I usually never leave reviews but I felt obligated hoping nobody would share my experience. I was married at the end out September & went in about mid July to arrange all my rentals. At the end of August I received a phone call that all the glassware i had rented was all broken and the lady explained they won’t have more available. Her words were “we won’t have it for you to use in time, and i hope this is enough of a notice for you to find it elsewhere.”
(She was already paid) so that same day i went to the crafts stores and found everything i had rented, but couldn’t help but it feeling like that would be the businesses responsibility after i had ordered those items & had also paid them in full.
Then, i went in 4 days before my wedding to add a couple tables and clothes (they ask for a 48 notice for changing the order) went we went to add some things the lady was extremely rude & treated us as if she was bothered by us going in.
Last but not least,
When we had gotten back from our honeymoon we had family members that accidentally had taken back rental items to our house. So, there Saturday hours being open until 2:00, I went in to return things. All the doors were locked, but the employee entrance was propped open and the workers greeted me with “how did she get in here!” when I was returning their belongings that they weren’t organized enough to realize they were missing.
From one bride to another, save yourself the stress & go somewhere else. It was nothing but chaos & rudeness my whole rental experience. Not the way you want treated while you’re trying to plan a wedding
