Bellagala was a life saver when it came to our wedding planning and execution. Now-a-days with how expensive weddings can get, the convenience and bundle discounts that Bellagala provides with multiple services at a time made our lives so much easier. We ended up using the day of coordinator, photographer, videographer, photo booth, and florist services for our wedding and couldn’t be happier with the results! The way they have their system set up to pick the vendors worked out perfectly. Even the vendors that we didn’t hand pick that were assigned to us matched exactly what we were looking for! Great customer service too! They answered all of my phone calls and responded to all my emails in an extremely timely manner. Our wedding would not have turned out nearly as amazing if we did not work with Bellagala!

Overall, our experience with Bellagala was pretty good. It was nice to have packages we could choose that met what we wanted at a reasonable price and definitely made planning much easier. Looking back we may have done a couple of things differently, but overall we were happy with the services. Hands down the best of our artists was our photographer John L. He has an eye for details and a vision for pictures like no other. You can tell that he loves photography He truly made our day great and was helpful outside of picture taking too, which was greatly appreciated. His second shooter, Alan, was also fantastic. We cannot wait to see what the two of them achieved together. They seemed like a great team and we are so glad that we ended up choosing John as our photographer. He's a fantastic person and photographer! Our florist was Heather F. She also did a great job, we gave her a lot of freedom - basically just our colors and a general idea of what we were looking for in bouquets and boutonnieres, and her work was awesome! I just wish my flowers would have lasted longer! We probably would have chosen a more traditional photo booth instead of the photo booth with an attendant. We think the attendant may have thrown some people off of wanting to use it. And the props weren't the best.

We got married on 10/6/17 and our photographers, Andrew P and Andrea were awesome! They listened to everything we had discussed, were very prepared, creative, and fun!! Our ceremony and some photos were rained out, but Andrew and Andrea were flexible. Andrea even let me sit on her raincoat so we could get a quick picture on a swing outside :) Also, our florist Heather F. was fantastic! The flowers were GORGEOUS and exactly how we envisioned them to be. Heather and the photographers were very responsive leading up to the wedding. We can't thank these three enough for making our wedding day perfect!!

We used Meagan W. for our photographer for our engagement photos, and our June 9 wedding. Meagan was absolutely fantastic!! We highly recommend her to anyone! She took control over everyone and made sure to get us all organized during the formal pictures. She had a list of shots that I wanted, printed out and brought with her, and crossed them out as we went to make sure I got what I had wanted. She sent us a sneak peek of both our engagement pictures and our wedding photos, and we are SO happy with them! Before our wedding, Meagan was so easy to get in contact with - she always responded to my emails promptly! Additionally, Meagan was great in telling us what poses to do, and really making us comfortable and putting us at ease. We would use Meagan for any photographic needs in the future, as she was wonderful to work with, and did wonderful work. We really felt that she was accommodating, professional, and made sure to make us happy. Before leaving, Meagan asked my husband and I, as well as my parents, if there were any other pictures we wanted - this was something I truly appreciated! We are so pleased with everything, and can't recommend Bellagala photography, and Meagan specifically, enough

We used Bellagala for a few of our services because we had heard good things and they had really fair prices. (I loved their tiered options.) We had a photographer, a musician trio, and a DJ, and they were all spectacular! It was great being able to have one organization to work with for multiple vendors, if that makes sense. I also loved their questionnaires, because it really got to the details and nitty gritty that I may not have thought of. For example, the DJ questionnaire asks about what you would want the DJ to do in X, Y, or Z situations, as well as going through and choosing from thousands of songs that you definitely want or don't want. It was incredibly thorough, and it made our wedding day all the better!

My husband and I worked with Bellagala photographer Megan Gregory. She was phenomenal! The photos turned out beautifully. She captured so many important, touching, and funny moments throughout the day. Whenever I look back at the photos I feel like I'm reliving my wedding day. She was friendly and appropriately directive during formal photos and then faded into the background to photograph the rest of the day. She was quick in responding to emails. She was on-time for meetings and phone calls. I can't sing her praises enough. I would recommend Megan and Bellagala to anyone in Indy looking for a photographer for their special day!

