Hiring SHE was instrumental to the success of planning and executing my wedding! Ariel was phenomenal and was very accommodating to me when I kept adding/changing details of my timeline. She was quick to respond, came to all of my appointments that I needed her at, and was very helpful with corresponding with vendors, setting up/bringing down decor at my venue, checking on me to see if I needed anything to drink, eat, etc. throughout the night, and made sure the bridal party was ready and in their assigned places when needed. Her assistant Chelsea was very professional and helped assist where needed and for that, I couldn't be more grateful with SHE, Ariel and Chelsea. They were very reasonable in price for their services - would highly recommend them to help your wedding day go smoothly!

As a bride planning a wedding in a city I did not live in, I was so overwhelmed when I contacted Stella Harper Events. Emily immediately eased my worries after our first phone call and had me in contact with all my vendors within the first week of our meeting. Emily spent many a late- night, after -work phone calls with use to make sure we had the perfect day. She listened to our requests and found vendors that shared in our vision for our wedding day. She answered countless emails when things or ideas or changes would just "pop into my head." When our wedding day came, Emily had organized everything so wonderfully and the day was absolutely perfect! Once we had Emily on board to help us navigate the ins and outs of planning wedding, things went A LOT smoother! We had the pleasure of working with Emily as our SHE coordinator. My (then) fiance put it best after meeting her in person "Wow, I'm so glad we have her guiding this process, best money we spent on the entire wedding!!!". With Emily, during planning we avoided issues we hadn't even thought of, were referred to the most stellar vendors (our absolutely wonderful caterer and the dj for example), and then could enjoy the month leading up to the wedding and the day itself without the absolute certain stress it would have been without her. I can't recommend SHE enough for other couples planning their team! Our wedding day itself would have been so stresfull for me as the bride if Emily hadn't been at the helm, and her help up until that day was priceless. Coordinating duties aside, Emily is a pleasure to interact with. I appreciated her thoughtful assessment of our budget when chosing how we'd partner and what vendors she recommended. Finally, my sister in law also used the SHE team (including Erin) for her wedding and had equally glowing things to say about the entire experience.

They don't even haggle with you if your wedding budget is say $6,000. It's all about getting that money from you. They say they work with budgets but I guess your wedding budget needs to be $10,000 +++ hopes this helps others before they receive an email saying your budget isn't feasible for them.

SHE was amazing from start to finish! Many people said it was the best wedding they've been to in a long time! Emily was professional and although we hired her as a Day-Of-Coordinator, we never felt alone. The online portal was great to keep us on schedule and she answered our questions about potential vendors. On our wedding day, her assistant was so sweet and great! It was very hot (we married in July...in Atlanta!) and this sweet lady followed us around while we took pictures to make sure everything was ok. She even made sure to have water bottles ready! I wouldn't have trusted anyone else to help us and I'm seriously type A! They're awesome!

Emily is incredibly attentive, organized, and thoughtful; she took the time to understand our vision for the day and just made it happen. Her suggestions were spot on and we never would have had such a perfect day for our guests without her insights and hard work. Even with a last minute thunderstorm looming the day of our outdoor ceremony, I knew I could trust Emily to come through for us with the right back-up plan and she totally did. Emily kept us on a perfect timetable and managed a list of endless to-do, all while setting me at ease any time I got anxious and always making me laugh. This spring Emily took the reigns and successfully coordinated our daughter and new son in law’s “dream” day! Because we live a fairly long distance out of the area and the wedding couple also lived about an hour away from the wedding venue it was critical that we have a liaison in place to keep us on track, organized, and on budget! Emily and her fantastic team at SHE were the glue that held the day together and helped make it possible for my husband and I to give our only daughter the wedding of her dreams with very little stress! Early on we interviewed several potential wedding coordinators and after meeting Emily we knew she was the ONE for us- she even explained in our first phone call how her pricing schedule worked and when I admitted that I really wasn’t sure where our budget was since we had no idea what to expect she guided us with information and tips. Emily even offered to connect us with any number of business colleagues who worked with creative needs if we eventually decided we wanted to tighten things up and only go with partial coordination rather that the full service offered by SHE. We knew Emily and SHE was the professional service for us then- no hidden financial surprises, no add on services that we weren’t prepared for... it was perfect!

My now-wife and I used Stella Harper Events to help plan our big day and all I can say is we had a fantastic experience working with Emily and her team. Her involvement in the lead-up and day-of was invaluable, including helping us with booking caterers, DJs, and event rentals, not to mention helping us manage our relationship with our wedding venue (they were great, but had a ton of rules, some of which were contradictory). Emily was an absolute pro, and was a huge help in identifying the "unknown unknowns," in our planning. I sat down with Emily and showed her a few pictures of wedding ideas I found off pinterest and she was able to create my dream wedding just based off that. We had a rather long engagement and it was almost like Emily became a part of our family. She was always available whenever I needed her and was sure to check in on me and make sure I didn't have any questions or concerns. She was extremely responsive at all hours and was always able to work with us and our busy schedule. She has the best personality and is an absolute joy to work with and be around. Our wedding was a few weeks ago and we are still receiving compliments about how great it was. A few people said they wished they could redo their wedding to make it more like ours! Everything turned out better than I could have ever imagined. Emily and her team are an absolute dream.

From our very first conversation with Emily at SHE, we knew that we had to hire her for our rehearsal & wedding day package, she was PERFECT! Our personalities are very similar (both A-types), so it was wonderful to work with someone who understood exactly the vision that we had, and kept our day running smoothly without any snags whatsoever. Planning a wedding from scratch can be pretty stressful, and she helped keep us in check by making sure that we had nothing to worry about on our big day. It ended up being one of the most amazing days of our lives, we had such a blast! If I could go back in time and change anything about our wedding planning experience, it would've been to book Emily at SHE for her complete package services from the very beginning of the planning process, as opposed to just going with the rehearsal & wedding day package. SHE is an absolute necessity when you get married. They kept my mom and my sister totally sane through my sister's wedding planning experience so it was a given I also used SHE for my wedding. Emily keeps you sane throughout the whole process and RUNS it and on the day of. Emily and Erin went to the end of the earth to make sure everything goes of without a hitch. There is a back up plan for back up plans. On the day of my wedding the place cards went missing. Erin drove all over Atlanta and FOUND THEM in my hotel room. Obviously bride brain becomes a little dysfunctional with all of the excitement and chaos :). They were ready to totally rewrite the seating chart on a chalk board if the place cards were no where to be found but alas Erin saved the day. They are totally affordable and worth their weight in gold. I would work with them again in a heartbeat and would recommend to anyone I know getting married. THANK YOU LADIES FOR EVERYTHING!

We were interviewing several wedding planners at the time when we met Emily. After we met her, my fiance and I knew she was the only option. I was worried about being able to trust someone else to pull off the vision I had for my wedding, but Emily knew what I wanted better than I did and, without Emily and SHE, our wedding would not have happened.
