Brilliant Event Planning is...BRILLIANT! These ladies are amazing. They took complete charge of all the details of my daughter's wedding and, if anything was amiss, our family knew NOTHING about it. No question was considered to be "stupid," no request was considered to be inappropriate. I'll admit that a year ago I had no idea what benefit a wedding planner could bring. Now, I wouldn't have a wedding without Brilliant Event Planning. And you shouldn't either!!

I had the BEST experience working with Sarah Pease, Sarah Glick and the rest of the Brilliant Event Planning team! They helped make wedding planning not only easy, but stress-free and fun. I am type of person who likes to be on top of every detail and double check others (especially for something as important as my wedding), but very quickly after meeting the Brilliant Event Planning team, I was put at ease. They came up with to do lists, kept track of my open items, gave us incredibly creative ideas to make our wedding truly represent who my husband and I are as a couple, and were all around cheerleaders making this special time in our lives even more special. I am already talking to my husband about renewing our vows, just so we can have the Brilliant Event Planning team plan another party for us!

Sarah Glick with Brilliant Event Planning gave my husband and I the wedding of our dreams! We planned a destination wedding with Sarah this past fall and she helped us from the very beginning stages of selecting a destination to finding a band, photographer, florist, videographer and so on! She helps negotiate the contracts and made sure every detail fell into place perfectly. Sarah kept us on schedule with all the planning and throughout our wedding weekend. Our relationship started through business and now I will always think of her as our dear friend. Entrust Brilliant Event Planning to plan one of the biggest moments of your life and you will not be disappointed!

Where do I even begin?! We first started planning with Sarah about a year before our wedding and let me just say - the BEST decision we made during the entire wedding process was to hire her. Sarah walked us through everything and was always so organized and 5 steps ahead. She listened to every comment, question, concern and always got back to me in a timely manner. Even on her days off including her birthday she would shoot me emails to keep me updated. Communication was never an issue - I always looked forward to her emails and our coffee dates! Sarah really makes a big effort to make sure that everything is set well beforehand so that even the week leading up to the wedding is stress-free and it really was. The wedding day was absolutely FLAWLESS thanks to Sarah and her team at Brilliant Event Planning. They were with us from first thing in the morning to the very end of the reception. While getting ready, I realized I didn't have my veil which was still at the bridal shop and Sarah told me not to worry and was on it right away. I didn't even stress as I got my veil well before the ceremony even started. They made sure all the vendors were there on time, that everyone was on schedule, that all the bridesmaid/groomsmen and parents dresses/tuxes were all steamed and most importantly that we were all enjoying the day. Throughout the whole day she made sure my husband and I were comfortable, hydrated, had enough food and she was always there to reapply my lipgloss! To this day our families and bridal party all rave about what an incredible job Sarah and her team did. Guests were even asking us for Sarah's contact info during the wedding because they were so impressed. Sarah and I spent a lot of time talking about the vision and design for the wedding and she surpassed all our expectations. Every detail from the flowers, the table setting, escort cards, was so thoughtfully executed that I couldn't even tell you if anything did go wrong. Most importantly, the whole day was completely stress-free for us, our families, bridal party, so that we could enjoy everything to the fullest. Because of how helpful and amazing Sarah was leading up to the wedding, we also asked her to help with our rehearsal, rehearsal dinner and brunch which were all executed perfectly. There really aren't enough words to describe how grateful and lucky my husband and I are to have met Sarah and for all the hard work she and her wonderful team put into making our wedding weekend the best weekend of our lives. The saddest part about the wedding being over was that we were going to miss working with Sarah - she wasn't just our wedding planner, we really built a great friendship and I'll still email her to go for coffee :) We will definitely be planning more events with them in the future. Thank you Sarah and Brilliant Event Planning for making our dream wedding come true!!

Chelsea single-handedly ensured that my wedding got off without a hitch and remained hassle and stress-free throughout. Her team was absolutely fabulous, so kind, detailed-oriented, and they executed everything at the highest level. Admittedly, I hired Brilliant Event Planning at the 11th hour leading up to my wedding, right at the two month point when everything started to become overwhelming and all-consuming. Chelsea jumped right into action, handling most everything from that point forward. Hiring Brilliant Event Planning, and more specifically Chelsea and her team, was one of the best choices I made and I cannot recommend them highly enough.

I am one of those people with a million ideas, creative inspiration that ranges from 70s roller rinks, to art deco, to bohemian jungle and everything in between, and not enough free time to fully realize any of this without someone to keep me on track and on brand, so to speak. When my husband and I decided to get married in Mexico, I literally googled "best destination wedding planner" and happened upon Sarah Glick and the team at Brilliant. Aside from deciding to get married, this was the second best decision we made related to our wedding. From start to finish, Sarah was involved in the process. Our request was to keep it low key, and she was able to help us accomplish the best wedding ever at Nizuc Resort, while keeping us on budget and sane. She knows the ins and outs and dos and don'ts of weddings, but isn't afraid to stray from the traditional, if that's what you want, which is how we wanted to roll. I cannot imagine the actual wedding weekend without she and Chelsea in attendance. They calmly navigated the weekend without making it feel pretentious or ordering the guests around. The decor was on point and I can't think of a thing we would have done differently. I wish Sarah Glick was a life planner, because I could use her all the time, but I feel so lucky to have happened upon her and without a doubt, we wouldn't have had the best wedding ever without her. Money well spent.