Underwhelmed. I saw all of the glowing reviews on The Knot, but didn't do my research on other sites. They got all of the family shots we asked for, but that's about all that I was happy with. I got 16 shots of my place cards. I'm not kidding. And not a single shot of our place cards. We decided not to see each other before the ceremony so I know there wasn't a hour long photo shoot of more candid, non-posed, photos of the two of us. We got only three. I wish that had been communicated prior to the end of the wedding because I would have asked for more. We had a wonderful venue in a historic mansion and we hardly got any shots of those details. I'm seriously considering hiring another photographer and asking the venue to rent a few additional hours to get those pictures. I feel like for the money we spent I shouldn't have to do that. We went with Bellagala because of the convenience of not having to search through photographers, but now I really wish we did. They have an amazing sales team, those girls could sell snow to a polar bear. But after you sign the contracts, there isn't any follow up. No check in after the wedding to let you know when the pictures will be ready.

We chose Bellagala to take our wedding pictures. Our photographer was David Orr. He was great to work with. He made sure we met in advance to get ideas of what we were looking for. During our wedding it rained, but he made sure he still got the pictures we hopped to get. The second photographer he brought was very nice and very patient as well. We would recommend David and Bellagala to take your wedding pictures.

We used Bellagala for our photographer (Andrew P) photo booth (Dan) and DJ (Marc). Overall we were very happy with our photographers! Andrew was busy all day long. Neither of us are necessarily the best when it comes to getting our pictures taken, but he made it less awkward and more fun! We received plenty of compliments towards both Andrew and Dan. I am so excited to see our photos when they are done! We were a little sad that we had a mix up with one of our songs. We had a family member record the song that I was going to walk down the aisle to. I emailed them the song like they requested and they said everything was fine. Then, 45 minutes before the ceremony it wasn't there. Thankfully I had it on my phone to resend. Finally, about 5 minutes before the ceremony, he ended up playing our song while there were still people coming in and sitting down instead of waiting for the ceremony to begin. Not a huge deal but was a little stressful right before the ceremony. 100% would recommend both Andrew and Dan. They were fantastic!

Heather Feather was our florist and her arrangements perfectly captured my personality and were beautiful to look at! I know very little about flowers and Heather not only was so easy to work with and talk to, but she was able to take the colors I had in my head and come up with a wide variety of options. The flowers complemented the bridesmaid dresses so well that everything looked like a fairy tale. I told her I wanted to keep the flower cost fairly low as well and she made sure to pick exquisite flowers in an affordable price range. My dress was ivory with a burgundy jeweled sash, and Heather even added the same details on the ribbon of my bouquet! I could not have been happier with our flowers! Highly recommend her service!

Thomas was our DJ and it could not have gone better! We were a little nervous about the DJ as we selected the Associate Package, but we are so happy that we did. Our party was not only bilingual, but had groups of people with very different tastes in music. Not to mention a number of different shows to mix into the line-up. There was not a moment that people were not dancing. Tom knew how to raise the rhythm of the party when needed and his mix of songs were very fun. We were amazed by his knowledge of music, especially Latin music. We very happy with everything and if you have the chance to work with Tom you should be very grateful. We were originally set up with a DJ who was incompetent of the task, but Bellagala was so helpful and organized and they upgraded us to Echelon level and switched us to Sam who immediately connected with us. He was prepared even when we were frantic and unorganized. He was very thorough and did an amazing job. The dance floor was filled all night. Bellagala was a great choice for us, especially being from out of town - and not knowing a lot of local vendors. Having a 'one stop shopping' for selecting a vetted photographer, videographer, and DJ was a huge time saver and ultra convenient. Having these artists already put through the paces by Bellagala was reassuring that you weren't taking a flyer on someone who may flake on you. Our photographer Andrew Parfenov was top notch - had full control of the day, took time to setup creative/unique shots, and was a pleasure to be with. Our videographer Jake Moore was extremely thorough with capturing all angles, and I routinely noticed him catching shots I'd have never thought to look for. And lastly, our DJ Mike Hongslo was a lot of fun, knew exactly how to keep the dance floor going, and happily took our direction on the types of songs and vibe we wanted for the evening. You won't go wrong with any of these three guys.

