Who would have thought it would snow this early in December and the day before our Engagement party of 55! Panic had set in! However, as soon as I call Elegant Event Staffing to find out our options, they were already ready to provide us with our staffing needs. Our original bartender and server were snowed in but within an hour, Elle had a couple team ready to serve. Paul and Hal Fine were absolutely perfect everything! They were the perfect amount of experience, professionalism, patience, personality, job initiative, warm to everyone and multi-tasked their job with ease. Dishes, food and drinks were handled as if the party was at their own restaurant. They will be our "GO TO" people as we set on our wedding journey.

We rented a 100 percent DIY venue. I met some of the Elegant Event Staffing team at a bridal expo downtown Atlanta. The setup was memorable "elegant" and professional. I loved the infused water. So when I found out I would need setup and design assistance at my venue they were the first persons I contacted. Unfortunately I didn't get to meet them formally but when I walked into my wedding, it was beautiful. I think I saw LaToya and Jason with my Coordination team and if they were everyone was all smiles. They also assisted in flipping the room, had an hour to do it and it was even more beautiful than I envisioned. I spoke to my Wedding Day Coordinator to get a review and she said they couldn't have gotten it all done without Jason and LaToya! So THANK YOU so much for your assistance. I will definitely use EES again!! Not only for all they offer but the price was right as well!

We celebrated our 20th wedding anniversary, which was a beautiful and joyful night. The staff made it easy for me to enjoy my guests and not stress! They were effective and professional . They cleaned up and served my guests dinner buffet style, they also did my cake cutting and serving.They were prompt and affordable. I will definitely use them again.

Elle was a pleasure to work with throughout the entire process! I hired Elle for event assistance during a three day conference in Atlanta. We had three separate evening events at different locations and Elle helped with all of them. Before the event, she was curious, detailed and very responsive. During the event she was a quick learner, ready to help where ever needed and was always proactive about what came next. The Elegant Event Staff went above and beyond to make our daughter's engagement party a success! Elle, Yeme, and Shanna arrived fully prepared and knew exactly what to do. Even given the short preparation time we had, they made sure we were ready when our guests arrived. During the event they passed hors d'oeuvres, ensured the buffet food was plenty, filled the glasses of our guests, and retrieved all used dinnerware and glassware. They seamlessly kept the event moving without us having to ask. At the end of the evening, the dinnerware and glasses I had rented were rinsed and ready for return. They pitched in to clean and pack everything up as we needed to vacate the event space shortly after it ended. Their professionalism exceeded the standards that we wanted for our special event. We know the future bride and groom were thrilled with how it went, and we had many compliments from our guests. Elle, Yeme, and Shanna were very nice, pleasant and easy to work with. Their service was invaluable, and I highly recommend them. I will not hesitate to hire them again for our next event!

We used 2 Elegant Event servers (sisters) on Thanksgiving as we hosted a crowd of 24 and really didn't want to worry about cleanup. I would hire them again in a second! It made our day much more relaxing. The servers passed around the food at the dinner table, replenished certain dishes and then spent over 2 hours cleaning up. They were very pleasant and definitely experienced in working events. Highly recommend Elegant Event Staffing.
