When I began this process, it was a complete blur. My fiance and I were like, maybe we should skip past all of this work and elope. But after speaking with owner, Raquel, I began to understand better how helpful it is to have a planner at the very least for the day of. She scheduled a meeting with one of her coordinators and after phone meeting, I decided that while nice, I felt that I'd connect better with someone else. Raquel was so accommodating - immediately scheduling me with another planner, Gina. Gina was EXACTLY the energy that I needed. I was determined to avoid stress as much as possible and that's exactly what Gina brought to the table. She inspired a trust and confidence that led me to sit back and let her take the wheel. :-) She was hired as a day-of planner/coordinator but she quickly became a part of the family...so much so that when she was helping us plan on how to meet our minimum spend requirement for the hotel, she actually asked if she and her assistant could be included on the list of vendor meals alongside the other vendors. OMG - I hadn't even considered her a vendor!!! That's what I'm talking about - of course we'd feed them! They were spending the most important day of our lives together (yet) with us and were largely responsible for how it turned out. YES! Totally! But besides that, Gina helped is in other areas far beyond the checklist of To Dos like, she helped us find the most wonderful rehearsal dinner (well, we did a brunch due to the wedding travel schedule) venue and our families absolutely LOVED the view and the food. And she helped us convince the hotel to shift it's standard policy on their wedding brunch package on Sundays because our guests would be leaving too early that morning to enjoy it. She successfully arranged for our wedding brunch package to be available on Saturday to our guests. Thank God because that's when our guests really NEEDED the meal since they'd have to wait until about 3 PM to eat 'dinner'... And throughout the wedding day, she and Amelia were right there every step of the way. There during our pre-wedding photos in the hotel suite to ensure that all went well. There at the Chapel to make sure that I was okay (and hidden) before the wedding - in fact, as luck would have it, I had been having tooth pain after a dental procedure earlier that week (don't do it - don't schedule a dental appt within 14 days of your wedding or you may end up like me, afraid that I would be able to open my mouth for the cake shot! I'm so serious!), but it seemed to have subsided the 48 hours prior to wedding day. But oh no - it wasn't done. As luck would have it, Pain presented itself on the way to the Chapel. Thankfully, I'm not superstitious and more thankfully, Amelia had ALEVE! YAY!!! She was a walking convenience store - so needed for that special day! Okay, fast forward to post wedding - my now husband and I were traversing campus with our photographers to take photos and Amelia was right there to keep Gina informed of our progress while she/Gina managed the reception set-up activities. It was like having a magic Jenie or Gina - my wish was their command. On the way back to the hotel, we mentioned how hungry we were and voila - a beautiful tray of appetizers was awaiting us when we returned to the suite to breathe and refreshen up for a few minutes before making our grand entry at the reception. The reception went beautifully - she and our DJ (C&J Entertainment) worked seamlessly with our hotel consultant, Rachel to get us back on schedule since we were a bit late getting back after our photos. All in all, the help that Wedding Savvy provided us with introducing us to vendors; to interview to doing little errands and favors for us since Rob & I were planning a cross-country wedding - him in California and me about 1.5 hours away in VA; to providing our vendors with a super detailed schedule of activities and ways to contact her and each other - it was a beautifully coordinated efforts all because of this company. My hats off to Raquel, Gina, Amelia and the entire team!

My wedding day took place over 6 months ago, and my husband and I still daydream about the day. Wedding Savvy, Inc. was a game changer for me, especially since I was planning my wedding from California. Leslie was a fairy godmother, who thought about everything, and planned every detail, so that I didn't have to think about it, and I could go about my daily life without the worry of planning a wedding by myself. My stress was so low because of her, and I can't thank her enough. From the constant communication, to the recommendations, to being the go-between with vendors, she was incredible. And to top it all off, she and her team created a fairytale reception for us! I cannot even describe the ease that I felt the day of the wedding, and it was all because of her. It was such a neat moment to arrive to our reception, with no idea of what the event would look like (because I didn't lift a finger in the coordination), but to have complete trust that our vision would be fulfilled. Yes, it was expensive, but we wouldn't have had it any other way. I did not want to assemble table arrangements, or craft the days leading up to my wedding, because I would much rather pay for the convenience and sit back and enjoy the festivities. Wedding Savvy was a gift from above, and I would use them over and over again.