Jonathon S. was the best DJ we could have asked for at our wedding. He stuck with our music plan but was also able to adjust and change things as the night progressed. Everything was seamless until the day of the wedding. The photographer showed up 40 mins late, she had no ideas or never scoped out the area we chose to do the first look and family photos. All of the photos she manage to cut off portions of people and they were very uneven. She lost her camera and lense and left it at the hotel. As the bride I was frantically looking for her camera and she expected us to find it and left went to the location without it. Then she never made a decision on where to actually do the photography with family and put us in the uneven grassy wet area, which got the entire bottom of my dress black and everyones hair is blowing in the wind. I would not recommend going with Jennifer in Kansas City as a photographer she didn’t appear to care. When we got to our second destination they told us we had to leave because we needed a permit so another example of her not doing any homework before day of. I met with her twice, discuss in detail of my expectations and even sent her a schedule. She by far the worse vendor I had hired for that day.

We went with Bellagala for dj service and photography for our wedding. Dj service was pretty good but when it came time to receive our wedding photos Bellagala sent us a link to view the photos. Turns out it was our link but someone elses wedding photos. When I called I got the run around and it still hasnt been fixed. My wife emailed Kelly about the mix up with no response from Kelly or Bellagala. Also, a week prior to the wedding Bellagala tried up charging $500 when there was a contract in place. There was no explanation to the upcharge. It was " just because". I do not recommend Bellagala.

Not only was she the most professional photographer i have ever worked with, but i genuinely felt that she was a great person and very easy to work with on top of that. Her work in being concise, timely, and working with my impatient personality (I HATE TAKING PHOTOS) surpassed my expectations. You are making a mistake choosing anyone else.

We LOVED Bellagala- the quality, the prices and most importantly- the PEOPLE :) Sarah and David were our photographers and Derek was our DJ. SO thankful they were a part of our day. My husband and I could not be happier with the job Jonathon S. did as our DJ for our wedding reception on 11/03/18. He was super easy to communicate with leading up to and during our wedding day. We really appreciated how he checked in with us a couple times throughout the evening to make sure we were happy with how things were going and to see if we had any specific requests. We also last minute decided to defer from the traditional clinking of the glasses during dinner to make us kiss and went the route of making our guests sing a song with "love" in it; Jonathon facilitated the game seamlessly and it was a ton of fun. We have gotten numerous compliments from our guests, and our dance floor was packed all night! He definitely has our highest recommendation for anyone in the market for a DJ! We were also absolutely thrilled with our experience working with Andrew P. as our photographer and Was as our second shooter. Andrew was really easy and fun to communicate and collaborate with and made sure to accommodate all of our preferences. He did a great job directing our wedding party to make the most of our time with him, and he was great at making everyone feeling comfortable in front of the camera. He had a great artistic eye and was constantly coming up with new ideas for different shots. We received our photos in less than two weeks after the wedding and are incredibly happy with the quality and variety of photos in our gallery. We would absolutely recommend him for anyone looking for a wedding photographer! I also have to give props to Kelsey B. who helped us coordinate our services through Bellagala. She was super helpful, responsive, and accommodating!

Jon S. was the best DJ! We honestly couldn't have asked for anything more! He was wonderful at coordinating all the guests and the day of timeline for the entirety of our wedding! He was not only the DJ but lent a hand in coordination for the day. He instructed the guests to be seated for dinner, introduced both the blessing and the celebratory toasts, as well as our first dance. He was kind and attentive enough to check in with us to make sure we were okay with the music he was playing, if we desired anything to be changed/adjusted, and if we wanted to stick to the schedule or if we needed five more minutes to visit with guests or finish eating. Would recommend again and again, we could not have been happier with Jon S. being our DJ on our wedding day!

