We had my son’s Bar Mitzvah at Lombardo’s, which was a sizeable affair with over 230 people. I worked closely with Sadie on a regular basis and she could not have been more kind, helpful, or patient! She always had a ton of helpful feedback and creative ideas. She is extremely dedicated, detail-oriented, and knows how special every family’s event is to them. I have had events elsewhere and she, and Dave, and Carolyn, and the many staff at Lombardo’s made this one so much easier. They were all so organized, efficient, pleasant, and on top of every detail every step of the way. I would highly recommend having your function there. You will be glad you did.

I was there for a venture capital - start up summit. The conference rooms were good. The hall ways were too constricted. There weren't a lot of chances to talk to investors in the shoulder to shoulder crowd. The food was average. Let's say the commercial nut bars were the highlight of the menu. This was NOT a cheap event.

I just got married this past weekend so my review is brand new and memories still fresh in my mind. I can't say enough about this beautiful venue and the staff that helped bring my vision for my wedding become reality. After scouting several locations for my wedding, I was very anxious and stressed that I wouldn't find the right fit; that was until I finally met with the staff at Lombardo's and saw the gorgeous venue. I mainly worked with Carolyn, my wedding coordinator. To even call her a "staff member" at this point would be an insult. She has become a great friend through this whole process. From the day my husband and I met her, she was the sweetest, most energetic person to work with. She has been nothing short of an angel, through all my fears, stress, anxiety, she was there via text, phone calls, meet-ups, taking the leadership role and helping me get things done. I mainly wanted to do everything on my own and not get my wedding party involved, but having her help along the way was crucial to keeping my sanity. She reviewed seating arrangements with me via phone calls on her days off while she was away, she met me to discuss all the details and help me organize my timeline, answered super promptly with any questions I had about vendors and scheduled all my appointments. She was always easily accessible!!! I just can't say enough about her amazing work ethic and sad that I won't get to work with her now that the wedding is over. David at Lombardo's was just the best in terms of letting my family and I achieve the vision we wanted for the wedding. From sourcing the best liquor for our reception to allowing us showcase our Russian and Jewish traditions on our wedding day, he was always open and accommodating. Eric, the chef, truly captured the cuisine we hoped for at our wedding. The food was delicious and sophisticated! Everyone raved about the entrees, especially the filet! I'm still getting texts, calls, and messages about how delicious everything was.

WOW! Lombardo's is an exceptional venue for any event, and the entire staff from sales to booking to on-site catering is attentive, creative, and thoughtful. Amazing, over-the-top venue and service! If you’re looking for a wedding venue, look no further! In Sept 2014 my husband and I got married at Lombardo’s. The person that assisted us the entire time was Cathy. She is the BEST! She’s the one that made it all possible! At first Lombardo’s was a distant dream, because their prices were WAY out of our budget, but when I told Cathy our budget, she was able to match it on the spot. We also couldn’t attend the food tasting on the 2 dates in the year that they have it because my husband lived in Florida at the time. So, they waived our $50pp fee! We even had the pianist for 30mins during the cocktail hour (which I never thought was going to be possible) for a great price. She was also able to get us coffee, crackers, ice cream with the cake and so much more! The venue is breathtaking (thatc handelier!!!) Our friends and family talk about Lombardo’s and their sensational service until today!! Thank you so much for making our big day nothing less than perfect! Ask for Cathy!!! You will NOT regret it!!! I've been here twice now for different events. The lobby is nice with a large chandelier and spiral suitcase. The reason for 3 stars is that it always just looks like a cheaply decorates ballroom. Also the food is bland and the chicken was dry.

Lombardo's is the best! Every year, our agency holds an awards dinner for over 400 guests and they make the process as seamless as possible! They are so easy to work with (and reach for last minute changes) and are always available to help. Our group comes with lots of allergies, food restrictions and more, and they are always willing to accommodate us and provide whatever we need. It's been a pleasure working with them (especially Caitlin and Joanne) over the past few years and we will be back again in 2019!