Gina was my day-of-planner and I could not have gotten through my wedding without her! I read the great reviews on wedding savvy and felt confident that this company would provide stellar service. Gina truly exceeded my expectations. From 2 months out, she ensured my contracts were in line and all the small details were not missed. She was always available for questions and advice. She met with me several times prior to the wedding and so on the day, I felt very secure that everything would go smoothly! From the smallest, to the largest details, Gina and her team, made sure I could truly enjoy my wedding. I even forgot a piece of my wedding dress and she made sure I had it before the ceremony! I couldnt say enough about her commitment and hard work to organize and ensure my perfect day. I highly recommend hiring Wedding Savvy ! It was worth every penny!

Wedding Savvy was an absolutely indispensable part of our wedding planning experience. I went in to wedding planning so unaware of just how many logistics and details needed to be considered - especially given we were having a home wedding where nothing was pre-set or determined for us. Our wedding coordinator from Wedding Savvy was essential and made everything so much easier for us - Nia made sure every detail was accounted for, and I knew I could step back and let her manage everything so I could just enjoy the day. The price was also very reasonable and was worth literally every penny. Cannot recommend Wedding Savvy enough!

I just want to say that Wedding Savvy provided my wife and I with the best experience we could have ever imagined. We had our wedding in Annapolis in September 2019 for over 300 people. As anyone can imagine, having a large wedding can be an extremely daunting task especially when you and your wife have a a full time job, but we are so thankful we had Wedding Savvy as our partner. As first time wedding planners, we had no idea where to begin or how to plan, and Wedding Savvy did EVERYTHING for us. We were initially recommended to Raquel by our event site because they have done weddings in Annapolis and when we met her we were blown away by her professionalism and attention to detail. We were interviewing several planners for a full time service and as soon as we met Raquel we decided to sign with her and her team. She asked us about our budget, our vision, and provided us with a full plan on how we can meet the expectations of our special day. After we had decided to work with Wedding Savvy, we were matched with Raquel's senior consultant, Leslie Jefferson. Leslie was a rockstar. She was extremely organized and provided us with great suggestions throughout the whole planning process. She was well connected with vendors in the area and was able to provide us vendors with great reviews that fit within our budget. She was so great to work with and was always willing to send an email, pick up the phone, and schedule a meeting with us whenever we needed. When you hire a full time planner, being able to have access when you need it most is extremely important and she was great at communicating. Aside, from the planning, Leslie went above and beyond on our wedding day as well. She went out of her way to pick up things for us last minute, make sure accommodations were made, and was extremely flexible from managing the event. Her assistants were fantastic on the day of as well making sure my wife, myself, my family, and all of our guests were having a good time and ensuring that we had everything that we needed. Even when things may not have gone to plan, the team thought quickly on their feet and made sure that things were fixed and back on schedule. The thing I would say that's most important is the level of organization that Leslie had when managing our contracts, vendors, and event sites. It's tough to keep track of everything and they had everything available when it was needed. Overall, the money you spend on Wedding Savvy is one of the best budget items you can allocate on your wedding day. Peace of mind that things will go smoothly and according to plan is worth every cent. I recommend Leslie and Raquel to anyone about to have a wedding and I can assure you that you will be in the best hands in the industry.

