Moana Events helped planning our destination wedding in Oahu, Hawaii, and I can say confidently that choosing Moana Events was the best decision we've made throughout the whole process. We are based in New York, and Moana Events and I had worked over emails and phone calls over a year to plan our big day. We didn't meet the team in person until just three days before our wedding but still everything was perfectly prepared and we didn't feel nervous or feel the need to go visit Hawaii in person even once. We used Moana Events' full service, and I was truly amazed that they are so talented with the full spectrum of wedding planning. Not to mention designing a beautiful wedding day, they also helped us with literally EVERYTHING including designing our wedding invitation, coordinating travel plans, and planning a welcome cocktail event. Above many other things, what I liked most about Moana Events was that they are passionate about their work and they GENUINELY enjoy what they do. I think this is extremely important in wedding planning, especially when things can be overwhelming and stressful from time to time. Thank you so much again for all your work! We wouldn't have been able to do this without you ladies!

We got married at Kualoa Ranch in Oahu and it was the wedding of our dreams! I had a vision in my head and it came to life thanks to Moana Events. Living in Chicago I was worried about planning a destination wedding so far away. I really cared about planning all the little details that go into the decor and design. Morgan and her team have SUCH great taste and knew exactly what style I was going for. They care a lot about the small details and what the bride (and groom) want. From the first day I talked to Morgan on the phone I knew that I was in good hands. When I hear so many stories about how stressful planning a wedding could be I feel lucky that I had a team like Moana. It was so much fun planning my day with them. They created such a beautiful experience that I will cherish forever! On top of that they are sweet and kind people. I wish I could relive our wedding day 10000 more times. It was perfect :).

When my husband and I got engaged last year we knew we'd need an excellent wedding planning team. We were living on opposite coasts at the time and decided to have our wedding in Hawaii. We searched for the best and found it with Moana Events. They were flawless from the very beginning when we had our first consultation to post wedding day! They're very organized and have a great timeline strategy that always keeps us informed and requests for our next steps in the process. Our biggest confusion was vendors! How do we know who to hire for our wedding (ex: florist, makeup, band, etc.). Moana Events took care of all of that for us by first providing multiple options for each category that we could choose from based on our taste and style. That's certainly a strength about this team - they create a day for you that is YOURS. They want to have the environment fit the type of atmosphere you want to have. If you're wondering about quality, don't worry about that with Moana Events. They are top-notch when it comes to choosing decor, where pretty much everything they place before you exudes elegance and a very sophisticated and high-end wedding. When it came to the wedding day I was at TOTAL ease. They took care of everything for us and everything went on time. I felt like I had my own personal assistants at the wedding that made me feel like a queen; and the guests noticed because they can see the team walking around with professional headsets. I had a guest mention to me that they felt like they were at a celebrity wedding. At the end of the when night it was all said and done, I could not be happier with our wedding team. They cleaned up the venue and gathered everything that would be sentimental to us from the day and placed it in a box (ex: our dinner menus, table numbers, gift envelopes, etc.). Don't think twice when it comes to Moana Events. When I mentioned to a few people that they were coordinating our wedding they always said "you hired the best." It was not a lie ;-)

My husband and I both have demanding careers and couldn't devote the time necessary to plan a wedding -- or frankly even the time necessary to manage a wedding planner! We were so relieved when we found Moana Events. We completely turned over the keys to them and they made our vision and more come to life. They were on top of every tiny detail, made it so easy for me to provide feedback, and went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable with how everything was progressing. I can honestly say that we had ZERO stress planning our wedding. I think I'm the only bride on earth to be able to say that and it is 100% due to Morgan and her team. Morgan kept within budget and made sure we got the most for what we were spending. Our wedding far exceed all of my expectations. The night was truly magical! Beyond their exceptional wedding planning skills, the women at Moana Events are special people. Morgan is a bright light of happiness and warmth. She's a TON of fun, but also gets down to business and makes sure everything is perfect. I had full faith that no matter what happened, she could handle it. Knowing that she had everything under control let me be carefree to whole wedding weekend. I didn't have to worry about a thing. It was such a gift. I look back on the planning period and the wedding with nothing but positive feelings and blissful memories! My advice to any bride considering hiring Moana Events is this: absolutely go for it, you will not regret it! It was worth every single penny and more. After the whole experience, I felt like they should really charge double for their services. Also, I can't forget to mention Morgan's eye for design. She has impeccable taste and quickly understood who I was and how to express that with decor, colors, & flowers. You will also have the pleasure of working with Jennifer & Kayleigh -- these are two lovely, talented, warm women. I will never forget how special they made this day for me!

We had an amazing wedding on Kauai last year, and everyone who was involved with our wedding planning or attended the wedding absolutely loved Moana Events Team. Not only Moana has the best tastes, they're so sweet and caring and dedicated to support brides (and grooms) for our big days. We started the planning little early so got to work with the team for over 1 year and the process was so enjoyable, creative and detailed oriented. Morgan nicely agreed to get on regular calls to check in even with 18 hours time difference back then, and Jennifer and Kayleigh were always quick and thorough on remote communications. (Wish we could have done more in-person meetings as it'd been so much fun!) It was very important for us to establish an original look and style at the wedding with good music and food that our guests can remember of, and we were very happy we had a successful once in a lifetime event thanks to Moana Team!