Brilliant Event Planning is absolutely the best! Sarah and Sarah helped my husband and I plan our dream wedding, and they made sure that the planning process was as low stress as possible, and that on the day of the wedding things ran smoothly so that we could relax and enjoy ourselves. We interviewed multiple planners, and we easily decided that Brilliant Event was the best choice. Sarah and Sarah were enthusiastic, professional, and clearly loved what they do - we were certain from the start that with their help, we could enjoy the planning process and have a stunning end result. We were not disappointed! My husband and I found our venue (a raw space in Manhattan) on our own before we met Sarah and Sarah, but they helped us identify and choose every vendor. For each vendor, they did a great job of understanding what we wanted - even when we weren't exactly sure - and identifying a few appropriate options for us to choose from. They were great about scheduling calls and meetings around our schedules, and keeping calls that needed to happen during our work days as short as possible. On the day of wedding, the Brilliant Event team kept everything running perfectly. My husband and I didn't need to think about where we were supposed to be, or who needed to do what - Brilliant Event kept everything and everyone organized. If anything didn't go as planned, I still don't know about it! And everything about the venue (lighting, flowers, table settings, etc.) ended up looking even more beautiful than I'd imagined. We can't recommend them highly enough!

Chelsea and her team were amazing! I hired them for 6 weeks out planning at the recommendation of our vendor, The University Club of NY, and couldn't be happier that I did. Chelsea's experience made her an invaluable sounding board in my planning process. She also brought a lot of important thoughts and ideas that I would not have considered on my own. She was available at all hours by email or text, responsive and proactively managed our timeline, vendors and to do's so it was clear where everything stood and who owned what. She also made recommendations to me for other key vendors i.e. calligraphy, videographer and helped me better understand what I wanted to prioritize as most important aspects of the day. She has a very calm, detail oriented, and get it done demeaner that made her a pleasure to work with day of - she kept things unbelievably on track and broke our her sewing kit when my bustle came undone. I cant imagine the lead up and the day without her and her team.

“Very organized” and “timely and seamless execution” are words that don’t come close to capturing what Sarah and Chelsea have done for my wedding weekend, which included a rehearsal dinner, the wedding ceremony and reception, and the day-after brunch. Without them, my husband and I wouldn’t have been able to enjoy any of it. Though we’d contracted for their month-of coordination services since we’d made the major decisions by ourselves very early on, our one piece of advice to future brides and grooms would be that the BEP team are absolutely crucial in pulling off your wedding! There were so many things that they did, which looking back, we would never have thought of beforehand. But such things all went a long way to making the day more comfortable and extra special for the both of us. In between the ceremony and cocktails, they set aside food for my husband and I to enjoy in private as well as a bottle of champagne. They knew my feet were hurting early on in the day, so they placed a pair of my favorite loafers under my chair at the dinner table. They fixed everything in my wardrobe that I had problems with, from getting a bracelet to securely clasp to pinning my train repeatedly throughout the evening. They can talk AV technicals with the sound guys while finishing off by their expert hand last-minute calligraphy on table cards. Nothing is too large a feat for Sarah and Chelsea to tackle!

Chelsea, Sarah and the entire Brilliant Events team had to be one of the best decisions we made during wedding planning and I'm so happy we had them on board for the month of coordination! I had a relatively small wedding in the Hamptons and assumed early on that I could figure out most of the details myself. I quickly realized that nothing compares to having experts like them who know how to handle any last minute issue and have wealth of experience working with vendors/venues across NYC. Chelsea had great recommendations for vendors I neglected to look into earlier on in the process and was a huge help in making sure critical details, such as the rain plan, were worked out. Where the team really excels is making sure you do not deal with any stress on the day of the wedding and focus on having fun. I was so impressed with how professional, patient, kind and calming the entire team was. They made sure the bridal parties all were on schedule, vendor setups were done on time, food was set aside for my husband/I during cocktail hour, swapped out my heels when they saw I was in pain and even ran back to the house when we forgot our marriage license. These are just some of the little details the team took care of so we didn't have to worry about anything. They truly are your eyes and ears and it was such a relief knowing they got it handled. They truly love their jobs and their passion for what they do shines. Please do yourself a favor and hire Brilliant Events! I'm recommending them to all my friends for their weddings and events.

We could not have been happier with our choice to hire Chelsea and Sarah. Though they were truly incredible in so many ways, the part that impressed us the most was their ability to make our wedding feel personal. Chelsea was able to distill our idiosyncrasies and interests into a wedding that was unique to us and our friends and families. Everyone (including my extremely hard to impress grandmother) left raving about how the wedding was perfect. We can't recommend Brilliant Events enough.
