I really can’t say enough good things about working with a Brooke on our wedding. Starting with the design process, she took the time to get to know us and our preferences/design aesthetic and came up with the most beautiful design proposal. Our guests were blown away by how beautiful the space looked. Brooke was also always there for us when we had etiquette or other questions. Importantly, the day of went off without a hitch and was incredibly well organized. We would absolutely recommend Brooke to everyone!

Confident, calm, and cared for: these are the words I would use to describe how Scout from Stellaluna Events made me feel – not just on my wedding day, but for the 6 months leading up to it, too! Although I hired Scout as "simply" a day-of coordinator, she took care of us beautifully starting 6 months before the wedding – having regular calls with me, responding to my "brain dump" emails, handling all vendor communications, and on the day of the actual wedding she was a godsend (even hand-lettering extra place cards because my vendor forgot to print them)! Scout kept me in the loop for all the important things that I would want to know about, but handled the minutiae effortlessly – never letting me see a hiccup during the wedding. She also earned the respect of my entire bridal party and family by keeping everyone on schedule in a truly caring way. And the fact that she set up and took everything down, then hand delivered it to our rental home, was white glove service at its finest!! I would never choose another coordinator - Team Stellaluna is best of the best. Thank you for giving us the wedding of our dreams, Scout!!!

Brooke and her team were so amazing to work with as the coordinator(s) for my wedding. Brooke has great professionalism and experience and it was always a breath of fresh air chatting with her to make sure we had everything squared away before the big day. She provided tons of resources and suggestions, all of which I took advantage of. Brooke is great at managing timelines and always on top of everything, particularly communication which is so important because as bride-to-bes' we tend to have a lot going on. We had a large venue *a campground* which we rented for the whole weekend so there was a ton of walking (and running) by Brooke and her team in order to execute everything perfectly. I would highly recommend Brooke if you are considering hiring Stellaluna Events. They are the best!

My husband David and I got married last month in Kalamazoo, Michigan and Stella Luna we’re our wedding coordinators.. my step mom hired them as a wedding gift to us and although at first we were hesitant at the fact that we would need paid help our minds quickly changed as we got to know scout and the owner Brooke. At the time of planning we were backpacking in New Zealand for the year and scout would go out of her way to find a time that worked for both of our time zones to discuss details and go further with planning. The wedding was at my dad’s backyard and within days to my arrivial back into Michigan scout was there to plan everything from renting tables, timing of the day and telling me the things that I needed and things that I didn’t! I’m a more untraditional bride and it was so nice to have someone to put me in place but also understand my aesthetic! The day of the wedding scout, Brooke (the owner) and their assistant were at the house bright and early to set up everything from decorations to the bar and coordinating with our vendors! (Brooke even came to help put all of our wild flowers together and made me a beautiful bouquet to walk down the isle with!!!) While scout and her assistant stayed all night making sure I had a glass of wine in hand, food on a plate and helped clean up the house! I couldn’t imagine a better team to work with. If you are on the fence on whether you need a wedding coordinator or not, give them a call! (Especially if it’s an outdoor wedding) 5 stars with out a doubt!

Words truly cannot express how impressed my husband and I were with Stellaluna Events. We had SO many family members, wedding party members, and even the other vendors for our wedding comment on how impressive Scout and the Stellaluna Team was in organizing the logistics of our wedding day. We hired Scout as "just" a day-of-coordinator, but she went above and beyond in providing guidance and support in the months leading up to the wedding. As a bride, it can be overwhelming thinking of all those little details needed for the big day. I had so much more confidence in my planning, timeline, logistics, etc. with Scout's insight and extremely helpful recommendations. I truly cannot say enough good things about this team. Although Scout is incredibly professional and detailed oriented, what I value most about working with her is her kind demeanor. She felt more like a friend than a wedding coordinator the day of the wedding - that's how much we trusted her and frankly, just loved her! Brides, if you're even considering hiring a day of coordinator, look no further. My husband and I have said over and over that our wedding day would have been far more stressful had we not hired Stellaluna Events. It is wonderful having peace of mind the day of your wedding knowing you don't have to worry about those last minute details. Plus, all of our friends and family could relax too! I felt like we had so much time with our loved ones because we could enjoy the day without worrying about any wedding logistics. Working with Stellaluna was DEFINITELY (and I mean that sincerely) the best investment we made for our wedding. This team is incredible!

Working with Brooke from Stellaluna Events was an amazing experience. From the first phone call to the final text the evening of our wedding, she never missed a beat. She was always very organized during our calls and had an agenda of items for us to review, leaving time for any questions I might have. All my communication with her was prompt and she was very transparent about when she is working other events and might not be able to respond right away. The timeline she developed for our rehearsal and wedding day was so extensive and clear, and she communicated constantly through aisle planner to let us know when vendors had been contacted and for what. Every vendor I was in contact with complimented me on how organized and communicative Brooke was. I even had some vendors ask for her contact information because after working with her on a small scale they would like to be able to recommend her to clients, friends and family. Brooke is positive, professional and fun. We were able too truly enjoy ourselves because she left us with no doubt that everything was handled. I highly recommend her services to any bride and groom who are looking for someone to take charge, iron-out the gritty details and let you focus on what is important.
