I love this place. I had my 30th birthday party here and my 40th birthday party here just recently. The owner is very friendly and professional. I love how they get all the details and are very precise about giving you what you want or making recommendations. After having my 30th birthday party here I have had other family have parties here because they like the event center and where it is located. Would recommend this place and will probably have more parties to come here.

Superb all around services and venue space! I highly recommend Baltimore’s Best for a “one stop shop” full service event planning and venue for any special occasion event! No matter the occasion, Gia the owner, and her staff will work tirelessly to make sure your event has everything you want and need, and take care of every detail to perfection so that you don’t have to worry at all. This even includes finding and booking any entertainment needs, for example, Disney characters, magician, face painter, DJ, dance entertainment etc., Gia and her staff are friendly, professional, and very easy to work with! The venue itself is also beautiful, a really great space and can be set up and arranged according to the needs of your event and occasion. The particular event for my review was for was a child’s birthday party so the space was beautifully decorated and perfectly arranged so that the party had a large bouncy house, DJ and dance area, tables for sitting, and a food, cake, and drinks area. Thanks so much Gia and staff for making the party go over very smoothly and wonderfully!

I had my daughters first birthday party at The Confetti Center 2 weeks ago. I was actually pretty nervous since this is my first child and my first time ever putting together a party but after speaking with the owner, Gia, I was immediately put at ease. She is absolutely AMAZING. She took the time to listen to all of my requests and she even tried to mimic the ideas that I found on Pinterest. She brought my idea to life! I did not have to worry about a thing, I simply showed up and everything was decorated and perfectly set up. I am more than satisfied with the services offered by Baltimore’s Best and I will absolutely be using them for more events !

Worst experience ever..... Very unprofessional owner Gia. Let me start from the beginning. I called Gia to set up a time for consultation considering I would be coming from Philadelphia. When I arrived for my first appointment to talk about my traditional wedding she was very attentive. I set my date for the wedding and put in my deposit... Once she got my full payment of ~$4000. Then Gia switched it up. All of a sudden she was charging for everything. I got the package that came with included color linens next thing you know she was trying to charge me $14/each for my linens. I tried to contact Gia 2 weeks before the event to go over the room set up, however she would not respond to emails nor return my phone calls. I had to keep coming down from Philadelphia just to get things done that could have been done over the phone. My event was suppose to start at 8pm-2am, Gia would not allow my decorator to come in and setup prior to 8pm unless i paid her ~$200. What hall does not allow setup time unless you pay extra. I was told by Gia that setup time was 8pm and noone could get in earlier unless I paid her cash. I am so glad I went with another decorator for my back drop because I could tell all Gia wanted was extra money and did not care about the customer. Its unfortunate that her staff is better then her. Also because my event was to have up to 200 people, Gia took this opportunity to try to advertise her business at my expense without permission. I found courtesy cards in the bathroom with my name on it, offering a discount if they mentioned my name. That was very tacky and unacceptable. I told Gia to her face that I would not be recommending anyone to her place of business, because I would not want anyone to go through what I went through with the her. I ended up paying so much money for the smallest hall.... when the other halls are more than half the price with more space. PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME NOR MONEY AT CONFETTIS/BALTIMORES BEST EVENT.

I had an awesome time celebrating my 40th birthday last year. My event coordinator was Milan and she walked me step by step through the contract and helped to manage my expectations. She was very thorough and made sure that whatever we discussed was followed up in writing. I forgot to get my security deposit back, however, a year later, I contacted the venue and spoke to Gia and she was more than willing to refund my security deposit without a hassle. The venue was nice and had plenty of parking made available for my guests (lil over 100). We used an outside caterer for the event and the person the venue had on staff was very helpful and accommodating. I would definitely host another event at this location. Thanks for a memorable birthday!

This was the first time I used their services and they were great. I was greeted to handle my request almost immediately and was back on my way in no time. They were even accommodating when i arrived earlier than schedule to return the equipment I rented. I will definitely use them again.