I was the event planner at a recent event for 375+ attendees at Lombardo’s. Our fundraiser event was a great success and the staff of Lombardo’s played a large role in this. All staff went over and above to help in any way they could. The facility looked great, lots of technology options, and flexibility with the meeting space. Food and beverage was outstanding and deployed on schedule. We dealt directly with Joan Ramage and Caitlin Volpe for this event. Both were a pleasure to work, are very knowledgeable and accommodating. We can’t thank them enough for helping to make this such an outstanding event.

We had our wedding reception at Lombardo’s on August 25, 2018. WOW! Just an amazing group of people to work with and a gorgeous venue! Our first meeting to go see the venue was with Carolyn, she instantly made us feel comfortable and genuinely wanted us to have our wedding there, it felt like I was talking to someone I’ve known my whole life. Other venues we looked at and spoke with seemed more rehearsed and just wanted you to have your wedding there for the money but with Lombardo’s they made us feel like family. It has such a beautiful appeal to it and you can practically do anything with their rooms. I loved the high ceilings and the fact the we could rent out two or more rooms and have an open space. I loved having options, you can have a room as big or as small as you want whereas other venues are limited to one size and you have to work around that and I would have had to give up something’s I really wanted. With Lombardo’s I got to have my stage and a grand entrance! The packages they offer made planning a big wedding so much easier. Our coordinator was Sadie, although I wasn't sure at first what or how much help a coordinator could be, well...let’s just say IT WAS THE BEST THING EVER. Sadie remembered everything, with all the stress of weddings, she was able to remind me of things I had forgotten I wanted. Anytime I felt behind or stressed she stayed calm and helped me through it. There were some last-minute changes and of course Sadie came to the rescue and pulled it off. The last-minute change resulted in a tribute to my late dad, so in meant the world to me that they helped make it happen. Finally, the staff the night of the wedding was fantastic, Felicia was our room captain and she was right there anytime I needed anything, I never had to wait. The feedback from our guests was the wait staff was on point all night and very accommodating & their meals were delicious which makes for an even better night! What a spectacular wedding we had there

On November 2nd I threw my girlfriend a surprise 30th birthday!! Sounds pretty simple right? Well thanks to Lombardo's it actually was!! I came to them just shy of 4 weeks out, yet they were gracious and just as determined as myself to host and help plan what would become one of the best nights of my girlfriend's life. In the early stages I worked with Carolyn. She was amazing! She was so kind and generous. Very warm and pleasant person. I was very pleased with her level of customer service. Afterwards, I would eventually work with Sadie, an event planner. The transition from Carolyn to Sadie waa seamless. I was extremely impressed with Sadie's attention to detail. She thought of things that had never even crossed my mind. She was attentive, quick to follow up, and was full of great ideas that met MY budget! And that I really appreciated! Thank you Sadie! Lombardo's was my dream venue. And thanks to the highly skilled team there I was able to pull off a huge surprise for my girlfriend. Even the owner, David Lombardo got in on the fun by escorting my girlfriend, stepson and I to our "restaurant seats."

For years now, we have hosted our corporate holiday party at better hotel ballrooms. This year we decided to try Lombardo's and could not have been happier. We had an well-attended cocktail reception in the lobby at the base of the stairs under the chandelier. They had the area decorated with white holiday decor with a perfectly ornamented Christmas tree in the center. This area had not only a station with finger foods but also a bar. It opened into the dining room which has a dance floor in the center and decorated with chic holiday decor. Coincidentally, it matched with the centerpieces we bought it. The tables were set beautifully, the buffet dinner was plentiful and tasty and the staff was not only attentive with service but also engaged with our guests. They coordinated with an outside vendor for our 3-tier cake and were able to get sparklers for the top of the cake as we celebrated our 100th year doing business. Carolyn was on top of every detail and went above and beyond when we had a last minute change - it was appreciated! We highly recommend this venue and will most certainly be back :)

We, the ALS Association Masachusetts Chapter, had our Fall Symposium "Living With ALS" here in early November. The venue was perfect for all attendees, including our constituents who needed accessible amenities. The setup with the presentations on one side, and lunch on the other, was perfect for transitioning and allowing folks to network. Sadie, our event manger, responded quickly to change requests. She was professional and sensitive to custom needs of some participants. They accomodated special diets and the lunch was well-presented and delicious! Honestly the food was horrible. I don't know what was ordered for the banquet that I was attended or if there are options to provide one's own catering but I think that it should be an option. It might leave a better opinion about the place.

