Hello, I wanted to pass along a great review of Todd McClenathan's services. My wife and I were married on May 20th at the Omni Mount Washington Resort in NH. I was Todd's main point of contact, or so I thought, for setting things up. I had planned the location, ceremony, entertainment, flowers, etc. Now it was time to set up the ceremony music and microphones for our officiant and readers. I connected with Todd over email and he was always great at responding right away. He was patient with my questions and sent me all of the information I needed. To make my life even easier, during a busy planning process, he connected directly with our ceremony musician and officiant to set up a time to do a sound check the day of the wedding. He even worked with the hotel's billing department to fold his fees into our existing billing structure with them. I couldn't have asked for a better experience.
Then much to my surprise, as I was sitting beside my new wife at our reception, in walks a few members of the hotel staff along with Todd, whom I had yet to meet in person. The group of them wheeled in a large television and I immediately looked to my wife and said, "what did you do?" I had planned every second of our wedding, and I was sure that I hadn't missed something. All of a sudden the television turns on, the DJ starts to play and myself and all of our guests were surprised by a beautiful photo montage of alternating baby photos of myself and my wife, then switching to recent selfies of us taken during our relationship thus far. I was blown away with happiness and completely in tears! It turns out that my sneaky wife had been in cahoots with Todd to plan this beautiful surprise! As soon as the video was over, Todd stopped by to introduce himself and to ensure that I liked it. I was more than happy to meet him and thank him for making my wedding so incredibly special. The fact that he was able to continue emailing me throughout the process to go over logistics, etc. and also email Sue to work out their surprise without making a mistake and giving it away, is amazing. He is truly great at his job and I am especially grateful. Thank you Todd!