Kelly and I had Derek as our DJ and he was absolutely amazing. From the moment he got there we knew we had picked the right DJ as there was not a worry from us at all. At the ceremony he knew exactly when to play the music and when to stop it with basically no direction from us. At the reception he knew exactly how to keep the party going. Again not a ton of direction from us, he was just fantastic at reading the crowd and making sure everyone had the best time. Could not have asked for a better DJ!

Need a DJ? Don't make a decision until you meet STEVE LY, the Bellagala DJ we hired for my daughter's wedding! The entire evening, from pre-dinner social-hour music through the dance was just PERFECT and so FUN! Steve met with my daughter and her husband to get their idea for music style, and he carried out their vision flawlessly, orchestrating what they said was the night of their lives. He also gave us very sound advice on bar placement, dance floor placement, specific song recommendations, etc. that was SPOT ON. The dance floor was FULL the entire night long, and our guests did not want the night to end! It's obvious to us that Steve is one of the best around the way he kept our large group of guests on their feet laughing, dancing and singing along to all the best tunes. Can't thank you enough, Steve! You made my daughter's reception a night none of us will ever forget!

Meagan was extremely easy to work with. She made the planning process seamless and stress free. The day of the wedding she was organized and was able to keep the family pictures moving stress free. We had a large amount of children involved with the wedding and she did great with the business and really had a "go with the flow" attitude which made it easy to enjoy the day instead of stress out when people were late or things didn't go as planned. We also had very large family pictures that we requested be taken with 30+ people. Meagan did a great job spacing out people evenly and was able to capture many pictures with everyone looking and being able to zoom in on every face with no one being blocked. So I booked an Associate level DJ for their "discounted price" of $700 (from $1,600). First, they wanted to charge me a travel fee AND lodging fee because they thought it was over 95 miles ( I luckily did my own research and found it was 89 miles away) so no lodge fee. Second, there is this music library you can select songs from (old songs) but I did my due diligence and sat with my husband for HOURS finding songs WE liked. I was finally assigned a DJ the week of my wedding and had a brief phone call with Adam; he was nice over the phone and seemed to understand I wanted my songs I selected to be played.. Adam was horrible! He didn't play ANY songs from my list except for when I personally went to him and asked him to play songs. What was the point of my husband and me sitting for HOURS selecting songs?? No one was on the dance floor and he seemed so scared to talk to my guests.. I am very unhappy with the rest of the music after my first dance (which my first dance was played from my phone). DO NOT USE BELLAGALA FOR DJ!!!!

Planning a wedding can definitely be overwhelming. I stumbled across Bellagala and they made things so much easier for me. They gave me the opportunity to book the photographer, the videographer and the DJ all in one spot. The sample photos and videos helped us narrow down what we were looking for. I ultimately chose Anita Thyne to take our photos and Travis Monroe to create our video. They both were so great to work with. Anita had us come into her studio to gather information from us so that she could understand the vision we were looking for. I spoke to Travis on the phone and he understood immediately what we were going for. I was a little concerned at first with the DJ because we didn't know who was going to DJ our wedding until a few days before, but it worked out! Each professional we chose at Bellagala fully listened to what we wanted to truly delivered for us on our wedding day. We cannot wait to see our photos and our video so we can relive every moment! We had a fun little adventure right after the ceremony to take some pictures on the ice so by husband could get a hockey picture. We had Travis tag along and he was so excited to be able to be there for us in that moment. He did not complain about having to make an extra stop and that truly helped to make our day. I muddled for a year over whether to leave a review because I hate leaving negative reviews. So I'll start with the positives: Mike Hongslo was our DJ and he deserves all of the 5 stars in the world! We were told SO many times that our wedding was the best - half of our guests stayed the entire time!, and Mike deserves 100% of the credit. Leah Schmidt was our florist and she was awesome to work with also. Looking back, my only wish is that I would have communicated better with her regarding coordination of delivery. I had friends helping set up and they had no idea she had delivered the flowers so some of our pictures are without boutonnieres, etc. Leah and Mike got their own individual reviews because they were excellent. For his sake, I'd rather not specify who main our photographer was, but to save everyone anxiety, his initials are JY. I am so glad we had a second shooter (Jennifer, who he called Sam...? and she thought this name was Patrick?) because she was amazing and took initiative - many of my favorite photos were taken by her. Without getting too into detail, I look pissed in many of our photos because of his rude comments and oblivion to the shots I wanted (I gave him specific inspiration photos). Our finished photos include a close-up of the microphone, undecorated hall photos and a lot of unflattering photos. Many dance-related shots were missed because he left earlier than established for a "date". Though the quality/post-production of the photos is great, our pictures are my only wedding regret. I've chalked it up to conflict in personalities. Overall: if you bundle, it's a great deal - that's why we chose them. I would pass on the finished photo books and opt to make your own - you only get 20 photos. Also, apparently to get the people you want, you have to book at least a year and a half in advance (we booked 13 months in advance and JY was our fifth choice). Again, I hate to be negative but I hope the constructive criticism helps.

