DO NOT HIRE THIS WEDDING PLANNER!! She WILL RUIN your special day!! I am BEYOND DISAPPOINTED AND ANGRY with this wedding planner, Heather. She ruined my sister’s wedding. I chipped in to hire her with my sister to make sure everything ran smoothly and to be the first line of communication with all things wedding related. This was the exact opposite of what she did. She was absent the majority of the evening, which made locating her impossible always, and she spent much of her time complaining about my sister wanting to take pictures after her ceremony. She made sure to let my sister and her bridal party know how much of an inconvenience we were being to the guests who were at the reception. How dare she make a bride feel like that? Also, without asking, she completely took down the alter, chairs, and beach decor where the ceremony took place before any pictures could be taken there with the bride, groom, and wedding party. WHY? My sister was robbed of her dream beach wedding pictures. She even thought it was a good idea to verbally throw insults out about my mother, the mother of the bride, right in front of me. I told her to stop! Seriously, who insults their client’s guests, especially the mother of the bride?? Talk about UNPROFESSIONAL!! She also didn't want to resolve any issues that arose. Her face and body language gave off the impression she was deeply burdened if asked to do something. Heather also brought an assistant who also did nothing! They both went to my sister’s wedding demanding to eat well, have the best seats, and be pampered. They didn't work. I am deeply upset about this wedding planner's lack of professionalism, and she is a disgrace to the wedding planning industry. I repeat, DO NOT HIRE HER if you wish to have an amazing wedding!! She will inevitably disappoint you!! (I can go on and on, but character limit won't permit-- how lucky for her)
