Our wedding was absolutely wonderful! Everyone had such a great time! Ceremony and reception are at the same so no one had to drive. The staff was amazing, food was freakin incredible because it's cooked onsite, chef was awesome and fun to work with, bridal assistant Alyssa was knowledgeable and just made everything flow perfectly. And the options to have things done our unique way were unlimited. LOVED everything about it. AND AFFORDABLE!!! You guys are the best! Thanks for everything!

Extremely well organized and planned out. In house sound and microphone system are plenty powerful. Excellent communication throughout the entire night with the staff, coordinator, and vendors. Easily one of the best and most thought out venues that I've had the pleasure of experiencing.

I previously posted a review last year, but I had to post another one because this place deserves higher than a 5. From the beginning this place has been so comforting and supportive. Anytime I called, they answered the phone and helped me with what I needed. I got married on November 12, 2017. The ceremony outside was all lit up and it was breathtaking. The reception hall is just as beautiful. I received dozens and dozens of compliments on my choice for wedding venue. This is a place you won’t regret. The owner, Don and Coordinator, Alyssa are AWESOME! Alyssa, is hands down the best at was she does. She works really hard and makes sure EVERYTHING IS DONE and that the bride and groom are very happy! I wish I could rate this place higher and get married all over again! This place is magical!

We are completely blown away with the level of professionalism that y’all performed Saturday night. We cannot be happier with how everything turned out. Selecting the perfect venue to host our one and only wedding was a big decision for us. We went to several locations, and just didn’t leave with a feeling of excitement. A friend of ours referred y’all to us, so we decided to book an appointment. From the first moment after we arrived, we knew this was the place where we wanted our wedding to occur. We made the decision before ever leaving the parking lot. Now that the wedding has completed, we do not regret our decision at all. Everything was perfect! All of the staff was kind and polite to our guest. The food was to die for. I have been to countless weddings before, yet never a wedding with food like we enjoyed Saturday. The to-go dinners we received were greatly unexpected and appreciated. The decorations and lighting matched exactly what we dreamed. The DJ did an excellent job with keeping awesome music going during the entire reception. I was really worried about if many people would fill the dance floor, and was very happy to see them enjoying themselves all the way to the end. Every single person who attended told me how much he or she enjoyed the venue. Alyssa, the following is dedicated to you alone: You had a huge impact and defiantly an integral part to our wedding. Your attention to detail, sense of urgency, professionalism, organization, coordination, and spot on communication was completely above all expectations. Everything went perfect without a single hiccup. We were impressed with your organization during the rehearsal. I have never attended a rehearsal that started and ended on time. Every one of them seemed to just be chaos. We received many compliments about our rehearsals coordination. During the ceremony, you kept everything and every one rolling perfectly in line. The days leading to the wedding were stressful both of us (especially me). I am aware that I may have contacted you way too many times, but what I appreciate was your quick response times to all of my messages. One thing you accomplished that I am truly grateful for was how you handled the beer issue. I am normally a very detailed oriented person, but I failed to tell you the brand of beer that we wanted. Once I uncovered this mistake, you jumped straight to action and made it happen. For this, I am truly impressed and so very thankful. Your knowledge on everything was above expectation. I really hate it when I am talking to a company representative and they say: “I don’t know.” During this entire event, not once did you ever not know what needed to be done. I am also so very thankful that you marketed the photo booth to us. Our guests absolutely loved it! You are awesome at your job, and defiantly have what it takes to create a long career. I understand that I have already went overboard on requests, but I have one final request of you: Please make sure your supervisor(s) and the owner(s) read this email, especially the part about you. You deserve recognition on how well you performed. To the Owner(s): Alyssa needs a bonus for her outstanding work. I will end this with one final statement. If we had to do it all over again, we would one hundred percent select The Oaks on 22 again. We are going to recommend y’all to everybody we talk to you. Great job and thank y’all for everything!!!

This place is great for any event you may have. From weddings to family reunions, there is plenty of room here. It has a kitchen onsite to use to cater your event or cook your own food.

I attended and event there recently for the Children's Discovery Museum. The service was beyond slow. I heard one of the board members say that they would never hold there event there again

Absolutely Beautiful wedding venue. Hot food was very good once it was served.(chicken alfredo, sweet potato casserole , pork medallions, mac & cheese, chicken sausage gumbo)Appetizers were just ok. Only a choice of 4 appetizers served for over an hour. Ham stuffed mushrooms, uggh, would have been better with seafood. Fried boudin balls were good but after being served about 7 times you can only eat so many. Finger sandwiches would have been better than the spiral sandwiches. I would recommend the facility but make different choices in the appetizers.

Food was less than good not a finger sandwich in site. Buffett food was horrible servers didn't even know what it was. Left and most family members including Bride and Groom went out to eat at a restaurant. Brides favors were not given out setup as agreed upon prior to wedding.
