I hired Bridget Davis to be the day of coordinator for my wedding and she was absolutely one of my favorite wedding vendors I worked with! She is incredibly organized and goes above and beyond prior to and during your wedding to make your day run smoothly. Bridget responds to emails quickly, provides helpful resources to keep you organized during the planning process and is able to anticipate any need you may have the day of ...all while providing the space that is needed in order to allow you to enjoy your special day with your bridal party and guests. She is professional, caring and has a very calming presence that was much appreciated on such a big day! I couldn't recommend her more and know that the other vendors that worked together on my event enjoyed working with her as well! Hire her right away!

We hired Bridget Davis Events for a corporate event. This event space itself was in a difficult location which made the logistics a nightmare. Bridget worked with all the vendors to handle every last detail, without needing my assistance for each issue, while keeping my budget in mind. She kept me informed during the process so there were no surprises. During the day of the event Bridget kept everyone on a timeline and handled all challenges that occurred, leaving me to be able to spend the event hosting my guests. Bridget Davis is PHENOMENAL! I hired Bridget for day-of coordination after doing most of the planning myself, and boy am I glad I did! She made sure all of the vendors were on the same page, and was proactive about getting information to and from each of them leading up to my wedding day. She created a very detailed timeline of the weekend - including arrival and set up times for each of the vendors - and made sure everyone was exactly where they needed to be. If anything went wrong that day, Bridget took care of it, because from my perspective the day was perfect! If you are like me and think you can do it all yourself, I would seriously consider talking to Bridget. Hiring her took so much stress off of my shoulders, and I can guarantee my wedding day would not have been as successful without her!

My husband and I both agree, Bridget was the best money we spent on our wedding, and because of her, we were able to be a guess at our own wedding. Bridget helps provide a timeline for your wedding down to the smallest details, and is in constant contact with your vendors so you or your family does not have to worry about it. From static guarding my bridesmaid dresses to lighting about 100 candles before the reception, Bridget and her team covered it all, and we could not be more grateful. I highly recommend her and could not be more pleased with her service.

To say that Bridget and her team far exceeded my expectation is a complete understatement! As a former wedding planner, I knew that finding someone who saw my vision with me would be hard to do but from day one, she exuded this calm confidence and I knew immediately we were in good hands. She was 12 steps ahead of me at any point in time, offering creative solutions, negotiating with vendors, and sending email and text reminders for upcoming tasks my fiancé and I needed to be thinking about. She crossed her T’s and dotted her I’s so many times that I knew come wedding day nothing would be out of place. Being able to relax (as much as possible) on my wedding day knowing the setup, décor, tear down and vendors were all taken care of was the absolute BEST GIFT any vendor could have given my control freak self. I loved that I was able to fully enjoy my time with bridesmaids and mom while getting ready and focus on the ceremony while not worrying about if the cake got delivered or the band was set up in the right spot. I am so grateful for Bridget’s upbeat spirit and ability to see and service any unmet needs, all while remaining fun and professional. MY GROUP LOVED HER!! I want to do the day all over again, because in my eyes it was absolute perfection (if anything went awry, I had no clue) and ALL of that credit goes to Bridget and her team. Thank you doesn’t seem sufficient, but truly, THANK YOU from the bottom of our hearts for making it the best day of our entire life.

She is very professional, personable, timely, and goes above and beyond to make sure the day runs smoothly. She provided detailed timelines leading up to the event telling everyone where they needed to be and when, contacted all of my vendors, and would actively engage me in all decisions made. On the day of the wedding her and her assistant did an amazing job helping my venue setup all the details for the reception and got the vendors in order. I was super calm because I knew she had it under control and I was really able to enjoy the day. I highly recommend Bridget and her team for any event. I am not sure my wedding would have ran so perfectly without her!

We had a wonderful experience with Bridget as our day-of wedding coordinator! As a frugal person and the MOB with expenses piling up, I questioned if we really needed a coordinator. When we made the decision to hire her, she immediately went to work! She was so much more than just a "day of" planner. We had unlimited calls and emails with her from the time we hired her. She organized contracts, coordinated vendors, and solved problems. She also had suggestions for the millions of details, and her checklists and timelines were awesome. Another aspect of her work is her calm, kind, but firm-when-needed demeanor. She took charge when necessary, but wasn't pushy in any way. Her helper Keenan was also very friendly and helpful. Both guests and vendors commented on what a fine job she did, and little did they know that there were some near-crises going on! She handled these beautifully and I'm not even sure of what all went on behind the scenes. I know my daughter wasn't aware of problems and this helped her handle a stressful day. We are so glad we had Bridget's services, and there's no doubt it was money well spent!

I cannot count how many times over the weeks leading up to the wedding and on our wedding day I uttered the phrase “I don’t know what we would do without Bridget!” Bridget was a life saver helping plan our wedding and making sure everything was perfect (and it was!) the day of our wedding. She is of course very charming, but just having her steady, knowledgeable presence around made everyone in the wedding party feel less anxious. My mom and I are both organized people, so we originally didn’t think we needed a wedding planner, but there were a hundred little details that wouldn’t have been taken care of without Bridget’s organization, expertise and professionalism. Anyone would be lucky to work with Bridget for any event; she helped make our wedding absolutely perfect!

Bridget was amazing on the day of our wedding and leading up to it. I could not recommend her more! She’s so organized, professional and easygoing at the same time. She never once seemed flustered even with the craziness that ensues during a huge wedding. She had an assistant that was amazing as well! I loved that I didn’t have to worry about anything during the wedding except enjoying my husband, family and friends. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts!

I could not have had a seamless wedding coordinating experience without Bridget! She went above and beyond her offered services! Bridget made herself constantly available, always making it feel like every client was her priority. Bridget and her team were behind-the-scenes ninjas on the day of. They were coordinating everything seamlessly, if anything didn't go as planned, I had no idea because they remained on top of it the entire time! If you want someone who will be there for you when you're having a middle of the night panic attack, to help you narrow down your choices when you've decided on 15 different themes/color schemes for your wedding, to be there at meetings when you're worried you might forget to ask the right questions, to be truly excited about the outcome of the day, when you need a gin and tonic hand delivered to you because you're too busy to make it to the bar at your own wedding..then you HAVE to go with Bridget! We love her!
