Jeff and Fuji exceeded all of our expectations on our special day. Jeff provided excellent communication during the planning process all the way through to the end of the ceremony. The photography was top notch and the hand made flower arrangements by Fuji were very beautiful. This was a small immediate family ceremony and Jeff made each and everyone feel special, he even delivered the photos on a thumb drive to our resort the very next day. What an incredible experience....TWICE! Back in 2000 after reviewing a half a dozen ads for vow renewal services I decided Jeff's company " A Happy Maui Wedding" offered the type of vow renewal service, on the beach-(Baby Beach in Maui was right down a path from the house that we were renting). Jeff provided each of us with a beautiful flower leis following the service. We had taken a family vacay and met there to celebrate my sister's 50th birthday and also their 25th wedding anniversary. We didn't know what to expect and we were all delighted by the ceremony. Jeff made the occasion feel very personal which made us feel all the more special! We planned a Morning event based on Jeff's guidance-that side of the island was stunning and worked well for pictures at that time of day so we took his advice. I didn't realize that Jeff was also willing after the ceremony to help us get some fun,wedding photo poses w/ Pacific Blue Ocean and beach and no shadows as the reflection of the sun didn't interfere-just as Jeff had predicted. He took several pics for us as a courtesy. I need to mention how valuable Jeff's providing the information on how this would all work made me feel at ease. After all, I was planning all this weeks ahead of our visit. My husband and I had never been to Hawaii. I'm directionally challenged so I didn't understand how it would all come together. I did all the preplanning with Jeff (long distance) and then gave the event to my sister as a Birthday gift. Those of you that have been lucky enough to visit our 50th state know that it's very costly so to be able to go let alone have something this special that was the really reasonably priced ---was like icing on the wedding cake! (BTW-I did pre-order a small special cake in nearby Lahaina where we went for breakfast following our ceremony. Read on for PART TWO!!! My son and his wife recently had the pleasure of being awarded a beautiful vacation on the island of Maui by their employer. Quickly a flurry of planning was initiated so they could go. They have two young boys that had to be cared for, along with a dog, and a goldfish. All of this happened towards the end of the boys Little League baseball season and the beginning of the championship tournament Thankfully, my daughter-in-law is an incredibly organized person or they never would've pulled it off. My husband and I kept one of the boys and their other Nana and GPa kept the other. I asked her if they were going to renew their wedding vows. I reminded her that we had really enjoyed doing that the first time we went to Hawaii and specifically to Maui. She said she really hadn't thought about it, such a rush of getting everything situated. She didn't think Jer would be that interested in having that kind of event anyway so we dropped it. She must have mentioned to our son it as Friday night I received a text from him asking how I had arranged our vow renewal back in 2000 how many accomplished it Once I was able to determine the small windows of availability, I advised I would research and let him know. I asked if Suzanne was aware of all this. He said no that he wanted it to be a surprise. (AWEsome) After checking out Jeff's website and all the new information and services he now offered I reached out to him. By this time it was Saturday evening Central daylight savings time. One of his companies taglines is "Making the Impossible Possible". Jeff is just as customer service oriented as he was seven years ago. Well let me tell you, Jeff doesn't let any grass grow under his feet. He and my son met Monday afternoon. He and Jeff had worked out a plan so that right up until the moment that he knelt down and There are lots of choices on Maui these day. We highly recommend Jeff, Minister of Peace. I couldn't be more pleased with Jeff as a business person and human. My trip to Maui was somewhat last minute and Jeff accommodated me on short notice for a wedding renewal. The ceremony was beautiful and Jeff's personal touch was fun and special. I mentioned to Jeff that my wife has a floral business on the side and he surprised us with a beautiful wedding bouquet for my wife that his wife made. I'm also glad we added the ukulele which really made it authentic and Sean the ukulele player was equally as charming as Jeff. We had the best wedding experience ever. The hardiest part was deciding from all the options. Jeff made everything so easy when we booked and he had suggestions for everything. He even gave us referrals for car service. We got more flowers than what even came with our package. His wife is super sweet and helps with every brides fears. We got married at Ironwood beach it was beautiful. We watched weddings while we were here on the beach at the big resorts. It's loud, you have the entire beach crowd playing yelling and people walking around everywhere without a care in the world that you got photos and making memories on your day. Was the best ceremony and we did our dance on the beach sand to the sun set. Can wait to renew our vows it the exact same spot

We had our wedding on 14 November 2013 arranged by A Happy Maui Wedding. Having never been to Hawaii and living abroad, we found A Happy Maui Wedding through the Internet search. After reading other people's comments, looking at the posted pictures and the price list (which is a very good value for money), we decided to get in touch. We discussed all the details with Jeff Bond in advance by emails (Jeff is very quick at replying) and on the Day everything was absolutely perfect and according to the plan. We had a sunrise ceremony on the Ironwoods beach, as suggested by Jeff, who also arranged a pick up and transfers for us. Jeff and his lovely assistant and wife met us at the place with a beautifully arranged bouquet, leis and hair flowers. We had a small (4people) ceremony, and Jeff made us feel very special and the important words he was saying were coming from the bottom of his heart. Our mother-in-law could not keep her tears away. After the ceremony we had a photo session and again Jeff was navigating us to get the best shots. He even delivered 2 discs with pictures to our hotel a couple of hours later! And they turned out to be fantastic as well. All in all, we had the most wonderful day of our lives and we can't recommend A Happy Maui Wedding more! Natasha & Jonathan, United Kingdom

We originally used them in 2009 for our wedding and everything was perfect from the flowers to the ceremony, the level of detail is awesome. They hand picked all of the flowers and the pictures that we got were great! In fact we liked them so much that we just used them a 2nd time for our 10 year wedding anniversary and Jeff helped me pull off a surprise vow renewal at an amazing beach up by Kapalua. My husband and I decided to do a small destination wedding with just a little over 2 months to plan the entire event. After doing some research, I came across A Happy Maui Wedding, and I am so glad I did. Our wedding was so perfect! Jeff and his wife Fuji were absolutely wonderful! They are the sweetest couple, and made us feel comfortable and at ease right from the start. Any time I had any questions leading up to the event, I gave Jeff a call, and he was so responsive. If he did not answer my call right then and there, he was returning it within 5 minutes. He set up the entire wedding ceremony, obtained the beach permit, and even set up our marriage license appointment. The morning of our outdoor beach wedding it was raining. My husband and mother-in-law were beside themselves stressed out about the rain. Jeff called us to let us know it was raining on the beach where we had planned to get married, and told us he had arranged for a back up beach just in case. He and his wife drove to the condo where we were staying, waited for all of our family members to gather together (as some were already by the original beach), and then he led the way to the new destination, with our families in tow. When we arrived, it was a beautiful sunny day, and the rain had not even touched that part of the island! Our entire wedding was a completely rain-free gorgeous morning! My husband and I were so impressed, and thankful for Jeff’s attention to detail, and ensuring that we had a rain-free wedding day. Fuji made the most gorgeous flower accessories for our special day, and the vows that Jeff had us repeat were so beautiful and moving. I actually would love to have a copy of them framed and put on a wall in our home, so I will have to ask him about that. =) We also had them do our wedding pictures; the quality was high resolution, and really captured the beauty of our day. Jeff made sure he had our pictures ready, and hand delivered them on a disc (along with a back up disc) before we left the island. I cannot express enough how much we loved Jeff and Fuji being part of our special day. We want to go back to Maui for one of our big anniversaries so they can do a vow renewal for us.
