny details I would never have thought of, and helped us work through how we wanted to handle them. On our wedding day it was the GREATEST feeling knowing all of the details were handled. My hair appointment ran long and it was no big deal because Bre was already at the venue making sure everything was taken care of. Our wedding day was so much more awesome than we even anticipated and no small part of that was due to Bre! My advice would be that if you think you can't afford her, consider what you're spending on the day overall and whether it's worth a little more to be able to be fully present and enjoy the day and all the money and planning that went into it. I'd do it again in a heartbeat!

She was really great at providing advice on various vendors, décor/layout ideas and making sure I had everything in order ahead of schedule. She has good relationships with many vendors, so any idea we had could easily be worked out. But on top of all of that, Bre really is so much fun! We miss talking with her! Planning a big party is complex and stressful, but she really makes it as easy as it can possibly be. And our day was so, so fun, largely because of her effort and expertise. Hire her!

And, boy, are we ever glad we hired Bre! Bre is nothing short of absolutely AMAZING! She is a wealth of advice, is an incredibly hard worker and is friendly to boot. She helped us plan our wedding beforehand and think about all of the details (so many details!) and helped execute our plans to perfection. As well, we had a more challenging wedding, as it was outside and at a family farm (read nontraditional venue) but she was a shining star. Bre is more than worth her fee, our wedding wouldn't have been possible without her. And it would've been a heck of a lot more stressful for both my husband & I and our parents.
