The facilities were spotless all day despite two different conferences taking place. Walking around, I had the sense that I had been transplanted back to the Renaissance. I imagine it would be a lovely place for a formal event.

this place is horrible, the building is falling apart and the hallways look like a scene out of the shining very creepy, i heard from one of the staff that the owner is a tyrant that cuts corners and cooks the books, i heard a guest refer to the food as tasting like dog food and being dramatically overpriced it's all smoke and mirrors i would never waste any of my hard earned money at this venue rather find one with a better location and not hidden amongst a funeral home and a bunch of warehouses i dont want my family,friends&guests #cateredtodeath.....

I was here to photograph a Sweet 16 and was very impressed with how accommodating the staff is, everything I asked for was quickly responded to. The room was perfectly set to meet the clients expectations, and although the lighting was not optimal for video is was the exact color the client asked for. The food was exceptionally good, well presented and not too salty. I will recommend this venue to my clients, family and friends.

The only good thing this place has going for it is plenty of parking. The walls between the ballrooms are so thin, the DJ or band is in direct competition with the room we were performing in. Everything is so 1990s here I don't know how they stay booked with private parties. Must be inexpensive to rent

Grand venue for special events. Several ballrooms of varying sizes to accommodate guests each beautifully decorated. Excellent for pictures. There are also large dressing rooms for the bride and party and a smaller one for the groom and party. I attended my brother's wedding and reception in mid July. A wonderful event!

The Signature Grand is great for any large scale event or occasion. Convenient location in Davie Florida just minutes from the airport and the beaches. We go there every year for Joe DiMaggio's arts and crafts day for the special needs community. A very special event that's close to our hearts with tons of vendors with important information for the special needs community. Plenty of entertainment and Fun For All.

I was there for my Pastor Birthday and Appreciation Anniversary. I played $45.00 in advance for my dinner. The "food" was terrible. Dry as a dry mouth. I had Salmon which was very, very, very dry. The chicken was also very, very, very. Lord have mercy. What I ate for $45.00 a tiny salad, mashed potatoes was good and chocolate cake. After I left there I had to go out to buy dinner. Never again.

Extremely beautiful great for weddings and all kinds of stuff expensive-looking decor carpets even the front desk like a hotel massive awning you can drive under when dropping off and picking up passengers like a luxury hotel. The conference rooms are massive and spacious with at least 30 ft ceilings. If I ever decide or consider to have something as like an event or wedding reception at it's ideal and extremely perfect location

This venue may be beautiful but the staff that works there is anything but professional. Myself and other vendors were unloading our equipment fairly fast using the loading zone. When their "Executive chef" pulled up and ordered us to move immediately. When another vendor said they just needed another minute or two he threaten her by saying he was the executive chef and that if he wanted to he would make sure she could never have business with the Signature Grand again. Not to mention that the only reason he wanted that spot was just to park his car there.

I am so happy I chose Signature Grand for my daughters wedding. From the intial sit down with Michelle to the wedding day everything was handled flawlessly and professionally. On the wedding day our coordinator Heather was beyond amazing. She orchestrated the ceremony and reception to utmost perfection. My daughter and I checked at least 7 venues in the South Florida and Central Florida area. I actually stayed away from Signature as I thought it would be out of our price range. At the last minute I said lets just go check them out. I was shocked to find out they were actually comparable with the other venues i visited and they were giving me so much more, open bar, beautiful ambiance, gorgeous chapel with long aisle but my favorite thing was the bridal suite for all of us to get ready in. Between the wedding party and glam crew we had 14 people in there. I thought it would be a mad house. It was the exact opposite. It is designed perfectly and there was so much room for all of us to get ready, sit and enjoy the champagne and spritzers they sent us and the free shots and food. They kept coming in to check on us and could not have been more attentive. Everyone that I had dealt with in the 6 month planning came to check with me to make sure everything was to our satisfaction on the day of the wedding. We hired Gabby Z for the entertainment and the dance floor was never empty. At the end everyone kept coming up to tell me that it was one of the best weddings they have been to in a long time. I was beyond happy and my daughter and son in law could not stop smiling the entire evening. I cannot thank everyone enough for making my daughters dream wedding come true. Cannot wait for the video and pictures to come in so I can relive it all over again. When people ask me how my daughters wedding was my response is one word: MAGICAL!!!!

I have avoided leaving this review for many years but I think people should know my experience before booking with Signature Grand. In 2012 I started to plan my dream wedding at signature grand but a couple months later my life took a turn for the worse. My father was diagnosed with cancer but I was told he had a strong chance of fighting it so I put my wedding on hold so that he could get better. After putting a $2000 dollar deposit I asked signature grand to keep my date to be determined as I didn't know how long it would take for my father to be fully recovered. Well months later unfortunately my father passed. I was devastated. I could not imagine my day without my father to walk me down the isle. Not to mention I had to pay for a funeral and hospital bills. With that said I tried to get my money back hoping for some sort of empathy but they would not budge. I explained to them my situation, I cried, I begged and nothing. It wasn't like I cost them anything as I didn't have a set date that would have went to waste. What kind of character does that show? Be careful before booking with them.

