Britta worked for my company, College Works Painting, as the NorthStar Office Manager. She started out as an Intern and worked her way thru the ranks to a District Manager. She was always looking to take on additional responsibility and help the team. In our business we run large events / trainings about once a month. We saw an opportunity to lighten my workload by adding event coordinating responsibilities to Britta's job description. She planned, organized and managed every event we had that year along with her responsibilities as a District Manager. The year after Britta started as our event coordinator we started our first divisional office (previously everyone worked remotely). Britta was responsible for maintaining the office in every way and continuing to run our events. Britta ran countless events and trainings for us over the years which allowed me to focus more on enjoying the events, building relationships with our employees and training.