We loved our wedding photographers, Brandi Leigh and her husband Jared. We chose them partially because we loved what she did with the lighting in each of her outdoor shots, which was important because we had a wedding in the North Carolina mountains, with the reception at a nearby cabin. They really didn’t disappoint! They were very conscious of the wedding proceedings, yet also were intrepid enough to get where they needed to best capture the natural beauty of the venue. Another thing they have going for them is their professionalism. They realize how hectic weddings are for the bride and groom; they do their part to review what kind of shots you want taken and with whom, but are also able to adapt in the moment, thus removing a burden from us.

Mike from Bellagala is a well-rounded DJ, we are so glad we hired him. He came and met with us twice before the wedding and we sat and nailed down all the details. He remembered all our requests and preferences during the wedding. His emceeing was fun, his selection of songs was thoughtful and he endeared himself to all our guests who complimented us on how good a DJ we had found. One of the qualities that make him stand out is how he reads the mood of the crowd and is quick to react. During the dance, when the crowd would start thinning or get distracted he would quickly change to something that got them all back on their feet. He changed to slow dancing every now and then to get the older folks' on the floor. He even danced to one of the songs with all of us and it was so nice to see how much he enjoys what he does. I was amazed at how he 'got' Bollywood music and was able to incorporate it so fluidly. It was great that we could offer different genre of music to our guests AND treat them to Mike's guitar-playing. Mike's biggest plus is his personality, he is such a nice person and so friendly. We wish him the best in everything!

Jamie did an excellent job designing our floral arrangements for our wedding! We met two times before the wedding: once to show her our color scheme and inspiration and once to finalize all of our choices. She created a floral mood board for us to give us an idea of what colors and flowers would be included. She was also very helpful when it came to pricing and what was possible. She worked to give us what we wanted while staying within our budget. On the day of the wedding, I brought the cuff of my mom’s wedding dress to wrap around the bouquet and Jamie helped me by putting it all together while I was having my hair done. Every bouquet, boutonniere, and corsage was absolutely stunning. She brought our vision to life. If you are able, absolutely book Jamie as your florist. Justin was awesome at curating the vibe of the evening, and all of our guests had an awesome time during the dance! He was prompt at responding to our questions before the wedding and went above and beyond to accommodate us as we personalized some of the ceremony music. Unfortunately, we did have a few difficulties on the day of the wedding. Before the wedding, we discussed the pronunciation of the names of the wedding party and he wrote some down phonetically. When it came time for the grand march, he mispronounced a few of those names. He also seemed to have issues starting the music on time and at the right volume in the Van Dusen Mansion ballroom because the equipment is farther back in the hallway. We also created a video to play during the first dance. We brought the computer and HDMI cable for it but were told during dinner that the projector in the carriage house couldn’t play it. We were told this while eating our entrees at dinner. We wish the video would have been tested in the morning rather than coming up with a backup plan at dinner while also trying to entertain our guests. Luckily, the Van Dusen Mansion’s Venue Director, Christy, fixed the issue before the dance. Once we actually got into the dance portion of the evening, Justin did an amazing job! Our guests loved the music selection, and he responded to any requests within our limits.

