I have seen several reviews stating that hiring LexEffect was the best money spent toward wedding expenses, and we whole-heartedly agree! Kaelyn and her team supported us during the planning stages and throughout the entire wedding experience. Our original point of contact with LexEffect resigned about five months before the wedding and Kaelyn took over with a seamless transition. By the time of our first meeting with her, she had totally familiarized herself with all of our details and never gave us a moment of concern. She made great suggestions, researched and rented equipment for our LA band, picked up and delivered food for our wedding party on the day of, set up the entire rehearsal dinner and reception venues per our vision, and saw to every detail. All of our vendors were coordinated through a detailed timeline, and the rentals were returned. Honestly, we didn't need to do a thing except show up and have a lot of fun. Communication, professionalism, positive attitudes, and attention to detail are major strengths. Additionally, Kaelyn and her team are true advocates for the bride and groom in every situation. I give LexEffect the highest recommendation possible.

LexEffect is without a doubt the best event service I have ever had the pleasure of working with. Kaelyn and her team are professional, on the ball and staff each event with a positive attitude and unfailing energy. Kaelyn managed my company's first ever concert event and took care of every last detail and answered all of our questions while helping us connect to key vendors and supporters. All events have their unique challenges but they were able to manage things we weren't even aware of and we were so grateful to have hired them to help us with this event. This event had some logistical challenges, each of which was handled seamlessly. We look forward to continuing to work with LexEffect on future events!

On 12/7/16 my daughter hired Kaelyn Query of LexEffect as our wedding coordinator. We had six months worth of phone calls, emails, text messages and meetings with her. However, on the DAY of the wedding (June 3), and after being paid in full (and also tipped), Kaelyn just went missing; she never showed up, called, texted, or communicated in ANY way whatsoever, until I contacted her approx 3 weeks after the wedding! As you can imagine, there were multiple mishaps; starting with the ceremony, when my husband had to cue the bridesmaids, grandparents, flower girl, etc. down the aisle. Following the ceremony, as GUESTS were carrying chairs to the reception (which was a service paid for and included in Kaelyn's contract price), I inquired a representative (that she sent in her absence) about Kaelyn's whereabouts and was simply told that "she had an emergency." We had a cocktail hour planned; however in her absence, there was no one available to direct guests where to go. Per Kaelyn's cad table set up plan, there were to be separate tables for gifts & guest sign in. Evidently her helpers did not have access to that information either. Approximately 2 hours into a 3 hour reception, I noticed that the guest book was covered with gifts. I took it upon myself to move gifts so that guests could actually sign in. As a result, approximately 20 of 165 guests were able to find and sign well wishes. I was also told verbally (and this item is also listed on the contract) that they would be responsible for getting leftovers to us. Again, that never happened. Lex Effect was responsible for getting all props back to us. My daughter used the engraved cake knife from my own wedding over 32 years ago. And it too, seems to have vanished. Approx. 3 weeks later, via social media, we found out what the real "emergency" was. When confronted about this, she continued to be dishonest. For these reasons, I would never recommend her services:(

Kaelyn (Lexeffext) was the planner for my daughter’s wedding July 2018 at Shaker Village. There aren’t enough nice things I can say about her and her team. She was there to answer any/all questions for several months before the wedding and as it approached she totally took over, allowing me to enjoy the wedding without worry! I honestly don’t know how we could’ve done it without her. She kept me informed of every decision that needed to be made, from big to very small and most importantly, she was aware of the many different needs/wants from everyone in the wedding party. There wasn’t a page unturned with Kaelyn. She went over and beyond in every way and made us feel like we were her own family. She will forever be apart of my daughter’s wedding memories.

Kaelyn and our entire experience with LexEffect was amazing and easily the best money we spent on our entire wedding process!! From the beginning, we received great advice on vendors and help making initial decisions. From there any wish we had was granted--they have an amazing artist that wrote on chalkboards for us for engagement photos & our wedding, communicated and set up all arrivals and set-up for the big day and literally handled EVERY detail, a MUST for an OCD bride! Everything went smoothly and no detail was left untouched! They also took care of a bunch of additional smaller errands such as returning the cake stand and transporting flowers to a different venue for our Sunday brunch! I cannot say enough GREAT things about LexEffect and recommend them to all!!

Every time I came to her with a concern, she immediately responded with effective and quick resolutions. She made my wedding planning easier and allowed me to bounce ideas off of her. On the day of she made sure it all ran smoothly and I never once was bothered with any questions from vendors (thankfully, because I wouldn't have had the time to answer them!). Purchased tickets for a Bourbon tasting in Lexington, KY the same day of the event on October 13th 2018. After driving from Cincinnati, OH to the location printed on the tickets and also listed in the website (Limestone Hall) we realized the building was closed and there was no sign of an event being held. Other people were also waiting outside trying to get in who had bought their tickets in advance. There was no way to contact the seller. Their website simply stated no refunds with no way to contact them at the time of the event. Do not purchase tickets for events from this seller!!!
