Shannon and her team at McCall Weddings handled both our wedding coordination and florals. When I first started wedding planning I wasn't even considering a wedding coordinator. We were living in Nashville, Tennessee and needed advice on venues in McCall and was referred to McCall Weddings by a friend. Shannon and I immediately connected, I felt like we had been friends forever! And after my wedding photographer made the point that whatever I was unable to do on my wedding day (most everything), it would fall on my family. The last think you want on your wedding day is to worry about anything and you definitely want your family to be able to enjoy the day. Shannon and her team were absolutely worth every penny and more, they was outstanding!! She constantly went above and beyond to make sure we had our dream day and I felt like she really looked out for our best interests every step of the way. Even when we changed our wedding location to Squaw Valley, California she was flexible to our needs. Our wedding day couldn't have been more perfect, everything went so smoothly and the flowers were stunning! Not even kidding, everything looked like it was straight out of a magazine. I can’t thank you enough McCall Weddings, so THANK YOU a 1000 times over!

I can not recommend McCall Weddings enough. Lacey is an absolute rock star when it comes to anything wedding. Unlike most brides, planning the "big day" was not something I had waited my whole life to do. I made this very clear to Lacey and let her run the show. She didn't need a lot of direction. I gave her a few ideas and she said "got it" and she wasn't kidding. She NAILED every detail big and small. To say it was the perfect day is an understatement. Lacey always made herself available to us and was there to help us with anything we needed. Her flawless timeline made things run so smoothly. There was never a dull moment but we never felt overwhelmed. We have had nothing but compliments from our friends and families. That has everything to do with Lacey and the hard work she put in to making our day as special as possible. More than anything, she took away all of the wedding day stress. All we had to do was show up and enjoy our big day. No setting up, no decorating, no family or friends stressing out trying to help. She did it ALL. You can't put a price on something like that. At one point when the budget began spinning out of control due to another vendor, Shannon stepped in to lend a hand and worked her MAGIC. Throughout the wedding planning process people asked if I was stressed out - not for a second with McCall Weddings at the helm. Every detail was thought out, the event flowed seamlessly, and, most importantly, they provided choices for everything within our budget. Though McCall Weddings offers a number of services in addition to coordination, I never felt pushed to use them, I was encouraged to pick the best option for me. On that note, Shannon’s floral artistry truly is ART. Our flowers were stunning! I used Shannon and her team for our wedding in August and unfortunately the process leading up to the wedding was less than ideal. There was a lack of communication, very little attention to detail, and overall unprofessionalism. On the day of the wedding, Shannon came to me and my fiancé with every problem that arose instead of problem solving and allowing us to have a stress-free day. The sole reason we hired a day-of coordinator was to help alleviate the stress of the wedding day and unfortunately, with McCall Weddings, that was not the case.

Whether you are a Bride, or a Vendor, you know you will be taken care of. They also know the area really well and know exactly what it takes to make an event awesome at each venue. Would recommend to anyone who is wanting an elegant, well planned McCall Wedding. p.s. They are just good people as well. One time I was in a panic to find a dog sitter when I was on vacation in Mccall, and she offered to have my pup stay with her. Just shows how much they care about people.
