Saundra is a fantastic event planner! All of the vendors that we used for our daughter's wedding absolutely love working with her, and that speaks volumes. Saundra is professional, personable, has fabulous taste, and offers creative suggestions. She knows what will work at an event and is able to execute her detailed plans to perfection. She is honest with her opinions and tactful in her delivery, always working to make the customer's wishes come true. We are so glad that we chose her for our daughter's wedding! We were able to enjoy the day and knew that she had it all under control. There is really no other choice for an event planner - she's the best there is! Edit: I used my Mother-in-laws computer briefly over Thanksgiving and it looks like she wrote this review under my account. I'm going to let it stand, because I agree with her, but I just want to clarify. Our wedding was fantastic.

Our family had the pleasure of first meeting Saundra when she planned our daughters wedding five years ago. We were so impressed in how she handled every little detail leading up to the wedding as well as the day of. We would not have been able to enjoy our daughters wedding as much as we did, if not for Saundra. She went above and beyond our expectations of what a wedding planner is and does. We basically showed up, enjoyed the wedding and Saundra took care of all other matters (vendors, decorations, food, music, pictures, scheduling, etc.). What can we say! Saundra made our wedding day seamless and oh so wonderful. We did a web search for wedding planners in the Evansville area and PFE popped up. We contacted Saundra and we were off and running with planning shortly after that. We worked with Saundra for more than a year to plan our special day. She is amazing and does take the time to get to know her clients well. She knew what was important to us and made sure to highlight those must-haves in the wedding. the wedding was perfect, and every detail covered. We couldn't have asked for a more beautiful day. We highly recommend Saundra and her team and we hope to be using her services for future events.

When my wife and I started the wonderful yet complicated journey to marriage we weren't completely expecting to have to hire someone to plan the event. At first, as I said before, I didn't realize how important or complicated it CAN be. However from our FIRST meeting with Saundra she did an EXCELLENT job in making us feel calm, not pressuring us to commit to her (like almost every other vendor we had already visited, photographers, caterers, etc.). This goes far for us both since we're both pretty laid back. I'll let my wife add more from HER perspective as well, so stay tuned for that. Anyway back to the topic at hand. Anyway, so after a second meeting and a couple phone calls, we committed to using Planning Forever. Again, their resources/services they provided were PRICELESS. I cannot say enough about how much help she provided in making recommendations on who to use. It's not like we were forced to use a particular vendor, but she definitely knew which ones would fit our personality the best. I will say that we only went with the month before planning service, so this was a welcome surprise. Again I cannot tell you (as someone reading this review) how important all this is... I mean, most people only get married once... you know, it's not like you being a prospective wife/groom know what to expect. Even the little details like, what was important to US, like offering a family friendly atmosphere at the reception, or something like having everything in the right place at the right time. The best part ... HANDS DOWN... for this service is the Wedding Day and Rehearsal (day before) services. I mean, who's supposed to know (from a Groom's perspective) on what looks good and where people should stand, how long the ceremony should be? ugh! That was the stuff I personally dreaded. HOWEVER with Saundra's help, I was quickly put at ease with her professionalism as well as her standing up to other people that may have their own opinions. Again, she knew us so well, she could push back on people who had conflicting views for our dream wedding. She in several occasions (under our permission) spoke on our behalf to keep our vision for that picture-perfect wedding we both wanted. The rehearsal out of the way, we focused on the wedding day itself. On our wedding day, it was a HOT and HUMID August day, and for the record, it rained. Saundra, comically, but certainly something well warranted, she even had a portable fan, that she used to cool down my wife. She even went as far as to stick it under her dress to cool her down ... yeah weird, but you know what ... it's those little things like that, that make the difference in having a wedding planner or not. Well from the early morning I can tell you she made sure everything was in place, looking perfect, and our guests were happy. There's something to be said that I literally had NOTHING to worry about all day. I mean, I knew she was there, she didn't pester me or anything but I knew I could go to her for anything. She even made sure my wife had her dietary needs and drinks were provided to her, and beer to me ;-). I can tell you hands down, our day, was P-E-R-F-E-C-T with many thanks to Planning Forever staff.

As soon as we got engaged I knew better than to try and plan my wedding alone. My family is all spread out and we had "special circumstances" in which a planner was extremely helpful. After turning to social media I got refered to PFE. I got in contact with Saundra & expressed to her my wants, desires & special circumstances. We instantly clicked, to say the least. She knew what I was thinking before I even said anything. If it weren't for her my day could have been an absolute mess. (It literally hailed and we had an outdoor ceremony & we're still able to pull it off!!) Saundra suggested credible vendors who she knew would fit our personalities. (They were all beyond amazing.) When I told her my wedding day requests, that were next to impossible in our area, she came up with the most amazing plan. We planned with Saundra for 18 months to ask the city of Evansville to close down a public street for us to be able to have our ceremony on. 4 months before D-day we were granted that request! Never in a million years would I have thought of this. Apparently, no one else had either. We were the first in Evansville to do this. I highly suggest Saundra & the PFE team. Every single part of my day and the process leading up to it was perfect, hail included! Biggest thanks to Saundra & the rest of her amazing team for the best day ever!

I cannot even imagine my wedding day without Saundra's help. I live out of town (like it takes me over 5 hours to travel by plane) and had ONE week of actual time in Evansville to plan. Saundra orchestrated everything from setting up the food/cake trial to finding a florist to execute my vision to perfection. She took every single stress that comes with wedding planning and made it disappear. From vendor recommendations to literally telling me when I needed to do what, she made the whole process enjoyable and easy. If you are even slightly overwhelmed with were to begin after getting engaged (or planning on being engaged as I was when I hired her haha) I can make it easy for you: HIRE SAUNDRA AND PLANNING FOREVER EVENTS! There is absolutely no way you will regret it. Being able to show up the day of your wedding and not worry about a single thing is priceless, especially when it is the wedding of your dreams.