Bellagala is a wonderful company that really helps you simplify the stress of wedding planning. You are able to bundle different vendors and pay a total. We also booked around the holidays and received a photo booth station for free. The services we booked we're dj,photographer, uplighting and photo booth. We were satisfied with all of our services and can't wait to see our pictures. We did have some confusion with figuring out our online account but bellagala was pretty good at communicating with us about what to do. The only other thing that wasn't necessarily negative but just confusing was the photo booth photographer couldn't tell us where we could go to see the photo booth pictures and so we had alot of guests ask us the same question "where can we see our pictures". Our DJs name was Daniel he kept the night rolling and was very positive and energetic. Our photographers name was Eric, he was kind and took some amazing shots, great scenery photographer but we could have used a little more direction as a wedding party as to where to stand so our family pictures weren't lopsided or unable to see everyone's face. We still had an amazing experience and highly reccomend the uplighting it made the room look so cool!!!

Dance floor was packed all night. Day of coordinator, Brittany, was excellent. It was a long day but she worked hard putting things together until the very end. One of biggest jobs we had for her was setup for our decor. We gave her diagrams but also told her she should use her professional judgment to make things look good. She did a fabulous job! She kept the vibe we wanted in tact while also making adjustments when needed. We were VERY happy with how the reception looked. She also did a great job working with our other vendors. Florist, Stephanie, was wonderful. She put together beautiful arrangements while also helping us manage the cost so we could reuse the flowers from the bridal bouquets for the reception. Communication about payments was also clear. Invoice amounts are sent through account log in on their website.

She can visualize unique and romantic shots in locations and poses that I never would have thought of! She also was never pushy-- we were on a budget for our wedding and she respected that and never tried to push for additional spending we couldn't afford. Finally, Kirsten is very easy to work with and my husband and I never felt uncomfortable or awkward around her. Ted W. was an amazing DJ! He was so professional and knowledgeable. He was there to explain the logistics of the night, to make sure all our wedding party was organized and knew what they were doing, and everything transitioned so smoothly because of him. We gave him a pretty loose idea about the musical "vibe" we wanted for the ceremony, social hour, and dance-- yet he was able to create that "vibe" flawlessly. Seriously, I could not recommend Ted more-- he was great! Jamie S. was our florist and she did an amazing job. I showed her basically 3 photos from pinterest and she was able to create an entire evening's worth of flowers that were exactly what I wanted. She has such a beautiful and tasteful eye-- I got so many compliments on my bouquet. The flowers were romantic and classic. Finally, we were on a budget but Jamie created bouquets and other floral items that looked extremely expensive-- despite being a very good value in my opinion.

Awful. Terrible. Traumatized and FULL of regrets. I had to mark at least one star to have this post, but I give MINUS 10 STARS! Do the extra work and find a proper service. I was screwed at every turn. I have waited two years to post this review as I find myself reverting to nasty descriptions of the people I worked with. Amateur artists and professional liars. The photographer was terrible. I have more pictures of some random kid than I do of me or the wedding party. She didn't pose us, she didn't fix wardrobe issues or get creative in any way. I could have hired my 12 year old niece to take photos and it would have been better. We had to edit, tint, alter, fix, clip and cut our own photos. They offered a "free" album with our purchase that we never received. I went rounds for months trying to get the album the way it was promised to be. My husband spent hours editing the terrible photos and we only had maybe 10 good photos to work with. The rest of the promised 700 prints were duplicates or worthless because everyone was doing something stupid. We ended up making our own album. The DJ did not do what was asked. She was to check with both the bride and groom to approve songs not on the list. She started playing requests from guests. She was also responsible for the lighting and it was terrible. She's not a lighting professional, she's not a professional anything. There were overlaps and extended parts to our ceremony pieces, nothing started on time and was played past when it was supposed to stop. She didn't chat with the venue about what music should stop when others started etc. I had two songs going while I walked down the aisle. The florist was also awful. The flowers were brown around the edges and the hosta leaves were torn and mangled. My bouquet fell apart and I was covered with silver paint from the holder. Paint on my hands, face, dress, and other people who had to hold the stupid thing. I had to redo all of my make up because there was silver paint on everything!!!! I was consequently late for photos. I threw it away before the ceremony even started. I borrowed from a vase on my reception table and a ribbon from my nieces hair. Vases I bought and she did not fill were everywhere... we did all the arrangements ourselves. I think she dropped stuff off the night before and the venue wasn't helpful. I can't warn anyone enough. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!! You get one shot at your wedding day. Don't cut this corner, you can't get it back. Spend the extra time and money on a professional for at least photos! Get your flowers from global rose and hire a lighting company. In fact, hire people who do one thing and do it right.

