Our daughter was married on Aug. 22nd at Garden Court. When I walked into Events, LLC I was so amazed at the large selection of decorations we had to choose from. Jeff was most helpful, "he ran with our vision and our limited budgett!" Every desire we had he met...if they did not have it in house they got it! I LOVE LOVE LOVE the new chairs he purchased for our wedding! We used the farm tables and market lights on the front porch, "simply gorgeous!!" Jeff's team set everything up and broke everything down according to our venue's rules. So thankful we did not have to lift a finger! On top of great service and selection the icing on the cake is their florist, David Williams of Magnolia's...this guy is the "bomb" so very talented ...even when we were "wish washy" with describing our colors and flowers his vision was spot on! Ferns, table flowers, urns, bouquets, corsages, personal touches on a scorching hot day, "that's David!" WE ARE SO THANKFUL FOR EVENTS, LLC!! THE HOLT'S

If I could give zero stars, I would. Events LLC is, hands-down, the worst company I have ever had the misfortune of working with. They provided rentals for my wedding and every interaction with them was, in a word, painful. They ruined my wedding. I'm not writing this in the heat of anger- my wedding was 6 weeks ago- and the utter disappointment and devastation of their effect on my wedding is still painful. DO NOT HIRE THEM. Trust me, I wouldn't wish them on my worst enemy. A few examples of their terrible service, in case I haven't made my point clear (DONT HIRE THEM)- they averaged 51/2 WEEKS to return an email. When they finally did reply, they would only address portions of my issues, ignoring others. They frequently forgot the details of our order. On one occasion I arrived for a scheduled meeting and was told by one of their staff "Oh- I totally forgot about you!". Additionally, I paid for a specific service (breakdown and loading up of our wedding tables) and I double checked that there would be workers on site to handle the work and I was assured that there would be. Day-of my wedding I was again reassured- by Events LLC- that "4 guys will be here to break everything down and pack it up" They were there alright but they did not lift a finger to help break down the tables, leaving my parents to work until 3am the night of my wedding packing everything up. My mom even asked one of Event's workers if they could help her and he refused. Then he called her names and complained about the work loud enough for several people to hear. Then, another of Event's staff said "I don't know about you guys, but I'm not staying around to do this, I have things to do!". Imagine my horror, the day after my wedding, when I talked to my parents and heard that they and their friends had to work till 3:00am doing the work that we had paid Events LLC to do! That's only a few things that went wrong, I could go on and on. Please, what ever you do, DO NOT HIRE EVENTS LLC! They will ruin your event.

In a word...UNPROFESSIONAL! Do not bother. Go with PAZAZZLE AND/OR RELIABLE they won't let you down, give you the run around, or treat you poorly.
