Ali juggles a million details beautifully! Always calm and in control, happy and makes it look so easy! Ali created the most amazing logo for my son’s bar mitzvah! She was so patient with me during the whole process when I kept making changes to it. And we hired her for her day of services and it was the best decision I ever made! She even wrapped and put personalized tags on all the T-shirt’s when I threw it at her at the last minute (thinking I could do it!). I throughly enjoyed my party because I knew Ali was on top of everything!!!! She even stayed on top of the venue staff to keep the room free of kids cups and jumped in to help! She is creative, patient and EXTREMELY responsive, which is just so important in an event planner. She magically makes it all come together beautifully and I was able to enjoy the whole night with our family and friends! I can’t wait to use her for my next mitzvah in 2020.

Precision Masters Event Planning

I've had the horrible experience with working with Ali Weitzman from this company. I've been a planner for over 23years with Hilton Luxury brands. The experience I've had with Ali was very unorganized. I will say working with the client and her, has caused such a huge headache causing a bad experience this past summer. Although, I have heard the planning company has had a good reputation, but once I met this planner in particular, it was not a great experience. During our tasting, she basically only wanted to the clients to pick what she liked and not the child, not good a providing suggestions. She also, expects the hotel to do all the work without details day-of, while she provides no information. She does not take notes when meeting face-to-face, nor does she plan in advance. She seems like she meets with clients and realize that she has the Event coming up and rushes the hotel for information that she has never provided. Maybe Ali is good with Jewish Weddings for an older crowd, but i would not recommend working with her during Mitzvah's and a Brunch. She is not helpful at all. I've met another planner within a hotel brand in D.C. area and they have happen to have the same issues. I set there as she dramatically caused a huge amount of chaos on information she should have from the beginning of the planning phase, not depend on the venue, if this is the case, it would be no point in hiring a third party planner, which i usually recommend my hotel clientele. so I figured I let clients know this feedback. Hopefully, she gains a better working relationship.

I’ve had such a great experience working with Ali Weitzman at isparkle events. First I love her approach. She is really easy to talk to and not at all pretentious or intimidating. Second, I love her talent. She whipped up a bunch of amazing logos that were exactly what we talked about and I could tell she really listened to what we wanted. We ended up liking multiple options that made it hard to choose just one! Third, I love her organization skills. Before she even starts your project, she has multiple spreadsheets that you can access to create your own to do lists, schedules, reminders, tipping suggestions and basically everything you would need to stay organized. These spreadsheets were a life saver for me and let me sleep at night. At our first meeting she took out her spiral notebook and was scribbling down all kinds of notes. And she referred to those notes and added to them at each meeting she attended with all the various vendors. Finally, I love her intuition. She pre-empted numerous disasters by having the foresight to know what could go wrong and planned accordingly. And if something did go wrong, she handled it without me even knowing so that I could enjoy my event. I know a bunch of my friends have used Ali and love her and use her over and over for multiple events. They might not write a review, but I’m sure she has tons of happy clients. I personally wouldn’t use anyone else.

We had an A+ experience working with Ali at iSparkleEvents planning our daughter’s Bat Mitzvah. She definitely goes above and beyond. She accompanied us to each and every meeting with vendors, including numerous invitation meetings, giving us much needed guidance and keeping us on track every step of the way. We had a general theme we wanted carried out and she absolutely ran with it. The creativity and the way she incorporated the theme throughout the entire evening was brilliant. The obvious care she takes in every detail down to the customized stickers on some of the favors was 100 percent obvious. Ali is easy to work with and was an incredible calming presence the day of the event. Even after the Bat Mitzvah she checked in to follow up and make sure my albums was being worked on. I would absolutely use iSparkle again!
