Daren kept everyone on the dancefloor, played a variety of music, took requests, and went along with the schedule changes that I had with ease! The ceremony was perfect as well. Beats 2 Geaux is the best they provided beautiful lighting for our Krewe ball. The room was transformed with their lights around the room and spotlighting our backdrop. Darren was wonderful to work with, this was one thing we didn’t have to worry about that night. Highly recommend Beats 2 Geaux!

WOW is all I can say about this duo! Their DJ service was AMAZING!, Their customer service was AMAZING!!!! They are personal and overall sweethearts. They made it easy to make sure my day was nothing short of fabulous. They have all the bells and whistles & let me tell you..... it's so worth it. They made our wedding ceremony tiptop. They made our reception a dream. My first dance with my husband was a fairytale thanks to them... I could go on and on... If you're thinking about booking them just DO IT! You will not regret it! I LOVED IT! Beats 2 Geaux dominated our prom! They kept in touch with me and continuously updated me. They called me to double check all the dates and materials. They knew our class was on a budget and gave us so much stuff for a great price. Everyone loved them! If I ever have another event in the future, I will certainly call them again!!!

I couldn't have asked for a better DJ for our wedding! Amazing customer service and nice people. The whole process of picking music is very organized through the website and they will play any song you want. They did everything we asked for and more. Very cool lighting too!

My wife Karlee Jones Faircloth and I could not recommend Daren aka DJ Mixim any more for your wedding or event. 5/5. Perfect DJ. Before our wedding, Daren does an awesome job of keeping you updated and helping you upload the songs you want to hear. We even needed Daren to play some music at a separate cocktail hour and a grand entrance, and he was quick to accommodate us. We uploaded our whole playlist expecting to guide him as much as possible. Daren took it and ran with it to make it even better than we could have ever expected. Daren took the time to talk through every bit our reception timeline the week of our wedding. He was able to master that tough balance of being helpful without asking too many questions during the stressful week. That's tough to find in any wedding vendor. Our friends and family cannot stop talking about how much fun they had at the wedding, and we credit a ton of that to DJ Mixim and his great feel for the crowd. Our whole party danced for nearly four hours. We congo lined around the room; we had 100 people dancing to "In My Feelings"; we even did a special LSU Golden Girl dance. Daren made it all happen. Don't miss the chance to have him at your next event. You won't regret it!
