Brandi with Boise Events is the best! Brandi, Forest and her daughter made our wedding day the beat day ever. We weren’t sure if we could afford to have a wedding planner, but after talking with her we decided to splurge. And it was worth it! She made everything so much easier and less stressful. Brandi also did our engagement pictures and wedding pictures. We haven’t seen our wedding pictures yet, but our engagement pictures were so much fun and also beautiful! I’ve received many compliments about them. Overall, I highly recommend Boise Events, they did our planning, coordination, flowers and photos.

I’m so thankful that Brandi with Boise Events was our planner, florist, and day-of coordinator. I had no clue where to start and the moment we hired Brandi, she had appointments set for us to see three venues. The best part is that she encouraged us to keep open minds, which was particularly helpful in the case of the venue—I dismissed one of them right away before even taking a tour but Brandi wanted us to give it a chance and it ended up being where we got married! I continue to get compliments all these months later how beautiful the décor and flowers were. The arrangements were incredibly stunning and Brandi has a lovely selection of vases and decorations available for rent. I’m glad I didn’t have to worry about buying a bunch of stuff that I knew I’d only use once! Brandi was super helpful with explaining the event timeline and mechanics of how the wedding day would work and provided an excellent rehearsal the evening before that helped calm our nerves. Whenever I needed advice or help understanding how things were supposed to play out, Brandi was extremely responsive via phone, text, or email. On the day of the wedding, Brandi made everything go smoothly in conjunction with the venue staff so that we could enjoy our day without worrying about what was going on behind the scenes. She was able to switch up some things on the timeline as the day went on so that we weren’t rushed. Brandi and her team were there first thing in the morning before anyone else and they were the last to leave after clean-up. A few days before the wedding I took special decorations and party favors to her that were all set up and looking great during our big day. Overall, great customer service, attention to detail, and beautiful decorations.

Boise-Events provided setup/tear down, rentals, decor, delivery, planning, day-of coordination, and flowers for us. Looking back, it's laughable that we ever thought we could pull off this wedding without professional help. Brandi saved several aspects of our wedding on numerous occasions! Our wedding was absolutely full of issues caused by other vendors, and Brandi handled it all and a calm, professional manner. She was quick to realize when our caterer wasn't providing everything we needed, and she worked with our venue on making sure that the huge stuffed black bear that showed up would be removed in time for our wedding. She helped us find affordable vendors who were willing to travel to McCall with us - the DJ, bar server, cake, etc. We were on a budget, so this was greatly appreciated! I was having a terrible time doing this on my own, but she had numerous ideas for us right from our first meeting. All of the rentals from Boise-Events or elsewhere were completely managed by Brandi. We didn't have to worry about a thing - tables/chairs/silverware/plates - whatever it was, she took care of it! THE FLOWERS! I had such a hard time deciding what I wanted, but after looking at some pictures online, Brandi helped me pick some gorgeous arrangements and bright colors. I was so stressed on wedding day about issues with our venue, but as soon as I saw those flowers my excitement about the day came back to me. She did a wonderful job. We had our hearts set on an outdoor ceremony, but the forecast looked cold and rainy. She let us wait until about an hour before the ceremony time to officially make the call to have the ceremony indoors. Somehow, everything was prepared and perfect for us on time anyway. The most incredible part of this all is her professional demeanor in such a stressful time for us. I know we kept changing our minds about things, but she never showed a hint of frustration towards us which was greatly appreciated. Thanks Brandi!!

Our daughter and her fiancé moved to Boise in August 2018 and began to plan for a wedding that would take place in 2019. Realizing that she knew nothing about any Boise wedding venues and professionals, our daughter decided to hire a wedding planner. She interviewed a number of planners and chose Brandi because she was calm, friendly, and made the wedding process seem very doable. Brandi was able to recommend venues, dress shops, caterers, photographers, videographers, DJ’s, makeup artists, etc. She was highly responsive from start to finish and helped keep our daughter and her fiancé on track throughout the decision making process. Brandi was invaluable – especially when an unforeseen situation forced us to find a new venue within 9 days of the wedding! It was terrific how calmly and quickly she helped us resolve what could have been a total disaster. She also did all of the floral arrangements which were beautiful. Her guidance and event management on the day of the wedding was appreciated by everyone involved. Thank you Brandi. You made the experience easy and definitely added to our enjoyment. Brandi from Boise Events and her remarkable team were everything we needed for our company’s summer party for 180 people. Their creativity, and planning down to the tiny detail, made it the success that is was. Here is the amazing thing, seven days before the event we were informed that another high-profile event was going to happen, on the same day, at the same location. We were asked to prepare for that event as well. With much hesitation I informed Brandi about this new obligation, she did not flinch in the least, she just said; “ we will do what is needed to make it happen”. The perfect approach and attitude, – incredible! We will definitely keep them in mind for any future event.

