Mrs. Resia and her team made wedding planning so wonderfully easy, especially as an out of state bride. Easy to get in touch with, and very helpful with suggestions. Her team helped make my wedding run incredibly smoothly, and I'm very thankful for their expertise and professionalism. She was my caterer, florist, and also provided the decor and wedding cake, and every single aspect was picture-perfect. One insider tip? Try their key lime cupcakes.... They are life changing.

Unprofessional, untrustworthy, confusing, and just plain rude! NOT A FAKE REVIEW. SEE PICTURE OF CONTRACT ATTACHED. My experience with RLM Affairs in Oakwood, Georgia was a nightmare that I would never wish on any bride! The service and treatment I received from Resia with RLM Affairs was horrific and caused me and my family extreme stress and anxiety before, during, and after the happiest day of my life. Listed below is a brief summary of the service I received: The set up - they did not set up everything as it was listed in the contract and reviewed over and over again with them. Nor did they supply all the decor outlined in the contract. -Missing items – did not supply all items listed in our contract and paid extra to have. Some items include: mothers wristlets, groomsmen boutonniere and natural flowers, tied ribbon on tables and “No seat chart” sign. -Took items with them when they left – third bouquet and a few signs that I brought. -Did not clean up, even though it is in the contract. -Communication – it was hard to get in touch through multiple emails and phone calls. When we did get in touch it felt very rushed and more confusing than when the conversation started. -Never received designer -Being rude and causing unnecessary stress to guest, bride, and bridal party. Pulled tablecloth out from under guest with no words during reception, did not put label on adult cocktail when asked to and was told to just tell everyone themselves, contacted bride night before wedding that they were not going to set up tables, rudely rushed bride and groom to cut cake an hour early, verbally attacked mother of bride moments before ceremony stating that they did not have the mothers wristlets even though I paid extra to have them, took down ceremony décor moments after ceremony and before pictures were taken then proceeded to blamed the photographers, talking loudly in front of guests about mother of the bride not paying for mother wristlets even though we have a statement from them, and Friday before wedding, after stating we could bring items over early that they were responsible for putting out, she acted as if she had no idea we were bringing them and proceeded to argue with us, called us liars and told the bride that “nothing was perfect” and when the bride stated we would just bring the items ourselves she stated that “it seemed to be stressing me out, so they would just take care of it”. Honestly, I am still in shock and disbelief of the treatment I received. It was clearly unacceptable, and I had no other choice but to request half my money back for items not received, services not performed, overall performance, and causing unnecessary stress and displeasure. But after several attempts (emails, certified letter) to contact them and a complaint with BBB, they have chosen to simply ignored me and have made no attempt to make things right. No explanation and no apology!

It’s been almost a year since my wedding and I’m thinking back to the event. This company is has good and bad aspects. PROs: They have been around a long time. Lovely floral arrangements and bouquets. Yummy cupcakes. CONs: Poor communication. Tried contacting them on several occasions over several months. Saved all my emails and notes from my attempts. They tried to charge me extra fees at the last minute. I desperately wanted to go over my menu in advance and they said 10 days out was “too early.” Food was disappointing...we didn’t get what was described in our package or of the quality we had at our tasting. They forgot at least one boutonnière. Everything turned out okay but it was extremely stressful, especially less than two weeks before my wedding when I hadn’t heard from them and began really worrying. When I voiced my concerns, the owner was condescending. I would not recommend them because of their poor communication and attitude. Again, the floral and cupcakes were good. Everything else was not.

Most Beautil Flowers I have ever seen! Your bouquet is a big deal right, but who wants to pay an arm and a leg.. Well, this was my struggle as it is every brides with a budget. I wanted real flowers, rare flowers, with color and a drooping bouquet, but oh also I had to have my 7 bridesmaids with similar bouquets and then the my wife with an elegant yet simple flower on her boutonniere, PLUS a package deal for everything I was needing. This was almost impossible before meetig Resia from RLM Affairs She welcomed a meet and greet and we had a great conversation. She explained all about flowers and why the prices are what they are and how they do their process, so we wouldn't be out of the loop one bit. I am a detailed woman, so after this first meet, we booked her immediately. Resia was beyond helpful and professional. She was right on track with her contract and delivery was a success. The value of the flowers, are beyond what we paid for. Resia really took care of us and kept her word through the entire process. I had so many compliments on my bouquet as well as my girls did. She and her team went above and beyond for us and I thank you for that! You won't regret Resia for one second with her professionalism.