Ron Wood Photography did a fantastic job with our photos and Lilian was attentive, tended to our needs quickly, and was ready to troubleshoot any issues. She checked on us often and kept to the timeline. I highly recommend SG for your events and Lilian as your EP! Thank you!

I was there for a conference and we got fed and lavished upon like kings. There's a set of stairs in the hall that looks like it belonged in one of those Fred Astaire and Ginger Rogers movies... I thought any moment their ghosts would come waltzing down those steps. Really fancy.

Signature Grand does their Bridal and Quince show 2x per year. I usually bring a group who looks for vendors for various events. We enjoyed various cusune, Decor,drinks, dessert and giveaways. Great outing in Midweek!!

Besides the facts that all the wait staff have to dress up like penguins which I would think would be very uncomfortable with all the guard that they have to wear of course they look very professional and they are very professional very polite everyone smiles and is very helpful there are so many different rooms of so many different sizes and flavors that you can get just about any event done in this place it is great location lots of parking and I do many events as well as run events and host events as well as do audio visual set up for places like these and signature grand will always be on the list of places I will recommend to anyone and everyone who has an idea a thought or something that they want to put on a big screen as they can do it

Went to an event at the Signature Grand and was really impressed with the buffet provided which included grilled chicken, ravioli, salmon, pasta, bread, salad, and the best part prime rib. The prime rib was so good I had to get seconds of it! As for beverages they didn't have much selection for beers just Heineken and Bud Light and then liquor some limited selection available. I did find it quite baffling that a simple jack and coke was found to be top end tier at the Signature Grand and got ripped off $10.00 for a drink that didn't even come with a splash of a coke as requested. Not the best alcohol/bar service provided here but I have to say the food was great and the decor inside the Signature Grand is quite fancy with awesome large event rooms!

Absolutely beautiful venue. The staff was so funny, helpful and sweet. I felt like they really wanted to get to know us and what our vision was. There's tons of parking and they're located near 95 so it's really convenient. There rooms are really big and they have a lot of features you can add on to really personalize your event which is incredible. Even better than all of that, they follow up. They've been in contact with us since our first visit and make the whole process really easy

The Signature Grand has come a long way over the years. The atmosphere is a large multi room banquet hall with dining services. The food is fantastic for a banquet center. Many different styles of chicken, fish and pork is selectable for your reception with a plethora of healthy side dishes like a vegetable medley and rice pilaf. I have sampled many dishes and really enjoyed the chicken cordon blue. Desserts include many styles of cake, pies, ice cream and mousse. This location does not have an in house entertainer, band, photographer or florist, but they do have a list to of preferred vendors. I suggest visiting the Signature Grand Banquet Hall during one of the bridal shows. You get a taste of what can be done for your special occasion. You will also meet vendors in many categories.

We host an annual Florida Organ Transplant Association Christmas party here, and have for the past 5 years. We keep going back because of the beautiful venue and the impeccable service. The food varies in quality with what you choose for your menu, meaning a couple of the items were dry in the past, but this year the chicken Wellington was amazingly moist and tasty. They have vegetarian selections as well. The rooms can be made into just about any size venue you need with large folding walls. The "captains" that run the wait staff, and all the staff are friendly and helpful. We have seen all sorts of different celebrations held here from wedding parties to birthdays and everything else you could imagine. Great venue.

This place is huge! There were at least 3 other events there the same night we were there. For the size, I have to say that they do an excellent job. The food was fairly mediocre, as expected when there are 200 plus people in a buffet line. But appetizers at the cocktail hour were excellent!

I would like to thank everyone who helped make my sister's wedding a success. The staff here is everything. Customer service and satisfaction is at the top of the list here. Kevin, the event director was phenomenal. He helped in every way possible. He helped keep us on schedule and keep us calm. I would definitely recommend Kevin as an event director. The entire team was such a pleasure to work with. Ileana was our Head Server. She went above and beyond to ensure all needs were met for the wedding party and guests. The guests raved about her. Junior greeted us when we arrived early in the morning to set up and transported everything for us. We had two vans worth of things and he was so helpful. He delivered everything to its destination and unloaded it. That allowed for an effortless transition into decorating and getting dressed. I must also extend a heartfelt thanks to Sonia, Ermide, and our bartender. They worked nonstop during the cocktail hour and reception. They ensured no glass was empty and food was continually in rotation. None of this would be possible without Barbara our salesperson. Barbara, thank you for working with my family from the beginning to the end. You selected the best staff for the job and they proved why Signature Grand is still the best!!!