Our day (weekend more like it) was AMAZING. We cannot begin to express how happy we are with everything Wedding Savvy has helped us achieve over the last 8 months. It seems like yesterday that we were driving to your office in the ice to start this process. Gina is the absolutely the best! She is a true professional. From day 1 she listened to everything we threw at her, and then she put together the vision and made it a reality. We had no idea what we were doing but her patience and professional approach made the process seem easy. She has an innate ability to know what we wanted or needed even when we didn’t. She could take our rambling list of wants and desires and transform them into the perfect plan (making us think it was our idea all along). We grew to trust her and rely on her throughout the planning and often found ourselves asking for her opinion on the way ahead. She became much more than our planner through the process, she truly was part of our wedding. She delivered a perfect set of vendors to suit our personality and desires and left no stones unturned. The actual weekend was amazing. Your staff under Gina’s lead made everything run smoothly and seamlessly. Even though we knew everything that was going on, they quietly orchestrated in the shadows and were the perfect event managers. We know how much work goes into this and Gina, Amelia, and the others that assisted throughout the process seemed to go above and beyond the call of duty at every step. We received so many compliments on EVERYTHING! From the rehearsal to the ceremony, the reception, DJ, flowers… literally everything. Even the staff at the Westin said it was the most classic, traditional, beautiful setting and event they had witnessed ( and they see a lot). We wanted a classic, traditional, timeless and elegant event and you delivered it perfectly! We are already toying with the idea of some sort of 1 year renewal or party at a minimum so we may seek your services again!! Do not hesitate to ask if there is anything we can do for you, you have our strongest possible endorsement and we will certainly sing your praises every chance we get. Thank you for making our event more than we ever dreamed it could be!

Wedding Savvy planned our wedding weekend for us starting with the rehearsal dinner at Boathouse in Canton, the ceremony at Pier 5 Hotel Waterfront Gardens and the reception at George Peabody Library. Our wedding weekend was by far the best time our lives and we are still smiling from ear to ear - this absolutely would not have been the possible without Jiae from Wedding Savvy. We are originally from Baltimore and lived abroad in London during the entire planning process. Jiae clearly paid attention to each and every detail communicated and delivered to a tee. Wedding Savvy literally topped our expectations, pulled our vision together, and made our dream wedding come to life. Everyone has told us it was the best wedding they have ever been to and some have even asked us if we could get married every weekend. Having Wedding Savvy as our wedding planner was well worth every penny spent to make our day beyond perfect and we couldn't recommend them more!

Initially, I didn’t think I needed a planner. As we progressed through the planning process, I realized it was a far more complicated task than originally anticipated. Raquel and the Wedding Savvy team were recommended to us by a family friend. I am so glad we decided to hire their team. Nia was our assigned coordinator. She is patient, carefully listened to my “vision” for the day, offered honest and useful feedback, and her plans were extremely detailed and organized. She brought a lot of details/ideas to my attention that I wouldn’t have thought of or had initially considered not important. There were a few miscommunications between my fiance and I and she handled those situations patiently and professionally. Nia wasn’t able to make our walk-through at the venue, but we were lucky enough to have Raquel fill in for her. From the relatively small amount of time spent with Raquel, I can confidently say she is an expert and well connected in the wedding world. One of the most helpful things Nia did for us was putting together a well detailed and organized schedule for the day of for vendors, the wedding party and family. This kept everyone on the same page and was especially helpful keeping us on time as we had to change plans on the fly once it started pouring rain that afternoon. Ultimately, I felt our day went off without a hitch and I was able to enjoy our wedding thanks to the work of Nia and her team.

