Great Experience! Kalona and her team members are very friendly and highly professional. My wife and I were initially looking to have our wedding ceremony take place at Waikiki, but Kalona suggested another beach nearby which is much more beautiful and ideal for hosting a wedding ceremony. Big thumbs up to Kalona and her team to make our wedding so memorable.

Kalona was nothing but amazing to work with. We thought organising a wedding in Hawaii from Australia would be tough, but Kalona made the whole process as easy as can be! She was very responsive to every email and question we had and kept us updated with everything she was doing. We trusted her to choose our photographer, caterer, hair and makeup artists, bar staff and other vendors and she did an amazing job. Our wedding was held at Loulu Palm Farm Estate and everything was perfect - there wasn’t a single issue and all of our guests were extremely impressed with everything including the venue, food, Polynesian fire show to the staff. They all loved Kalona! She was there every step of the way to make sure everything ran smoothly and we can’t thank her enough for making our special day perfect! Thanks again Kalona - it truly was a day that we will never forget!

Kalona and her team worked wonders for our destination wedding. Planning a wedding from over 2000K miles away is not easy, but Kalona made it effortless. We contacted a few other wedding planners/officiants on the island but after speaking with Kalona, we felt she knew exactly what I had in mind. From there, she took care of everything. She was prompt with her responses and all communications were clear. Our guests loved the Hawaiian ceremony and the beach location was beautiful. I'm not one to write a lot of reviews. I'm writing this one because getting married is kind of a big deal and choosing the right people to coordinate such a momentous occasion can be a difficult decision—especially from 2,400 miles away. My (now) wife and I were looking for something simple and intimate. Kalona was the perfect choice for us. Most of our correspondence before the wedding was through email and Kalona was always quick to respond to our queries and concerns. Once on the island we met in person and went through a quick rehearsal at our chosen site. That was when we knew we had made the right decision. Whatever stresses we felt were immediately alleviated by Kalona's warm and personable demeanor. We could also see that she is passionate about what she does. When the day of our wedding arrived we felt comfortable putting our trust in Kalona's hands and following her guidance. She took every measure possible to ensure our ceremony was tailored just for us. We chose Stephen as our photographer. He spent a lot of time with us before, during, and after the ceremony shooting photos. Stephen, like Kalona, was a pleasure to work with. I generally don't like getting my picture taken, but he made it easy and natural. Plus, he was receptive to all of our photo suggestions. We are so happy we chose A Rainbow in Paradise!
