Beware! Don't use this company if you are trying surprise a loved one with an arrangement. My husband is currently serving our country in Kuwait and wanted to surprise me for my birthday with a floral arrangement. There were so many things that went wrong that I don't even know where to begin. The order was delivered two days early and left on the front porch (btw it was raining that day so the ground was wet). The florist called and left a message stating she was coming by to pick up the order because it was not supposed to be delivered until Wednesday. Well Wednesday comes and no one shows up. My husbands surprise was ruined and he was angry and hurt to say the least. And reading previous reviews apparently this is not the first time this has happened.

My mom got a mother's day flower from Penelope's. The vase, and the flowers were gorgeous. The quality of flowers were great and color combination was also great! I looked for the name of the delivery company because it was much better than what we usually expect from delivered flowers. I will use them to order my next flower delivery!

My flowers were delivered on a Thursday and dead by Saturday. The arrangement was not very well put together. When I called to let them know how I felt I was told to send a picture and the method in which my arragment was ordered was an issue, via wire. I sent the picture with another arrangement I received the day before. The other arrangment was roses and looked fresh. This particular arrangement was tulips. Jan emailed me back and said,"We delivered tulips. The other arrangement is roses. You cannot compare tulips and roses. Roses last a lot longer than tulips. Tulips only last 2-3 days. Just a suggestion to your boyfriend, tell him to not order tulips. I'm sorry you are very dissatisfied." Jan Cobb The issue is I get tulips every year as they are my favorite and they have never looked this bad. Secondly, the nerve of her to tell me what type of flowers to tell my boyfriend to order. Horrible customer service!! I do not recommend this florist...EVER!

Penny and her crew have taken care of my needs for years/ Quick and accurate delivery with the freshest longest lasting arrangements. They have an assortment of ready to go in all price ranges on had at the shop. Penny built a gift for Mrs. Cheneverts birthday that pleased her. HOw good is that?

I had a fantastic experience at Penelope’s Flowers and Gifts!!! They are so helpful and friendly and the arrangement I picked out for my mother lasted almost two weeks!!!! So glad I discovered this place!!! Their showroom is beautiful as well and they have a lot of unique gift items to choose from!
