I honestly don't know how I would have survived the wedding planning process or the wedding day without Lexie. We used Availed for month-of services and Lexie took away all the stress of the final month of planning. Every minute of the day was perfectly planned and coordinated and she was quick to respond to my many questions! She made sure every single person involved in the wedding knew exactly what they were supposed to be doing and when. She is incredibly professional and knowledgeable and we are so grateful to her for helping to make our wedding day so perfect.

Availed was a total dream to work with. We hired Lexie for month-of coordination, but Lexie was available for questions from the moment we hired her. She is super responsive and her emails were always very complete and well thought out, which was sooo appreciated. Lexie is very detail oriented, professional, and overall fun to work with! I can’t put into words just how helpful it was to have Lexie there the few weeks before the wedding, as things were really getting real and all of the vendors were reaching out to confirm super intricate details. Lexie swooped in and took the brunt of all of that work that personally weighs me down & made sure it all executed flawlessly! The week prior to the wedding, I met with Lexie to make sure that I had given her all the info she needed, and it was as if she was a mirror of me- she remembered all of my hyper-intricate details and I felt so confident going into the wedding day knowing that she was there to coordinate everything. The day of the wedding, Lexie & Christine arrived early, with their last-minute essentials kit in tow! The whole day went mostly according to plan, and Lexie & Christine were able to coordinate and flex the things that needed to adjust! I can’t say enough great things about working with Availed. If you’re looking for a wedding planner- stop now; you’ve found it. Availed is incredible.

Lexie was a true collaborator in planning our wedding day. She had the right tools to help us and our parents communicate what we were looking for and where we needed advice. She worked with all our vendors to pull together the day-of timeline. On the day, she perfectly balanced hanging in the background and being right there when you needed her. And she was a calm and optimistic presence when it looked like the weather was not going to work out, which was exactly what I needed!

I was recently the MOH in my best friend's wedding. The days leading up to the wedding I kept checking with the bride to see what I needed to do/ help with on the wedding day to which she replied "nothing". She had hired Lexie as a wedding planner and it mad my job as the Matron of Honor so easy! All of us bridesmaids just got to sit back and enjoy the wedding day. Lexie was seriously amazing and had every detail covered. My friend was probably the most relaxed bride I've ever seen and I think a big part of it was that she had Lexie. I cannot say enough great things about Lexie her company Availed and would recommend her to any bride to be needing some coordination help or really for any event! My husband and I met with probably 15 coordinators in the area for our wedding and no one really clicked with us like Lexie did. Not only is she a real and down to earth woman but I felt 100% and completely at ease working with her. Being a little bit type A and "particular" it was super important to me that I could fully trust someone to help me execute everything I dreamed of and more on our special day. They did just that! We originally wanted just a day of coordinator and I am so happy we went with Lexie and her month of coordination package. She was so helpful the weeks leading up to the event, not to mention was there literally any time I had questions for her from the second we hired her! The day of the event, she and Christine on her team really rolled with the punches and made our event perfect without us even knowing things didn't go perfectly. Her completely calming demeanor but her incredible taste, organization, execution, hard work, hustle, adaptability, (the list goes on and on) made everything run so smoothly, more beautiful and perfect on our day and I COULD NOT be more thankful for her!
