It has been such a pleasure working with All Aboard Event Planning! Jenny has been extremely helpful with everything. She makes you feel organized and not stressed out at all!! She was able to get me quotes for everything within days and sent me contract when I needed them. She has even been in contact with the vendors to sort everything out. She asks all the right questions and knows how to manage all the little details that you need for your big day. She also keeps me on track and organized; especially with my budget! I honestly don't know what I would do without her! I now feel relaxed and prepared! I would highly recommend All Aboard Event Planning!

Jenny was our day of coordinator for our October 6,2018 wedding. Words cannot express how wonderful she was and what an asset she was to making our wedding the perfect day of our dreams! The weeks leading up to the wedding Jenny was in constant contact with myself as well as our vendors and was always available to answer any questions or simply calm my nerves! When I walked into the tent where our reception was being held I cried - Jenny had made our vision come to life and it was even better than I could have expected! She made everything run smoothly and I do not know what we would have done without her!

Jenny helped my wife and I throughout our entire wedding planning process and was absolutely amazing. At first I didn't think we needed a planner. "Come on babe, we can handle this" came out of my mouth many times." We were having a very small, "non-traditional" wedding, so I thought it would be easy...we quickly learned that we had our own share of "full sized" challenges! Jenny took the time to recognize what was important to us, and worked with us to make sure the day was as special for everyone else as it was for us. Notice how I say "us," not "my wife." I never felt like an unwilling passenger. On the evening of the rehearsal, Jenny stepped very naturally into a leadership role and wrangled my unruly family through the ceremony (twice!). She has the confidence and fluency to enact your vision of a smooth, flawless ceremony. Unless you've been married three or four times, you need this. Being a groomsmen does not count, trust me. Just because you watch football doesn't mean you can play it. Key takeaways from working with Jenny: 1. She's going to respond to your texts/calls/emails...every time, quickly. 2. She's going to ask you a lot of questions, and it's way better to talk through them with her than when you're ambushed by the "what about xyz" from everyone else in your life. 3. Even small weddings deserve the attention, logistics, and planning of much larger events...I learned this quickly. Only your closest family/friends will be there, but those are who you care about the most! 4. Let things marinate - take a night, a day, or a week to talk things through with your partner. You'll get to the right place eventually. Don't make snap decisions. All in all, I wouldn't change a thing. I am so thankful to have had Jenny as my guide.

All Aboard Event Planning was by far the best decision and hire we made for our wedding. Leading into my first conversation with Jenny I was not in the mindset of wanting to add another vendor or stretch our budget past what it already was, but after speaking with her about her services and all we would get from hiring AAEP for our day of coordination I was sold. From then on and still to this day I cannot imagine our wedding without Jenny and AAEP. Jenny helped from day one with recommendations, tips (her advice videos on Instagram alone answered so many of my questions), but even if I had a random one off question she was extremely responsive and super helpful – even with questions pertaining to something as silly as our wedding hashtag! Jenny made what would have been an extremely stressful time something we could truly enjoy. From communicating with all our vendors, running our rehearsal, creating a wedding day timeline, to all the set up and decorations the day of the wedding, AAEP was simply phenomenal. Danielle did an incredible job of bringing my vision to fruition with the random pictures and ideas I shared and everything was picture perfect. All in all, Jenny was personable yet professional in all of our conversations leading up to the event and exceeded expectations at our wedding! We had a great time, and our guests made comments about how perfect the day was and it’s all thanks to Jenny and her team! I highly recommend AAEP for any event you may be having in the future!