Just wanted to take a moment to reach out and give Gia and her Team the utmost respect and sincere thanks. I Run a business myself and I am subject to reviews as well and what I have learned is that you cant please everyone no matter how hard you try unfortunately. I have people tell me all the time that the reason they are at my place of business is because of the stellar reviews, which is why I am writing this review and only do so for places I feel are worth a stellar review I do not review anything to complain I keep that to myself and go somewhere else next time. I read all the reviews for Baltimore's Best Events before contracting them and saw more positive then negative and a lot of 5 star reviews. that being said I found Gia to be an absolute professional from the inception of my event until my the last client left the event, the facilities were great the service was even better and the food was amazing no issues at all. I felt like I had put way too much burden on Gia at times only to have my expectations exceeded. I will be using them going forward for all of my professional and personal event needs my clients still talk about the event and how incredible everything was. I let all of them know that any event needs they may have to contact Baltimore's Best and prepare to be amazed by the care and service they receive I felt like I was the only customer they had but know I wasn't 5 stars isn't enough for them. If I could rate a 0 i would, They tried to not only ruin my wedding day, They tack on extra charges every chance they got! Stay far away from this fraudulent business! Not only do they lie they admit that they lie and say they don't lie on purpose! The owner Gia is a fraud and refuses to own up to her companies unethical behavior! When my husband and I met with her about all the things they did wrong she admitted to everything and tried to cry as if we would feel sorry for her over charging us! Just sick! She also had a horrible Coordinater named Jody who is the most unprofessional disrespectful women! They went as far as pretending Jody quit and lost all my information pertaining to my wedding and needed everything from my colors for decorations, seating charts, food menu the list goes on. They later told me after my wedding that Jody actually just went on vacation convienently the week of my wedding and didn't give her coworkers any information for my wedding which was a sabotage to purposely try to ruin my wedding day,she and I had numerous disagreements with her unprofessional conduct! This place did so much wrong the week and day of my wedding it's despicable! They called the maid of honor 30 mins before my wedding demanding payment for a bartender we already paid for!! Scammers, and frauds! I really don't want anyone else's wedding day to be ruined like mine so STAY AWAY!

I did my son's 1st birthday / christening here in the loft last year. I must tell you everything was extraordinary. It was a last minute location and they pulled it all together. I didn't have to do anything but show up. The decor was exactly what I wanted the staff was very professional and Mike the bartender was perfect. I could not have asked for a better event. Thank you all for everything. I am doing his 2nd birthday party this year.

I hosted my daughter's graduation party at the Loft, and the event was great! Confetti's catered the food, did all of the set-up and provided serving staff for the event. Everything was top notch!! I would highly recommend them, and I'm already planning my next event at Confetti's Event Center!

Dealing with Gia, the owner of Baltimore's Best Events, was a disaster. She was rude, condescending, unprofessional and had an air of arrogance that I have rarely experienced in my life. All she was initially concerned about was getting our money from us and as soon as she had her deposit her staff went ghost on us and every conversation we had with them was 'charged' to us. Even a simple thing as calling and talking to them became a nightmare for us as her condescension knows no bounds. There is a reason why almost everyone who we have talked to about them has nothing but terrible things to say about these guys. Do yourself a favor and run away from them! They are the worst people to work with and I would not even recommend them to my worst enemy!

ABSOLUTELY terrible!!!! The staff is more professional then the owner! I do not even know where to begin. Worst communication with any company I have ever worked with! They showed up to my home at 730 pm to set up an event and stayed well passed 10 working by the lights on their cell phones. My event was to start at 12 pm the next afternoon, linens were still not on the tables at 1pm. Food was not prepared ahead of time and all my guests still left starving!! (They did NOT bring enough food for the amount I paid for) One of the employees brought her son who was running around my yard and eating guests food. The character costumes were mediocre at best! The owner was rude to many of my guests and asked them to get her things (when you pay for an event ESPECIALLY $7250.00, no one except the staff is to move a finger) No trash cans were brought to my 130+ event, when I asked why this was, Gia told me because I didn't pay for them! Ha!!! the list goes ON AND ON!! The only reason I choose one star is because there is no ZERO star options. Do NOT use this company. If I were to ever again, they would have to pay me & even then I would DECLINE!

On October 27, 2017, I had my wedding and reception at Baltimore Best events, the WORST customer services ever. They charge you for every little thing. I paid for a 7 pcs set up and was told that the Baltimore Best will be responsible for setting the setting the table, and my coordinator will be responsible for the center piece. When I arrived at 3:45 Laura one of the staff worker was just coming down stair with the linen table clothes and the wedding started at 4:30, therefore that cause everything to fall behind, and my guess had to wait outside after the ceremony. I forgot to mention how dirty the floor was, the seat covering for the chairs. I'm writing to BBB on this place...to request a refund for the table setting I did not get.

I had my sons repass here and my experience there was amazing! Andrea Blank made me feel so comfortable. She was so nice and she helped me with everything I needed. I was late meeting her to get the details on this place and she still took the time out to see me. She checked on me to make sure I was okay she even helped me clean up when the event was over. My daughters fell inlove with her and probably talked her ear off but she was amazing and because of her all of my events will be held here! I highly HIGHLY recommend this place and it was beautiful! I had my own decorations but without it it was still beautiful! This is the place for any event! Will be having my baby shower, wedding reception, and my kids parties here! Definitely give them a call and ask for Andrea Blank she will help you the best she can!