He also took our engagement photos, incorporating our then 10-month old son and we had so much fun and they turned out great! Matt was also very relatable, was so good at keeping the line of communication open throughout the event and always kept people groovin on the dancefloor. I used Bellagala for Photobooth Services and thought it was just OK. THE GOOD: Our attendant was very nice, on time, and had the full set up with great props. Our guests had fun taking photos and for the approx $800 cost, it was something fun that my guests could enjoy after dinner and in between dancing. THE BAD: The main reason we went with Bellagala is because they had the capability to print photos on site, so that our guests could take the pictures with them. However, the printer broke after only about an hour. I then inquired about how to get the pictures printed and sent to me (so I could include them in the thank you's) and they said I would receive them but two months later and I never did. So now, a lot of guests wish they could see the photos they took and it is on me as the bride to share the digital copies and distribute.

We went with the photographer and DJ package, and while I am super happy with my photos and photographers the DJ and management totally failed me. They matched me with a DJ that didnt fit our music style at all, he clearly didn't read all the info we filled out and only took what he wanted away from the hour conversation we had (most of which could have been avoided if he read what we filled out) the ceremony was bad, and although we talked several times about what I wanted it ended up horrible. The music throughout reception may have please a few, but myself and friends pretty much just stared at the dance floor as the 70s music played. Not sure how we got matched with this DJ or why management hasn't been very communicative.

Beware! I would never trust Bellagalla again. We used their photobooth service for our reception and it was a completely disappointing experience! Half way through our reception, the printer ran out of ink! The whole reason I paid the extra $300 was so that the pictures would print on the spot and our guests could take them home. We had 156 guests who flew all over the United States and even as far as China and Israel to be with us on our wedding day. Not only did the printer stop working, the photobooth person didn’t even communicate this with me. I had to find out a few days later by one of my friends-I was so embarrassed and disappointed to learn this news. I would of had my personal assistant run to target to get more ink (this would of been an easy fix considering we were downtown and Target was three blocks away!!!) When I contacted Bellagalla they acted like it was no big deal - that I would still get the digital copies. I was so angry and annoyed at their response acting like it wasn’t a big deal and almost as if I was overreacting. The whole reason I got a photobooth was so that my guests could take home pictures-and they couldn’t because of YOUR ERROR! They said that they would send me all of the pictures via mail so that I could send them to my guests. I’ve already planned an entire wedding and written 150 thank you cards - sure let me just make all new letters with pictures for my guests! I shouldn’t have to do all of that work. Oh and they said they would refund me the printing fee by sending me a check in the mail. That never happened. BRIDES- don’t use Bellagalla! And if you do - bring your own printer and ink because you can’t rely on them at ALL!

Absolutely awful! My wedding photos are terrible. What an important thing to get right, and I’m left with nothing. We had a meeting with our photographer weeks before our big day, filled out a profile, and sent in a shot list. All of these things were ignored on the day of my wedding as well as in my album. I don’t have a single shot with just me and my mom, except when she just arrived and had no make up on and was still in casual clothing. I have 17 pictures of her hands zipping up my dress. I have 20 photos of the food and people’s hands grabbing it. And I have 5, yes 5, pictures of my guests dancing. So many blurry pictures, so many with peoples eyes closed. I have better photos from my guests phones. How incredibly disappointing! Now, over 9 weeks later, I have no response from Bellagala regarding my disappointment. Do not recommend.