I highly recommend using Wedding Savvy, Inc. There are not enough words to describe how amazing they were. As someone that is in the hospitality & meeting planning industry and has a good understanding how a lot of this stuff works, I honestly hesitated getting a planner at first because I know how extremely high my expectations are and I was worried I would end up not being able to trust the other person to know my style and not be as detailed about everything as I am. I quickly realized that planning a 160-200 person wedding myself, let alone from another state (my husband and I live in Charlotte, NC and we got married at the Naval Academy in Annapolis), was going to be tough. We ended up choosing the day of planner package and were so fortunate to receive Jiae as our coordinator. She was AMAZING! I honestly don't know how to put all my thoughts together because there are so many good things I have to say about her. From start to finish, she was always so professional, extremely knowledgeable and never for a second did I not trust any of her decisions or recommendations. One of the best things is that she always remained so calm and made it seem as if everything was always going to be ok. This was a huge help and what allowed me to always remain calm and relaxed. She always responded promptly and everything was always delivered on time. Now that I think of it, I wish I had her plan my entire wedding. I just love her! The day of the wedding day could not have gone any better. She and Amelia were both just simply amazing. Amelia was with us a lot and she was so sweet, so professional and the only reason we were on time that day. I have heard so many horror stories about stuff going wrong at weddings. I knew (from so many people telling me) that there is nothing I can do and it's completely normal but to not let it ruin the day. Because of that, I went into the day almost expecting something to go wrong so that I was not surprised when it did. I honestly could not tell you if anything went wrong that day. If it did, they handled it so well that I did not even notice, nor did any of my guests. I have several guests that attended who are the type of people that if something did go wrong, they would be the first to tell me (mostly annoying family). I not only didn't hear a peep; but heard nothing but good things about how awesome everything was. The fact that I was unaware of anything that went wrong, is all that I could have asked for and I could not be happier. I received several comments from my bridesmaids, my parents and some of our guests about how great and pleasant Jiae and Amelia both were. They were both just so easy to work with and made the planning and day of SO MUCH FUN! I wish I had another event to plan so I could work with them again :) I truly can't say enough good things about Jiae, Amelia and Wedding Savvy. The whole experience was better than I ever expected. We hired Wedding Savvy for our wedding in Charlotte, NC and we can't imagine our wedding without Jessica and Raquel! Three months before my wedding day I was in a panic! As organized as I am I realized I needed additional support. That is when I reached out to Wedding Savvy to see if there was any way they could help in a time crunch. In short, they absolutely exceeded my expectations! Their level of organization is un-paralleled. We knew they were keeping track of everything and we were just able to relax and plan. They broke down what seemed like a daunting amount of tasks into very easy to achieve goals and make it manageable. Jessica is so sweet to work with. She was always quick to respond by email, text or phone. She is direct without being bossy or overbearing. Let me begin by saying I was hesitant to proceed with a day of coordinator. I was certain there was a family friend or neighbor that could help me direct people the day of my wedding. As I began planning, I realized in order to make sure our day proceeded smoothly, I needed experienced help. I started looking at day of coordinators and was overwhelmed, initially, by the price. I thought it was a big commitment for just "the day of". Long story short..we decided to go with wedding savvy and it was easily the best decision we made for our wedding. The job went way beyond "the day of". Christine, our coordinator, went above and beyond starting months in advance. She was readily available for help with vendors and ideas. She was incredibly organized and allowed my few weeks right before the wedding to be stress free! Christine set up my whole venue (even stringing lights throughout a huge white tent). The decorations were stunning. She ensured the events went effortlessly. I received so many compliments on the decorations and timing of things (which was all wedding savvy)! Christine brought two assistants, one that stayed with me the whole day of my wedding ensuring I had everything I needed. She even went on a champagne run for the bridesmaids! I believe whole heartedly that my wedding would not have been perfect without wedding savvy! If you are contemplating a wedding coordinator or palnner..STOP! Wedding savvy is it.

Our wedding was absolutely amazing thanks to Wedding Savvy! My wife and I stressed about whether or not to pay the extra money for a planner. Aside from deciding to get married, it has been the best decision we have made together. Raquel's team immediately removed stress from the equation. Judy and I provided our vision, and Wedding Savvy turned it into our dream wedding. I could not have been more impressed by the level of service, the meticulous attention to details, the dedication of the subordinate planners (thank you Jiae !), and their ability to direct vendor staff to ensure our needs were met. The price for what we received was very reasonable and we are sooooo happy. We had a perfect day. I wish I had contacted Wedding Savvy immediately - it's the only thing I would have done differently. WOW!