I was looking for a company to feature for a reputable company I have been working with for year. I properly went through their machine service to marketing, I was told to be taking off the call list and told that my company was not real. This is FALSE, RUDE and improper business ethic, I spoke with a woman Sandra. The company looks great but how they handle business is highly closed minded and ignorant.

Saundra is absolutely amazing! From start to finish, she made my life and my families lives easier through the wedding planning process. Various planning meetings and bouncing ideas off each other, Saundra does a great job of bringing your vision to light! I was actually sad when my wedding day was over because Saundra and I truly bonded over the past 9+ months! If you're on the fence about bringing a wedding planner on board, I will always say go for it! It is sooo worth it in the end. Where do I begin...My husband and I got engaged in Hawaii in 2017. As soon as we got back I started calling every event planning business I could find in the tri-state area. All of the phone numbers I called went straight to voicemail, except for Saundra's. As soon as she picked up the phone, she sounded excited and happy to be speaking with me. My mother and I met her at Starbucks that night and we immediately dived into wedding planning. A couple months into our planning, I found out I was pregnant. She was one of the first people we called and what did she do? She took over and re-scheduled EVERYONE without me having to lift so much as a finger. I'm serious, I didn't have to do a thing. Why? Because she didn't want me to be stressed so early into my pregnancy. That's the type of person she is. After I gave birth to my son, we instantly dived back in. Fast forward to our wedding day and it was everything I could've ever dreamed of and that is all thanks to her. As I'm writing this, I'm starting to tear because she really did become part of my family. I cannot put into words how thankful I am that we found Saundra. Anyone who knows me knows that I hate making decisions. Saundra quickly picked up on this and made the planning process so easy for me. Our wedding couldn't of come close to what it was without her. She knows almost all of the vendors that we worked with (DJ, videographer, photographer, venue, etc.) and every single one of them told me she was the best. She is the most organized, intelligent, EXPERIENCED, and thoughtful person and she is the best at what she does. You will not regret hiring her. There is no one better.

Three weeks ago I married my high school sweetheart, and I had the wedding of my dreams! Saundra and Kerry from Planning Forever Events made sure that our day was nothing but PERFECT! At first I was very iffy when my mom had told me that she wanted to get me a wedding planner but in the end, I am SO happy that we went ahead with that! They are very helpful and are very reliable! They both are very sweet and make sure that our day just the way that you want it! When we first started really planning things it was March, and we got married in September which is super crazy and without them I don’t think that we would have had the wedding that we did! They gave me options and reliable sources on who to use for food dj florist and photographer, and were SO happy with our choices! Saundra and Kerry both are VERY nice and they are there whenever you have questions about literally anything! Kerry was there on my wedding day and she was SO professional and SO nice and made sure that I was not stressed! I had misplaced my shoes and she even went back to our hotel room and searched for them literally 30 minutes before the wedding was starting! (even looked in the dumpster!!) I am so happy and so grateful that we were able to use them for our special day and I have told EVERYONE I know about them and about a LOT of the vendors that we used that they led us to! Planning Forever Events is SO awesome!

If I could give future brides one piece of advice it would be….HIRE SAUNDRA!!!! If I could give her more than 5 stars I would! Saundra and her team at planning forever events was the best investment I made throughout the entire wedding/engagement process. She helped coordinate/plan the wedding and was my florist too! In the service industry, they are the best I have ever worked with! Not only was Saundra a joy to work with, she was constantly on top of things, professional, and always had an answer for everything. She had great vendor recommendations as well! I have a hard time imagining and coming up with creative ideas so she was a life saver! She is great at the minor details and is prepared for any emergency you might have. Not once did I stress or have to worry about anything while planning or even on the day of the wedding. I was able to enjoy every second of it knowing I was in good hands. My wedding ceremony, reception, decorations, and flowers were more than I could have ever dreamed of! It was absolutely stunning! She nailed it! She truly went above and beyond the call of duty whether it was working around your busy schedule to meet or packing your cars up with the wedding gifts at the end of the reception. I hope one day I have the pleasure of working with planning forever events again!

My husband and I used Planning...Forever Events for our September 2014 wedding and could not have been any more thrilled with our decision! We chose the "Month of Coordination" option and then handed the decor/flowers over to them at the "last minute" (not really, but we were engaged for 18 months so it felt like it to me). We could not have been more thrilled with BOTH of our decisions. My initial thought was "I don't need a wedding coordinator! I'm organized and creative!" I was wrong. We were all a TEAM for this wedding and I could not have done it with out them! 100% the best value out of ANYTHING we paid for for our wedding. We hired PFE for the partial-service wedding planning (or "month-of" coordination) and it was one of the best investments we made in the whole wedding. We knew of absolutely no hiccups or problems throughout our entire day, because Kerry and her assistants Nicole & Karen did such a great job executing everything we wanted. My mom was one of those old-fashioned people who couldn't believe we were spending money on a wedding coordinator, but I don't think she realized the work that SHE and other family members would've been doing (and the unorganized logistics jumble that probably would've resulted) had Kerry and her team not been there. I set up a few appointments with various wedding planners in town, and met with Saundra first. After meeting her, I cancelled my other appointments because I knew right away that Saundra was a perfect match. She made multiple suggestions of unique touches we could add to our reception and it helped make our day our own.
