Worst experience by far and complete lack of quality. My sons birthday party was delayed for an hour because the fun jump had a hole in it and the boss refused to solve the problem. His employees agreed there was a hole and wanted to change the bottom piece out. We had to wait 4 hours befor anything was done.

Bouncing Buddies is our go to for fun at Mimi’s house, the service is always prompt and courteous and set up and take down goes off quickly and without a hitch. The equipment is starting to show a little wear but nothing that is a safety concern. I would highly recommend!

Delivery was on time and set up by a fine young gentleman, Once completed our son and his friends had a great time playing on the Minion Slide / jump combo. We the parents also had a great time playing in the jump. Pick up was done by two different young men and was done quickly and efficiently. I would recommend using their services.

Great to work with! Our fun jump was delivered early morning, a few hours before the party, and it was full of sand. Apparently, it got overlooked for cleaning. The crew blew it out and left-they did offer to replace it and we told them not to worry about it BUT Jason called us immediately and said that he already had a crew on the way to swap it out and we could expect it to be replaced within 30 minutes. AWESOME Customer Service!

Would highly recommend.. The fun jump for my sons party was delivered four hours early, of course they called to make sure that would be okay, absolutely extra free play who doesn't love that.. My sons party was all planned and then we had a front come through bringing the threat of severe weather, bouncing buddies called several times to keep us informed with the weather conditions and our options. They made it clear that they were happy to deliver in the rain, but wanted to make sure we knew we had options! The transformer inflatable was defiantly a hit. Thank you

We use them every year for our Broussard Community fair, and every year they deliver! Bounce houses are always clean and a lot of fun for the kiddos (big and small)! You can always tell how good a company is by how they handle an issue. We had a slight hiccup this year with a bounce house that wouldn’t inflate properly during setup. 1 quick phone call and Jason had our replacement out fast and setup quickly.