Brandi is a complete scam! Do NOT trust her with your big wedding. She made promises she absolutely could not keep. We paid her 7,700 for all of her services which required we did flowers through her, along with her DJ. From the beginning she promised that my wedding would be nothing short of beautiful and it consisted of flowers that I could've put together on my own, along with a very expensive and minimal set of rentals from her. THREE DAYS before the wedding she told me she didn't think she was going to come and that she wanted to send her daughter. That is not a conversation to calm a bride. I requested that I have a HUGE bouquet that waterfalls over and on the wedding day, I couldn't tell my flowers apart from the bridesmaids. On the morning of the wedding, she was no where to be found, the groomsmen took pictures without their boutennires and the bridesmaids, almost without their bouquets. During the ceremony and reception, the DJs set kept breaking in and out- which she continues to blame on us and my pastor. It was such a rough day, and I was just falling apart. She also recommended that I do my hair through a lady, Sammie, that 1. Showed up late because she had booked another wedding ONTOP of mine, 2. Showed up without her full team (to complete 8 people's hair AND makeup) 3. Left us no choice but to curl our own hair and call another lady to finish us off. She charged us full price anyways and Brandi didn't get involved. Aside from the hair and makeup, Brandi did nothing to make my day calming: she could not accommodate our wedding of 260 people. She was literally running around so confused like it had been her first wedding. I was overall very disappointed and I wish there was some way to get my money back. If you do decide to go with her, demand that you pay half before the wedding and half after the wedding. Do not let yourself fall into the trap that we did.

Brandi was nothing short of amazing. We used Boise events for table/chair rental, linens, set-up, break-down, lighting, planning and day of coordination. We planned our Boise wedding from Virginia so having someone to handle all the small details was a huge relief. Brandi set up tasting with caterers for us and also connected us with our DJ and the person that did our cake. Brandi worked with us to make sure our vision happened the was we wanted it and Emily provided our day of coordination and helped us with rehearsal. Everything went off without a hitch and our wedding was absolutely perfect. Thank you Boise Events for taking some of the pressure off of me!

Very thankful to have had Brandi as our coordinator! She went above and beyond to make our day special. I had a vision for an outdoor wedding/reception at the end of September, but the weather took a turn for the worst about a week prior to the big event. Brandi worked hard to get a tent for the reception, and it turned out better than I could’ve ever hoped. She decorated it beautifully! All the guests kept complimenting on the decorations and how nice everything looked. She also did all the florals for the wedding. Centerpieces, ladder arbor, bouquets...everything. I was obsessed with my bridal bouquet and thought she hit it out of the park. I was absolutely blown away by it all and tried very hard to take it all in as much as I could. Not only was she amazing on the big day, she was also really pleasant to talk and meet with the months prior. Very organized and efficient. Handled the organization and communication with all the other vendors and the venue and kept everyone on schedule. I highly recommend Boise Events!

Brandi at Boise Events made our wedding dreamy perfect! My husband and I had a long engagement (21 months) and found Brandi at a bridal show shortly after we got engaged. We were so fortunate to have had her throughout the entire engagement. Boise Events provided full planning for us, flowers, set up, tear down and all. She went with the flow really well whenever I changed my mind about something in the planning process. Her knowledge and resources were priceless. She helped us with our budget down to the little details and we came in right on point. She and her crew made our wedding day stress-free and fun. The decorations and details were better than I could have imagined. I received several compliments about Brandi specifically from guests after the wedding who said they were impressed with her all around. I cannot recommend Boise Events enough!

Simply Amazing services!!! I dont know what I would have done without Brandi!! She kept me on track every step of the way and had me thinking of things I never wouldve on my own!!! Shes super kind, knowledgeable and professional. She gets things done!!!!! Its all in one with coordination, planning, rental and flowers which made it so easy rather than working with a million different vendors. She took reigns from the get go so I wouldnt be bothered by anything that came up with the vendors. At one moment I thought wait what about this or that I havent talked to the vendors...but then I remembered Brandi had my back and would take care of everything. Which she totally did. I felt that everything went perfectly day of!!! We were running a bit behind with hair n makeup but even then we just kept with it and everything was executed with perfection. She brought my dream to life and I know I couldnt have done it without her!!! And her team =))) prices were very reasonable and TOTALLY worth every penny. Cat even find the words to thank her enough!!!!!!!