Oh boy, where to start!? My wife and I got married June 30, 2018 and held the reception at Lombardo’s. What a great decision that turned out to be! First we met with Cathy who was so helpful in the initial planning of our reception. We had a guest list of more than 350 people and she was not frightened of that number even the slightest. She also introduced us to Lindsey who would be our wedding planner for the rest of the time. Lindsey was an absolute delight to work with. She was so patient and friendly and helpful in the planning process. Dave Lombardo also met with us to discuss some things. One major issue we ran into was the door to the kitchen located in the middle of the rear wall right where we would be sitting at our sweetheart table. To be honest it was an eye sore. My father in law came up with a solution which Dave Lombardo welcomed and we were all relieved we could come up with that solution. And to be honest, that was the only hiccup we had the whole time... and if that’s the only issue that came up during planning a wedding for more than 350 people, I mean that’s impressive! But that’s how it is with Lombardo’s, stress free great service from the whole staff. Our wedding day came and went so fast it is hard to even describe how wonderful everything went. But I do remember how beautiful everything looked and how perfect the service was. It is now about a month later and we still have all our friends and family ranting and raving how wonderful the venue was and how great the food was! Lastly I would like to give a special thanks to Avalene. Avalene was our personal room captain. She did an amazing job all night making sure we had everything we needed and also protected us from an onslaught of guests from coming up to our table once we started eating. We actually got to eat in peace at our own wedding! Lol it really was something special to have her all night working to make our night perfect... I had my sweet 16 at Lombardo's and I could not have been any happier with the outcome. Everything was so professional, and the decorations of the room came out even better than I expected. Hi there, we have had our GHS reunion there for the last couple of years and I must say that the food this year was absolutely delicious. The salmon was very tasty and the ones who had the turkey said the same about the turkey, however, the stuffing seemed to be store brought and that was not to their liking. One other small thing was the apple pie was cold and so the ice cream didn't melt. Keep improving.

Being in the event business myself I needed a great venue to host a "Tribute to Sinatra" show that we were producing 2 days after Valentines Day. It was important to us that the venue reflect class and be able to provide great Italian based food for this show. Our salesperson, Carolyn, came up with a great menu option and ideal space at Lombardo's at a price that would allow us to make a profit on the event. Once we booked the event Sadie, our event producer at Lombardo's, was a pleasure to work with. She was able to accommodate us on table set up, menu, special items that we needed and educated us on the workings of an event. Most of the time, as entertainers, we just walk in the door but since we were producing this event we needed to know every fine detail. Sadie really helped us every step of the way. The night of the event was fantastic. Chef Eric met with us beforehand to go over everything and the food was spectacular. I had been worried, being Italian, that there wasn't going to be enough but our food stations were well stocked and people loved it. We were also very impressed at the speed of the bartenders and the fact that Rebecca, our event manager, and David Lombardo himself were always available throughout the evening to assist us with any logistic kinks that we might have overlooked. People are raving about the event and want to know when the next one is. Lombardo's was instrumental in making our show a success and taking it to the next level. It would not have been that way without them.

We loved having our wedding here! Not only was the venue beautiful, the staff was exceptional. Colleen, Lindsay, and Dave were so patient and helpful as we threw together a wedding in barely two months time. It was hectic and they were so kind, professional, and supportive throughout the whole process. Avalene was the manager on the day of and I don’t know how I would have gotten through the day without her. She was on top of everything and knew what I needed before I even did. We hosted a dinner show at Lombardo's for approximately 300 guests. From the beginning: selecting the menu and working with us up to the last minute with headcount and seating chart changes the staff was prompt and professional. The day of the event went smoothly for set up, and the appetizers and dinner were sooo good. I have never had tastier chicken breasts at a buffet! The event was properly staffed, tons of wait staff positioned through out the night. Everyone was so friendly and helpful! Our guests enjoyed themselves immensely. I would not hesitate to host another event at Lombardos. Carolyn, Sadie and David were true professionals!