I never write reviews but by far this was the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Spoke on the phone with Laura about setting up a party for my daughters birthday and she asked me to email her pics so that we could talk about pricing, delivery etc. After several days and attempts of emailing I finally sent a pretty stern one asking for a yes or no answer if they could do the party she immediately responded yes but went radio silent about any additional details...fees, delivery etc I Finally called the business back and someone said they would called me right back. Of course no one called back. At this point I wouldn't want to work with them even if the service was provided for for free. So glad I never locked in anything with them. I can truly say I dodged a flying bullet! This company shouldn't be in business.

We recently rented Karaoke equipment for a highly anticipated event and unfortunately, the dated equipment malfunctioned after the first disc was inserted into the machine. Luckily we were able to improvise with equipment of our own and have a successful evening. Unfortunately, this business was not willing to address our dissatisfaction and I hope others don't fall victim to their broken equipment and lacking customer service.

I called in a nice lady answer the phone and said we can get chairs from there. She said you had to be there before they close at 2:30. The only reason why we didn't get them earlier because the place we had said they had them. And when we got there they didn't have them for our event. Don't know what happened with the chairs but anyway ended up at your spot. Out the whole group it was one young lady that helped us out a lot. Others had attitudes like we was taking money or something from them. No Speedy service or anything just a bunch of stories and hassle. I would like to see the manager and talk to them to find out what the problem was. I am a paying customer and don't have a problem paying either. But I would like to get my money's worth. On the product and also customer service. So going forth any other events that I will be doing. I would not be using this company. Like I said it was only one lady that was really there trying to help us out. I give stars when stars are do. We were told that we can get a discount on the chairs. Because they would have bottom pick of the litter. Then we were told that we couldn't we have to pay full price. And then we were told oh you can wait because someone is bringing the chairs back. Then 30 minutes later they said the person hasn't picked up the chairs yet do you just want to take the ones in the back. They were raggedy old white chairs that should have been thrown away somewhere. All the kept hearing it is only 5 minutes away they 10 minutes away. That's after I paid my money for the chairs they said they were coming. But once again I would like to talk to the manager to see what the problem was. If the people do not like working with customers and helping them out at last minute. Their customer service was horrible.

Very unprofessional, absolutely the worst customer service I have ever experienced and the worst one of all is the owner Gia! She is incredibly rude and VERY unprofessional. Did not want to accommodate a rental request. Left me without equipment 2 hours before event, even after sending me an invoice for payment. Will never use them again and I strongly suggest that NO ONE use them either!!!

Hired Baltimore's Best Events to have my daughter's 30th Birthday Party. From start to finish they were very accommodating with my requests, even down to last minute changes. Communication was never a problem. Overall, it's a very clean establishment with quality chairs, tables, linen and decorations at very affordable rates. My guests were quite pleased and gave many compliments throughout the evening.

My event turned out nice the staff was helpful if needed. A few suggestions thoroughly review your contract to make sure everything is updated and order. Also ask in detail about anything extra example it’s an additional cost for the kitchen which I was aware of, but the freezer wasn’t considered apart of the kitchen.

I wish I could rate zero stars. I rented a karaoke machine on Friday for an event that evening. There was no directory of the CDs and they were mixed so we couldn't find songs by name or artist. My customers were frustrated so I emailed them that night and told them we were not using the machine and we were unhappy. I return the machine and again tell them I am unhappy and I want a refund. They call me a week later (only after I followed up with another email), put me on speaker, I can hear talking and laughing in the background as they repeat over and over that they are "sorry". In the end they wouldn't even offer a discount, nothing. And they're supposed to be "professional". WORST

OMG! This is truly one of Baltimore's Hidden Treasures. I was assisting my niece in locating a venue for her wedding and time was not on our side I literally stumbled on the site as I was googling. I dropped everything called my niece and said we have got to go take a look right away! We had looked at several major venues including The Reginald F Lewis Museum which we used for my other niece. That was perfect for her. This particular niece had a particular vision for the day she had waited for. Over forty and marrying for the first time, I knew that I would do whatever it took for her dream day to become reality. She trusted me one hundred percent. We fell in love with everything about Confetti. It is a venue with limitless possibilities if you are willing to step outside of the traditional views on wedding venues! I am very creative and Gia, the owner allowed me to go for it as long as it met their standards, policies and procedures. She is a dynamo and Italian through and through so what people may not understand her personality at first, give it a minute and you will understand that her heart is huge, she has great passion and is a truly creative soul. Strong woman! Embrace that about her and the end result is you will have the best event ever. Her staff at that time were Laura and Milan, both different , but equally fabulous! The bartender Mark is a true Rock Star! The facilities staff member John wore so many hats and helped me in ways that I will be forever grateful for. October 21,2017 was an amazing day for my niece and new husband as well as our family and friends! I am not easily impressed and I highly recommend Confetti Event Center. So much so that last evening my daughter called to tell me that her childhood friend is getting married for the first time in September 2018 and had booked her venue. I called her and advised her to look at Confetti's website. She had already made a non refundable deposit on the other venue, but took my recommendation to look at Confetti, she loved it and switched. The value of what her wedding package offers is much greater than the original venue. The staff are like an extended family and create such warmth and genuine caring which adds such a nice touch.Kudos to Gia and her Staff! Thanks Guys! You Rock!!!! Sandy