This summer two daughters were married. RLM Estate Room & Gardens hosted a reception for the first, and the ceremony and reception for the second. They were unknown to us when we first began our search, but from the first interview to discuss services, pricing and dates, Resia's passion for her work was obvious. Our experiences were nothing short of fabulous. We originally planned to interview multiple providers, but after meeting Resia my daughter said “I really don’t need to talk with anyone else – let’s do it here.” The second daughter approached her search from the perspective of “anywhere other than RLM Affairs,” but after visiting a dozen alternatives she concluded RLM Affairs offered the most unique experience. Both events “wowed” guests, and compliments ranged from “what a neat place” to “the food was fabulous”. Resia and staff go out of their way to ensure a great experience. Minutes after arriving, they picked me out of a crowd of 100 guests and sent servers with hors de oeuvres to ensure I got something to eat. Resia asked what I would be drinking and brought me a cocktail. Three months later at the second event, she remembered what I drank and had a special bottle set aside without me even asking. They protect the married couple, making sure they have time to eat and moments alone. We used food stations and when Resia saw guests showing a preference for traditional seating instead of the stand-up conversation tables we planned, she quickly had staff add additional seating without being asked. Throughout the process, everyone at RLM was extremely professional and polite. They are dedicated to seeing that everyone has a good time and that they exceed expectations. In conclusion, I’d have no problem recommending RLM Affairs or using them again. Truly a great experience.

Had our wedding here and the amount of detail they add is spectacular. We imagined only having about 80 people at our wedding ended up with over 100! They were so great with making everything work out! I couldn't have chosen a better reception location. Food was great, flowers were beautiful and all staff were nothing less than amazing! Can't recommend this venue enough!!!

We used RLM Affairs for our anniversary party. Every detail was perfect! Our guests could not stop complementing the food. My favorite was the decor they followed my wishes to a tee!! Beautiful roses everywhere. Highly recommend you can relax and enjoy your event with them.

Recently I had the pleasure of ordaining a wedding ceremony at RLM affairs. The venue atmosphere was relaxing with it beautiful garden, sitting areas and reception hall. There are several outdoor church pews which added to the sentiment of the wedding. Risa was very friendly and helpful. I was impressed with her calm nature and her multitasking abilities. Resia and the folks at RLM Affairs did a wonderful job catering and decorating our wedding. The floral design for the table centerpieces, bouquets, and boutonnières turned out just how we wanted them. Resia was very receptive to our ideas and offered suggestions that helped bring everything together. The catering menu is large enough to satisfy many different preferences. The BBQ meal that we selected was delicious and no one went away hungry. The table linens were beautiful and I can't think of anything to complain about. We do have one constructive criticism which is it would be fantastic if payments could be made online through the RLM website. Other than that, we highly recommend RLM Affairs.

Better than perfect!! So thankful to have had such a beautiful venue for our big day! We used RLM Estate Room & gardens for our ceremony and reception and absolutely LOVED how everything turned out. We had about 100 people and there was plenty of room for everyone to feel comfortable, yet we still filled the space so it didn't look or feel empty. There is so much natural light that comes through all of the windows, which was perfect for pictures. The Windows in side are perfect. We also used the outside ceremony space the beautiful backdrop at the altar and the fairy string lights hung in the trees was GORGEOUS - we had so many people comment on how beautiful it was! We hired our venue coordinator, Resia, as well for day-of coordination. That was by far the best decision we made in the planning process. She took so much stress off my shoulders, was so unbelievably sweet and patient, and totally made the vision we had for our day come to life. We can't say thank you enough! There is so much more to say about the amazing qualities of the venue but overall we would rate it 6/5 stars! Definitely recommend!

Resia was always very understanding and helpful! Tables turned out beautiful for our reception. Working with Abigail proved to be frustrating as I had to reiterate information that was already on my portal and had already been confirmed. I was not happy with what happened during dinner; green beans were still half frozen and I had chosen (and tried at my tasting) garlic smashed potatoes, but at my wedding we were all served whipped potatoes without any idea that was changed. Also, Babycakes will only give you a vanilla cake with buttercream frosting and you will not be able to try it at your tasting. During dinner, they served everyone one SINGLE chicken tender (rosemary balsamic chicken) for dinner. Lastly, we ended up having to decorate for almost our whole wedding as the communication was so poor with Abigail for the 7 months prior to the wedding. All in all, the stress and lack of communication is the reason for the three stars.
