Clear-cut fraud by this "company" which I'm assuming is almost certainly an on-going scam to cash in on the success of other home show companies.
It will start with him somehow getting your email address after you do a home show with a legitimate company. Seeing as how there's no other home shows going on during this time, which is May 2019, you'll want to do another one before summer hits.
He will show you a map of about 128 booths, which like most home shows, you will think will be filled (there will be MAYBE 20 booths filled). You will then sign a contact and pay anywhere from $50-$1,000. You could be paying $800 more than the person next to you, seemingly there's no reason why this is. Oh and this "home show" is only for one day. You'll see why after you attend.
He then asks for check (so you cannot charge-back the full amount you will pay) and you're set.
Mind you, these may seem like a red flags, because they are.
On the day of, there will be no real signs directing people to the location. There will be almost zero marketing done for the event and there will be very few people who come to the event. And the people who do come to the event, seem to be random people who stopped by, not really even sure what it is.
There won't be a check in table, no one from the company to be the liaison for issues, mainly because he's scared and knows that almost every vendor will be extremely aggravated over the event. You will then talk to other vendors who will tell you that they paid hundreds more or less than you, for being a few feet away. The event will then end with you wondering how the world you were essentially defrauded by someone running fake home shows.
You'd have a better return-on-investment (ROI) doing literally anything else. Use this company if you want to completely waste your money.
