Kellie helped us have the wedding of our dreams! She was able to book at the venue we really wanted, whereas other wedding planners couldn't (this venue apparently only works with a select few planners because of issues in the past). She was very responsive and up front about the wedding planning process, and made it so easy to plan a destination wedding. I would highly recommend her to anyone who is planning a wedding in Maui!

Since we live in Oregon, our main source of communication was via e-mail and phone. She replied promptly, no longer than 24 hours. She's been in the business for some time so she definitely knows what she is doing. My family and friends really enjoyed themselves. As the mother of the bride, I handled a great deal of the details regarding my daughter's wedding. With so many expenses associated with a destination wedding I wanted to find areas to "cut back." I did not decide to hire a wedding planner until very late in the process and I could not imagine trying to get through the wedding day without having Kelly Miller. She went above and beyond as our Day of, Wedding Day Coordinator. She thought of everything and made the big day a complete success! Today marks exactly a year since our daughters wedding in Maui at St. John’s church on a hilltop in Kula, HI. I wished I hadn’t waited so long to write this review, as it was always in my thoughts to write it. Time got away from me, but I remember like it was yesterday because it was the most beautiful day ever. This day would not have been so wonderful & successful without Kelly! There is no doubt about it. I get emotional just thinking about it and how her guidance & help made it all that we dreamed it would be. Planning a destination wedding can be challenging, but with her help it was very smooth planning. A Perfect Paradise wedding was nothing short of Perfect. They truly lived up to their name! Neither me or my wife had ever been to Hawaii before. The thought of getting married their seemed impossible. Once we found Kelly from Perfect Paradise Wedding the process was absolutely flawless!!! I originally contacted her just to find out if having our wedding in Hawaii would be feasible for our budget. I can't say enough positive things about my experience with Kelly. Being a corporate event planner, i knew i didnt want a full planner, but was required to have a day of coordinator by the venue. As i researched, i could tell Kelly had a lot of experience with all types of weddings, and at my venue so i chose her. From the beginning, she was always available to answer any questions i had, silly or not (sometimes about things i couldnt recall from my site visit as this was a destination wedding for us) and had suggestions when i was stumped on certain decisions, and was also very responsive which was important to me. I knew that if she was this good before the day itself, i knew the day of would be a breeze. Sure enough, on our wedding day, Kelly managed all of the vendors seamlessly. She listened and executed a lot of my details and certain preferences, and kept on schedule. She was the perfect amount of firm and sweet, and i appreciated that. If she could make me, a control freak, relinquish all control on my day and just enjoy, she can certainly handle any bride. Thank you Kelly for going above and beyond for Ben and I. :)

I am usually really bad at reviews, but our coordinator was such a badass, that I felt like I needed to give her the props she deserves. I luckily found Kelly after getting engaged in Maui and it was worth every penny! We were engaged for about a year and a half and Kelly was prompt and available every step of the way. She is extremely helpful and knowledgeable in her field, and had endless amounts of advice regarding DJs, hair and make up artists, and catering companies. She gave her honest opinion when asked and did not try to gouge you for every penny. She even went above and beyond to help me find a place to hold our rehearsal dinner, since we are not from the island and didn't know our way around. Honestly, I was slightly nervous about how everything would turn out since we were planning our wedding from California. Our wedding went above and beyond all of my expectations. She kept us on schedule, managed every aspect of the day, and made sure we had plenty of time to dance and enjoy our guests. I cannot say enough how grateful we are to have hired Kelly and Perfect Paradise Wedding. Our special day would not have been the same without them!

I was recommended by a friend of my mother-in-law and I'm so glad I chose Kelly! She was really very diligent and on top of everything. Planning a wedding from the mainland was tough because I couldn't be there to see venues or taste test. She made everything leading up to the day really easy. She had awesome ideas too about the timelines and events! Her vendors are also great, I was so so happy with the photographer she suggested. Kelly is a trooper! She did not let a rain squall passing over the island keep her from setting up at the beach as planned. Kelly made planning a destination wedding so easy! Even with the 5 hour time difference from Maui to Kansas City, Kelly was prompt with her responses and she got tasks handled quickly. We had lots of questions and concerns but she was able to address them all and put us at ease with her professional insight. She has dozens of venues and a lot of other wedding connections and recommendations in her arsenal as well! (restaurants, florists, officiants, etc.) Once we got to Maui, she handled everything! All we had to do was show up! Kelly and her team did a wonderful job decorating our venue and reception dinner, everything was beautiful and exactly what I had envisioned. We had one of those moments on our wedding day... it started to rain torrentially when we were on our way to the venue and Kelly made exactly the right call to still set up outside because the rain would likely pass, and it did!