On July 29, 2017 I threw my big sister a bridal shower in the Loft. The staff at Baltimore’s Best Events was so helpful in helping set up and tending to our every need. The room was beautiful with the lit up ceilings, the nice white seat covers and the beautiful high back chair that my sister got to sit in while she opened her gifts. The food was taking too long to heat up on the sterno so the staff at Baltimore’s Best Events took the food and heated the food in their kitchen free of charge. So many of my guests complimented the room and the helpful staff and some even stated that they would use the event hall for one of their events. I cannot thank Baltimore’s Best Event enough for making my sister’s bridal wonderful and keeping her smiling the entire night

We had a wonderful time and Confetti Events was the best venue and most of all the best staff. Best of all they allowed me to come in hours in advance to setup and a young lady (sorry forgot your name) and gentleman greeted us and help us bring in our stuff, which was a lot. I have used Baltimore’s Best and Confetti’s to host several events this year. From the owner to the staff I have felt welcomed in every way. Gia offered so many services to ensure my events were over the top. Her staff is friendly and helped me remain as stress free as possible. I am so thankful for Gia and her staff for accommodating all of my request. As long as you know exactly what you want and need going in, you would enjoy hosting your event at Confetti’s. The venue is located in Towson tight off of 695. Easy to access for all of my guest. Convenient too with a hotel located across the street for my out of town guest. I will continue to use this venue for future events.

I rented patio chairs with arm rests from Baltimore's Best, and they worked out really well for my elderly guests, who need the arm rests to get out of a chair easily. They're hard to find. I hope Baltimore's Best will continue to keep them in stock. I loved being able to do business with a responsive, local business, and being able to do everything over the phone and fax. The chairs were delivered and picked up on time, and everything worked perfectly. Thank you!

Hi, We had a wonderful time at the Confetti's Center. This was our first try to have an open bar. I must said that it was a success. Thanks to the experienced and friendly bartender that was assigned to us. She ( Deja Daniels) went above and beyond to make the best suggestions and was able to ensure our guests have a good time with the little selections that we had. I highly recommend Ms. Daniels services for a professional and courteous bartender.

Rented umbrellas. Terrible costumer service and the rental location was sketchy, dirty, and unkempt. When we returned the umbrellas, they told us one pole was different. It was the one we received from them (there was no way we could have picked up a different pole since we didn't come into any other umbrellas, and we noticed it when we picked it up). Two of the umbrellas didn't even work. Don't rent from this company, but if you do, take lots of pictures before hand because they will try to hassle you when you return it, and test all equipment before accepting it. Very shady business. The umbrellas didn't even stand well, and we had to buy a bunch of cinder blocks last minute to stabilize them. Gia, in particular, was rude and unhelpful. Terrible experience. Definitely avoid.

If I could give zero stars I would. Completely unprofessional and rude staff. My party rented a karaoke machine from them and, despite them saying it had been "tested" that morning, did not work at all!!! There was no index for the music and half the music didn't even work!! When asked for a refund, they were rude and condescending. Avoid this company if you expect quality equipment and professional service.

Saiyed: Gia, the owner, has to be the rudest, most arrogant, condescending business owner I've ever dealt with! I will NEVER use Baltimore's Best/Confetti's again! The experience started out positive with the office staff being extremely helpful on the phone and when I came in to pay. I specifically asked if the 60" white resin tables needed a tablecloth (the tables were just extra seating for a very casual outdoor party & I wasn't planning on tablecloths or centerpieces, etc.). I was told "no"; the young lady I spoke with actually put me on hold to go into the warehouse to check the condition of the tables I was ordering. The guys delivered the tables while I was in the house preparing for the party. They left without my knowledge and without my inspecting the stuff or signing for it. Two of the 60" tables were unusable. We folded them up and put them in our garage. One of them was apparently an umbrella table with a hole in the middle where they had put white duck tape. Another had huge black scratches/gouges going across the table. My guests were arriving in an hour and there was no time to go get tablecloths (which I was told I wouldn't necessarily need). I phoned immediately thinking that maybe they could switch the tables out; but, I at lease wanted to go on record with the problem. I called Gia to get my money back for the 2 tables. She argued with me; interrupted me; called me a liar (saying her people would never say a tablecloth was not needed); had ZERO customer service. She insisted that the tables WERE usable and that I could have put a watermelon, cantaloupe or pitcher of beer over the damage to hide it!! The money is not huge: $17 for 2 tables. But it is the principle that I paid for something that I could not use.
